Pos laju segambut!!! This happens 2 time recently!! Your staff has put the delivery attempts in my mailbox but before they put the note they didn't call me and also my security always helping all the residents receive parcel and security just sit right to the mailbox!! Obviously your staff didn't do they our duty, first I'm home whole day and no one call me, secondly they not even talk to my security if they do my security will definitely help to acknowledge!! This happen 2 time recently, if seem like they write the note at office and just drop it to mailbox!! Sorry this is not acceptable and I dont have time everyday go visit poslaju and collect my parcel everyday.

Im disappointed with their service. Bought item from Japan and delivery only once i didnt get any calls as that time my phone as problem too. Didnt even leave the note or etc. They shouldve rescheduled for 2nd time delivery but nothing till i found in their website from the chat that its more than a week storage and in process to return back to sender. It's HARAM. U didnt even did the job properly and right! No any notifications by messages, emails and yet put me in troublesome to contact the seller AGAINNN

Life and people's who using Pos will be a lot happier if the courier (package) drop off is a bit easier, earlier and less hassle. And also,.its high time that the Borang PL9 can be printed from home. If the services is still stagnant and no innovative solutions in service providing, i guess - the service will phase out to other competitors. GlCs should be able to think ahead on people's need rather then rely on monopoly deals or firm contracts. Just my 2 cents

You're only getting this 1 star because it's needed for a review. Absolutely blown away by your incompetence and irresponsibility. One of your branches were being unresponsive and slow to deliver parcels. Thought that contacting HQ would make a difference. But, it seems like all emails and enquiries fell on deaf ears and attempts to call were all in vain. Utterly disappointed.

Called for 3 days, every half and hours call, line always busy... But I don't know when will someone pick up the call... Even use WhatsApp not respond at all. Walk in, wait for long hours... Post office HQ so big building, but don't have car Pak. If they are request not to walk in, please la .. improve your services.

And you wonder why you loose millions RM every year. Your arrogant behavior. Lazada return go to your outlet, make us inconvenient to make 3 copies. Lazada also never ask to make 3 copies. So everytime we need to post something we will purposely not use poslaju.

Be careful everyone, there are scammers impersonating staff of Pos Laju Malaysia. They called my office saying I have pending parcels, then when I asked more,they answered rudely to me. So I hung up.

I have call the number given in website 2267 2267, from morning till night for 3 days, still same "Harap Maaf, nombor yang anda dial, sedang digunakan, sila cuba sebentar lagi".... Pxki....

none of u answers the call (more than 6 times) and i've been waiting for u to pickup my parcels since 2 weeks but no one is coming too till today. Such a wow service indeed :) *clapclap*

Customer service Phone number better dont provide. Been calling 5 days in a row, but unfortunately no one will pick up and attend for help.

Before use please check this. You cannot reach the person in charge. Just asking you keep calling until the PIC happy and pick up

Worst experience. Nobody picks up phone. When they do they are not helpful. Will lose customers when alternatives are available
