We just opened new accounts here after our old bank was bought by Prosperity (and the service is just horrible). Ms. Reichert was so helpful. She pre-completed all the paperwork for us ... all we needed to do were signing and providing the funds. She answered all my questions (and trust me, I always have LOTS of questions) via emails and in person. My emails were answered promptly and phone appointments were on time -- both are very rare nowadays. Everyone from the bank came to say hi to us. Ms. Holland, who made our initial appointment, came to chat with us for a while and gave us lots of invaluable information (for us and our college kids). Today, I ran into some problems while opening Online Checking accounts for my kids. Even though it's a product the local branch doesn't involve in, Ms. Reichert called on our behalf to resolve the problems for us!! You can't get better customer service than what we have received here. We felt so welcomed and they truly appreciated our business. Plus, BBVA's online banking site and mobile banking app are both very user friendly. We are so glad that we chose to bank with them.

My boyfriend & I opened a joint account with PNC at a different location, but because a teller was not available for the amount of cash we wanted to deposit, they directed us to this location. So we brought just under $3k in cash asking to depost it into the account we had opened at the other location. When I brought the cash in, the lady at the counter asked my boyfriend & I to count it ourselves because she didn’t want to spend the time to do so. She started counting some of our cash in the counter machine but then carried it back to the counter & set it down in front of us asking us to seperate all our bills. She handed us a coin slot tray & told us to do it ourselves. What was the point of being told to come here & being treated like an inconvenience. Also… we were the only people there… This is a BANK… right I’ll never return to this location.

This location is very friendly and helpful. Ms. Devonna Holland is exceptional with the customer service side of the business. She is also quick to help and make sure things are taken care of quickly. She is genuinely kind and helpful. She helped me with a major situation and had it handled immediately. I appreciate her beyond words!

Sad that as PNC took over. People are nice that work there but they have not honored anything they said they would do for me. It’s been about a month now and I’ve still never received any correct information to login to my accounts or get a partner off of my account. I’ve never had anything like this happen with any bank before.

Very impressed with the Crew at this Branch. Very knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Glad I decided to visit Compass Bank again. Will be changing back to Compass after a move from the area for quite a few years.

Don't plan on making any large cash withdrawals. Customer service is alright, still can't believe that I can hand you a check and you don't have the cash to cover it. Ridiculous. You are a bank.

This is the absolute worst bank ever. They constantly play with your funds. Makes running a business super difficult. I wish I had BBVA back. Never had issues before it became pnc.

Initial impressions are horrible. Phone rang for nearly 5 minutes and after my initial question was answered I was in the process of asking another question and hung up on.
