I wish I could have given -1000 stars if I could, very very unprofessional, greedy and non serious business. Poor documentation control, work for landlords and never care about tenants. Wanted to mention these people when they work from home they dont communicate among themselves and every single staff member is a decision maker and take their own decisions without contacting other team member or tenants while multiple people involve in a case. Very rude staff since the day one. Used to take 3 weeks rent in advance because of poor system being used and charge extra $$ on every single transaction. One of the property managers hung up phone on face. Had been with Harcourts for 3 and a half years and never had any problem once. I do not recommend to deal with this business rather to go with some well known real estate agencies.

Shocking service and generally unpleasant to work with the rental teams. Won't report complaints, won't report water damages to the landlord to get them fixed, have lost countless times due to dodgy foundations of properties and have been told specifically by Michelle her self "they are not her problem". Honestly these guys have ruined everything! After terminating lease on no grounds due to wanting to do "renovations" they still filed my name under the tenancy database which by law they were supposed to inform me about. After continuous disputes PRD confirmed they would not list us within the database because it was not us who was at fault yet they have done so. Not only have they caused these issues for us they have also cause massive amounts of stress causing ongoing medical issues to flare up to their peak. Stay away from these guys if you look to rent

She is thorough and consistent, always responds to messages, follows up, but most importantly shows geniuine care to all parties involved in each property. I have been with PRD for many years and they do a fantastic job and continuously keep you updated with your rental property. Any issues are resolved right away and everyone I've ever spoken to there is always welcoming and friendly. My long term tenant recently vacated my property and Paige did such a great job with finding a suitable tenant right away. Rex Ellison is the worst property manager ever and the receptionist Jorja is the rudest receptionist I have ever seen in this country. These people do their best in defaming tenants by putting negative feedback against them. All of the staff is biased and racist against immigrants. The worse experience with realeaste agent. The agent terminated my lease just because I want to arrange a different date for inspection. They do not think about tenants and do not protect tenants right at all. My property manage Libby Thompson is a very rude lady. She sents me threaten emails at the end of the lease.
