"I recently had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma repaired at Pacific Auto Body and I'm very pleased with the work that was done"
I scheduled a repair and dropped my car off with Pacific Auto Body on 7/21/2017 to repair the FRONT bumper. After several weeks of follow up with Pacific Auto Body and insurance, Pacific Auto Body said they completed the work that I requested to be repaired. They originally told me one week but refused to let me keep the car until the parts arrived which is why it took so long. I have no idea why they have this policy and why they would not at least tell me if there was going to be a delay with getting parts. However, that is only the START. On arrival to the shop, the manager told me they made a mistake and repaired the BACK bumper that I had no knowledge of being damaged and did not approve. Pacific Auto Body had billed insurance for this work so I am not sure the amount they fraudulently charged them at this point but this could effect future insurance rates as well. After the manager admitting the mistake, I requested an urgent repair of the correct area that I had authorized and the manager assured me they would do that. Almost two weeks later, I find out that Pacific Auto Body has not ordered the parts let alone started the repair but are waiting for insurance approval to fix the original damage that was supposed to be fixed. Pacific Auto Body will not do any other work on my car or even order parts until they resolved the wrong repair and handle a dispute with the insurance company for their mistake. So their mistake is now my burden. My car and insurance coverage is being held hostage by Pacific Auto Body's malicious handling of my repair and incompetency as the fiduciary in charge of my vehicle. I have now been over one month without a car which has caused further hardship and I have no estimated time to repair because the insurance issue and complete lack of communication. I have actually used Pacific Auto Body in the past and they do good work but they are clearly taking advantage of it's customers in situations like this. I get that people make mistakes but to take no responsibility and advantage of you customers or even insurance is never acceptable. Again, the manager of Pacific Auto Body has said that they can not do anything more than wait for new approval to do the work that I originally requested and has clearly admitted that his employee made a mistake but he would do nothing further to fix, expedite, or provide compensation to me for the mistake in any way. I never write bad reviews, I guess the only way for a company to change it's ways is to lose business and maybe this review will warn a potential customer of how wrong it can go if Pacific Auto Body makes a mistake. It will be at your expense.
Info regarding accident: There's a truck that bumped into my car on the driver's side impacting the door and the fender when my car was parked. i took it my car (BMW M3) to this place for the body work. 1) Firstly, They are no proper updates about the order at all. 2) Since, my car is a coupe. There is an automatic seat belt fetching rod inside my car which was damaged and not estimated. 3) The tools used on the car damaged the tint on the driver's side window. 4) They said they will need to replace Door, fender and blend in the color with the car's. But there is white residue left on the car which would not go away unless i spend 350 dollars for the detailing. Meanwhile, i went to wild life safari in Sequim with my kids. One of the animal rubbed the horn to the fender by leaving the paint damaged. So i took my car again to them to fix these thing along with the paint. As part of fixing these they took 5 days and gave me a rental car at their cost. I have verified 2 times with him that "Are you giving the rental car for me even while working on the fender damage". He said yes. But later when i check my statement i was charged for the car rental too. When i spoke with Barrett(person Who works there) he said he is not responsible for the car rental while fixing the fender. I told him that "hey, i confirmed with you twice and you said yes. I would have decline the rental when its out of my pocket." He says "well, let me talk to the rental guy and see what can i do. Also specified that he will be calling back shortly". That's it no call after that what so ever. Despite making me come multiple times to the shop, they are working with the customers in this fashion. I would NOT recommend these guys for any of the work they do. Recently, my friend having same car choose R&R in Bellevue for the body work. He was given the best treatment and took care of the car very nice and detailed. Being not as a primary owner on my friends car, I liked the work that they put on. here is where experience comes in play. i know R&R have lot of wait time. But definitely worth waiting rather than these cheap work & lack of proper Customer service. At least R&R make sure that the rental is paid off from the claims pocket and not from the customer. I have to give them a star to write a review. If there is a possibility i would give him a negative one.
Tripp was an absolute life saver and saved me over $1,000 in less than 5 minutes. I just got my Tesla and someone hit my front bumper. It was a scuff, but after going to nearly a dozen other places, they all said they'd need to either take off or replace the bumper. I went to Tesla to have them take a look, and they recommended Pacific Auto Body. Thank goodness they did, Tripp was incredible! There was one person in front of me, and he was talking about how great this place was. Another person walked in, excited to pick up their car and raving about how great this place was. Tripp grabbed me to look at the car for an estimate, as we walked outside I told him how someone hit my car and didn't leave any information. I could tell he was genuine when he responded with, "Let me take a look and see what we can do". He looked and explained the 3 options which were similar to what I heard. One of the options he explained was something I'd have to shop around for, but may be more affordable. Then he paused and said, "Let me see if I can at least make this look a little better in the meantime." I appreciated it, since getting on their schedule may have been a few months. When he came out with some of his tools and chemicals, he cleaned up the scuff. It was almost unnoticeable! Good enough to where I felt like I had my brand new car again. Thanks Pacific Auto Body, you saved me a ton of money, and if I ever have an issue, this is the first place I'm reaching out to. Highly recommended! Now I see why Tesla suggested this place.
Beware of insurance fraud. I had body work done on my Tesla model 3 from them. When I was driving home after picking up the car, my Tesla showed a warning sign to have the wheel rotation checked. I took my Tesla to the Lynnwood service center the next day and was told that the rear passenger side wheel was damaged to a point where it was unsafe to drive the car and that my life was in danger. Tesla changed the wheel and I paid for it out of my pocket. When I called Matt at Pacific auto body to inquire why this was missed, he told me that Tesla Seattle checked the wheel alignment and they didn’t catch it. He said he will submit my invoice to the insurance and will send me the check they pay for it. He submitted the invoice to the insurance after a couple reminders from me and they sent a check to Pacific auto body in early May. I wasn’t informed about any of this till I called the insurance company. Then I called Pacific auto body and was told they cashed my check. Matt promised me that I will receive my check 2 weeks back and still no sign of it. My life was in danger driving the car they sent me home with and I have been very patient with them and have given them plenty of chances. They still missed the mark. Please use your judgment if you want to use them.
I recently had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma repaired at Pacific Auto Body and I'm very pleased with the work that was done. I had front end damage to the drivers side fender, bumper, grill, headlight etc. I chose Pacific Auto Body initially based on their reviews here on Google as well as Yelp. It's tough trusting an unknown company to perform work on something this is completely out of your control. A few pros and cons: Pros: The truck looks completely new as though nothing had ever happened. They used all OEM parts, and did not cut corners. The work in general is top notch. Cons: It took along time to get the work completed. The initial work estimate was 2-3weeks. ( which I thought was long right from the get go, and it was completed in 24 days. So a few days past the outside of their timeline) I'm leaving a 5 Star review because everyone was very friendly and helpful anytime I had interactions with front desk staff, as well as Adam who is the GM, and the work was very good. I would much rather wait to have professional work done, than to have second rate work done quickly. Thanks Pacific Auto Body!
Full disclosure, I did not end up choosing this shop for my repair, but I did go in person for an estimate on my minor fender bender. After a short wait, someone came out and looked at my vehicle. Within seconds, he claimed he knew what would need to be done. He asked which insurance provider I had and instantly said that wasn't a good one for Teslas and said they were definitely going to quote the damage incorrectly (they didn't). After the initial brief discussion and pictures were taken, I was told they were booked for over a month and when I would finally get an appointment, my car would be in the shop for 3-4 WEEKS. I looked around and ended up going with the Tesla Service Center (very close to this shop), which actually took apart my vehicle to assess the exact damage, then I was scheduled for an appointment < 2 weeks later. They told me the car would be in the shop for 3 days, but it ended up being completed in only ONE business day. I do think this shop could have performed the repair well, but shop around for better options.
I rear ended somebody with only 5 thousand miles on my model three. Very sad. This shop goes above and beyond! First they gave me a ride home from dropping the car off. They sent me photos of the damage as they took apart the car. There was more hidden damage that was apparent from the out side.they are not any insurance preferred shop so you know they won't cut corners . My insurance approved the repairs no problem. (Usaa) at the end of repairs they delivered the car to me! Who does that? When I received the car the autopilot and cruise didn't work? And that was after Tesla calibrated and approved it? Tesla appt was two weeks out. I called Pacific auto body, they picked up the car took it to Tesla and had it back to me the next day!!! Turned out the new radar sensor had failed in a very short time. Replaced by Tesla no cost...took about 4 weeks to fix the car but it is done right! Parts list was extensive. Paint looks better than new. I highly recommend these guys!!
I went to Pacific Auto Body to have them take a look at a dent in the passenger back door. What I was MOST impressed with was the time Tripp took to look the car over with me and discuss options. I really appreciate that in a business. We discussed the option of repair and he gave me an estimate that came in close to his official quote that he emailed later that day. What stood out to me most however was that I had shared with Tripp I was on the fence about whether it was worth fully repairing the door or whether I should consider some touch-up work myself. Tripp actually suggested a product that worked wonders when I tried it later that day. Should we decide to do a repair, I would feel quite confident about Pacific Auto Body and their quote came in close to another auto body shop as well. At this time, we are opting to not repair door but I felt that Tripp helped me think this through! Thank you!
Hello, I am writing this review, as I used this bodyshop service to repair both front and rear end damage. Overall, it was excellent service. The vehicle repairs were done well, vehicle is cleaned, and I had absolutely zero issues money wise working though my insurance and the shop. Additionally, I would also like to comment on Michael Kehoe who was my representative. He went above and beyond giving great customer service. He was very responsive to calls made to the shop with respect to repair status and progression. He delivered prompt responses. He was easy to work with and get along with during a stressful time. He easily knew how to address what seemingly was a hiccup by one of the car insurance companies as well. Ideally, I would not need anymore body work on my vehicle, but if I do, I will be sure to bring it back to Pacific Autobody because I know they employ people like Michael. Great job!
Got my Tesla rear ended in April and was able to take it to this shop in July (many places for EV repairs were pretty booked out so this was the soonest). Phenomenal job on the repair and I had the pleasure of working with Norman throughout the whole process. From start to finish, he was very transparent and communicated well with me on a timely manner on behind the scenes/new updates. The car repair had some delays due to some backordered parts but that can't be helped at times with the high demand for Tesla parts. Can't stress enough how well the whole process went especially since he helped handle any communication with insurance. It was good knowing that my car was in good hands with them. Definitely will take my car here again in the future (not any time soon though hopefully)!
Go anywhere else even if it costs you more. They made me wait a month before dropping it off, still didn't even start repairs until 2 weeks after I dropped it off, didn't order necessary parts known to be needed before it was even dropped off, never updated on progress until we called them, often couldn't answer questions when we called, didn't stay in contact with the insurance company to the point that they threatened to stop paying for a rental multiple times over the 2 months they had our car. Over all bad communication, slow repairs, disorganized company, too few repair employees on staff for the number of jobs they will accept, and still they left a part off when replacing the trunk. I suggest no one use this shop.
Recently got into a collision and called to get a quote on repairs, most auto shop informed me they don't do estimates over the phone and only on sight. My car is quite damaged and isn't able to go shop to shop, therefor it was better to call around and get an idea of the cost and capability of doing the repair. Got in touch with Pacific Auto shop and Peter was amazing on trying to help answer a few of my questions and concerns. He was prompt and quick to email me back and went above and beyond in getting the information that was needed, while being honest and transparent. Thank you Peter for doing more than just repairing a care, but understanding your potential new customers concerns.
We had a hit and run that completely trashed the doors on the right side of the car. Our insurance (State Farm, would not recommend) "approved" shops would not even see the vehicle for an estimate for 2 months. Yikes. After calling around, Pacific Auto Body welcomed us the same day! Karen and Norman were extremely professional, kind, and empathetic to our situation and promptly gave us a comprehensive estimate. Ultimately, we had to go to another shop for the work due to the model vehicle (Subaru, this shop only works on German brands and Tesla) but I would not hesitate to return here with any future vehicle and would recommend Pacific Auto Body to anybody! Thank you again!
Very poor communication (no email responses, rude and irresponsible receptionist), terrible estimates and apparently super slow staff. I had to wait for over a month to have a minor dent and a broken rear mirror (no exaggerations here) repaired, where they originally estimated 5 to 10 business days. I felt very insulted by the way they postponed my car's work over and over, gave me poor estimates and kept giving promises they couldn't quite deliver. To be fair, Adam offered an apology when I finally picked up the car, which I appreciate. IMO they need to give more accurate estimates and have a better receptionist who actually cares about customers.
I took my Tesla model X to this horrible establishment. I first received my car back from them after doing a repair on my drivers rear door. The way I got my car back, was horrendous. There was still dust from the repair, and the clear coat didn’t look good at all. After another week, they agreed to fix my car again. Once again, I was let down. I paid over thousands of dollars in hopes of a quality repair job, but this is how I received my car after two visits to this shop. Absolutely do not go here for repairs, please take your business elsewhere to a shop that will great you properly and give you a quality product.
Great service here. The whole team was helpful, and in particular Cici, who gave me the quote and later answered all my questions about the cost breakdown. The job was to replace a couple of grids of the front bumper, which required to remove the whole bumper. I left the car in the morning at about 8 AM and it was ready before noon. I saw the software they used to evaluate the amount of work needed in a job and they had the whole breakdown piece by piece. Actually, that's how Cici explained the bill to me, and we even did the math. It matched the expectation for a BMW collision center. Solid.
Other than the outstanding job they did fixing my car I must say they take in more jobs that they can handle in a timely manner. It took 1 week for them to contact my insurance. After that it took a week and a half to get my parts to the shop (that's seemingly understandable). After another week I told them it was becoming more of a inconvenience than a service. Went on vacation for a week and they "promised" my car would be ready when I return. Came back, no car. Said it would be ready that following Monday, not ready. The next day after 4 weeks my car was finally ready....
Unfortunately, I seem to be a regular here! Not because of my own doing FYI. Here's the thing about body shops, it's like going to the dentist! You never wanna go, but when you do, you want to feel taken care of! Barrett and his team always take care of me no matter the circumstance. Everything is there from the wonderful lobby to the in-house rental car services. I always leave there feeling like my car and I are in the best hands the business has to offer! If you find yourself needing a body shop, definitely use Pacific Auto Body for your repair shop!
Don't ever take your Tesla here. They are not equip or able to provide accurate time/cost estimates or provide repairs in any sort of reasonable amount of time. The office is unprofessional/disorganized and its impossible to know WTF is ever going on. When CC says she will call you back in 30 minutes that actually means you will need to continually call them back for inaccurate progress updates. Our Model X has not been here 3 months (they estimated 1 month) and has cost us over 5k in car rental fees alone and is still not done. Worst. Experience. Ever.
Horrible customer service. I came in on May 26th and spoke with Michael Kehoe in regards to getting my Mercedes repaired. I gave him all of my information and the parts info needed from the estimate. He gave me his card, told me to come back on June 12th. I came in today, June 12th to drop my car off for repair and the receptionist had no information for my appointment and Michael was "in a meeting". I will absolutely not give this company my money as they do not care about customer service or wasting their customers time.
Nothing ruins a day like a car accident. I am happy to say it was a great day when I picked up my TESLA, from Pacific Auto Body. It was perfect. The care taken in making sure I was happy as well as the close connection to the TESLA service center (across the street) reinforced the confidence I had in their ability to repair a car as complex as the TESLA. While I hope not to have to use their services again, if I have damage to my car the only place I will consider will be Pacific Auto Body.
Had a collision nearby and was towed to Pacific Auto because it was closest. Although I had never been here before, didn’t have an appointment, and had a vehicle type that doesn’t fit their usual profile, they took time to check the damage for me and even pulled out my bumper so I could drive it home without a tow, probably saving me thousands of dollars between tow and repair. It is heartwarming to meet kind folks like this that are happy to lend a hand when help is needed. Thank you!
Big thanks to Jerrimy, Martin, and the rest of the Pacific Auto Body team for taking such great care of my car. They kept me updated throughout the week, as the work progressed, and the finished product was absolutely top notch. Perfect color match on my front bumper respray in Mercedes Azurite Blue Metallic. Professionalism, attention-to-detail, pride of workmanship, it's all here. Highly recommend Pacific Auto Body for any of your auto body and/or paint needs.
I've had the misfortune of dealing with auto body places many times in my life and I can wholeheartedly see Barrett and his team are the best I've ever had to deal with. Whether it was fixing what another body shop completely screwed up on, getting me a specific rental on short notice, or making things right when there were delays due to parts, they really went above and beyond for me. Don't look any further if you need your Tesla or BMW fixed right.
Good. Tripp was very responsive and a great guy to talk to. Bad The car when picked up was dirty with watermarks all over the glass, as if it was left outside in rain all month. The interior was dirty and dusty. The trunk was not put together correctly and looks like an amateur job. One of the panels in the car was left out and I have to go back and pick it up later. I have been to body shops before and this was the worst shape the car was returned.
Would have given it 5⭐ except for the long delay in the delivery of our MX. Having said that they did a great job with the repairs and our MX looked like it was unscathed despite the extensive damage to the left side of the vehicle. Pacific Autobody should be your go to in case any Tesla owner should need their services. They are a Tesla authorized autobody repair shop and certainly has the expertise and know how with regards to Tesla vehicles.
This is the second shop I have ever used in Seattle since moving down from Vancouver BC, Canada. Usually I make sure I go back to Canada to get my vehicle worked on, but I was recommended to Pacific Auto Body and to ask for Cici. Very attentative she was and honest from the start to the final process. I was very satisfied with Pacific Auto Body’s team and their work. Especially Cici’s amazing customer service, professionalism and urgency.
Despite some setbacks due to things outside of Pacific Autobody's control, they did a great job in restoring my car and it looks better than new. The staff were all courteous despite the logistical issues and I'm a ver patient person. They had a bunch of mechanics out sick so this extended my repairs out for much longer than I would've anticipated. That aside, the job was very well done (5 stars on the work), but -2 stars for the wait.
Pacific Auto Body is fantastic to work with. They were recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership across the road. My main point of contact was Tripp. Tripp was on my side, pushing to get an insurance company to take accountability for the damage caused by the other driver. My car was returned repaired and cleaned. It may have taken a couple days longer than I thought it would but great work takes time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent work, Pacific Auto Body definitely puts the customer and their car first. I took my BMW to Pacific after it was scratched in a hit and run and needed the bumper repainted. They met the insurance quote with no hesitation and and car came out looking exactly as it had before the incident. Many of the body shops seem questionable to me, but If I need body work on a car again this will be first choice.
I had an issue with the rear doorhandles on my Audi RS3 and needed a body shop but didn't want to go just anywhere and risk damage on a brand new car (and the dealership appointments are 3 weeks out). I stopped by Pacific Auto Body and Barrett got me taken care of right away. I hope I don't need a body shop again any time soon but if I do, I'll be back here without a doubt.
A kind soul works here. I don't think he knew about the significance of his deed. It was life-saving. He really shouldn't have because there was a snow storm, he was the only person I could see in the shop, the phones were ringing off the hook, and free time wasn't something you'd have in a time like this. I never even asked your name but will always be grateful.
Fantastic work by this group in fixing my rear bumper. They’re really good with communicating about appointment schedule and progress. I worked with Jason and he’s a warm person to talk to. Explained everything and their team did great work. I had to wait 10 weeks for the appointment but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend this place to get your ride fixed.
Many thanks to Barrett & Andy for taking on a botched job and making it beautiful - I love my car again! I appreciated your integrity, your dedication and your kindness through my situation from the beginning to the end. You made lemonade out of my lemons and did a GREAT JOB!! I will never hesitate to pass on referrals when I can - again, THANK YOU.
I had an awesome experience having my car repaired here!!! Norman was absolutely great to work with!!! He kept me informed every step of the way and fought like he'll with my stupid insurance company to make sure I got the coverage I paid for. The repairs were flawless, and the paint matched perfectly!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!
Pacific Auto Body did a wonderful job repairing our car after it was damaged in an accident cause by a third party. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work. They went even further and out of their way to help with a very unpleasant situation with Allstate, the insurance company of the party that caused the accident.
Awesome service! Great customer service throughout the entire experience. Educated professionals who do exactly what they say, made my car look like it did before it was damaged. I am very happy with the whole process; from the moment I brought it in for inspection to when I picked it up after service. Thanks for everything!
My BMW got keyed and I took it to Pacific Auto Body because it was BMW certified. It took a little bit longer than I expected to fix the issue (mainly because waiting for parts), but the work they have done are just amazing, the repainted color exactly matches the original, looks like nothing had happened before!
Brought in car, work was great. Communication was pretty clipped, but they set that expectation up front -- "We won't call you until the job is done, if you need updates, call us." Parts were on backorder, which I had to call to find out, but otherwise everything was perfect. The car was cleaned and good as new.
Barrett and Cici took great care of my brand new Acura MDX...it turned out just like new & they detailed it! They even painted the underside of my new fender just like the factory. Thank you for your attention to detail...knowing you're there takes the stress out of any body damage my vehicles suffer.
My car has been in and out of Pacific Body and they have always gone above and beyond in their customer service and experience. They provide frequent updates, fix the car as their own and give it back in better shape than before. Highly recommend this team for their experience, empathy and kindness.
Let's face it, car repairs cost a lot. Especially a Tesla. Pacific Auto Body made it less painful. They are professional, over estimated to give worse case scenario, (which I appreciated) and explained in detail what would happen with parts and labor. Highly recommend Pacific Auto Body.
Didn’t know what they were doing, so they blamed me and didn’t get the job done. I brought in my car looking new, but got it back with the interior filthy and even slightly damaged. Not only that, the service took way longer than I was told. No professionalism here.
While I have not had my car body repaired here yet... I was simply *beyond impressed* that they are actually willing to *order parts in advance* so that they can start the repair ASAP. Just that proactive and intelligent logic alone makes me want to hire them!
Cici at Pacific Auto Body was great. The insurance vendor was difficult in the beginning, and Cici straightening everything out which was great!!! I would 100% recommend Pacific Auto Body. Thank you Cici - I appreciate your help with my car repairs. Dave.
The staff at Pacific Auto Body is very friendly Cici was helpful and kept me updated with the repairs. I took my Tesla Model S to get repaired, the quality that came out of this facility was OUTSTANDING!! They took care of me in a very difficult time.
Adam from Pacific Autobody is a great guy and cool, he should get a promotion. I enjoyed the Communication and he helped me get through my vehicle repair without any trouble. I would recommend this body shop to anyone and also to Tesla Owners.
Got rear ended in a new to me, ‘19 AMG C43 Benz and this is the place to go. A+ customer service and recommended by dealers. I worked with Martin and he was professional and prompt with any questions and handled their insurance for me.
Great place to take you Tesla! They're friendly, keep you informed along the process, provide status patiently upon request, and are fairly accurate about their time estimates on the repair. I would go back if ever. Recommend.
My car was involved in an aciident and repaired there. They kept missing deadline during the process and put off 3 months. Every week they told me next week/month would get the repair done but they never achieved it.
Great Service! Good experience working with Mr.Tripp. He was very helpful throughout the entire repairing process and I was able to have my vehicle delivered on time and repaired with a good quality of work!
7 weeks to complete basic body work. Delay after delay. Poor communication over and over. I had to re-do some of the work immediately afterwards at another shop. They are nice, but just didn't execute well.
The owner and team took really great care with my insurance claim. They went above and beyond to make sure my Tesla was repaired completely, while handling a car rental and my insurance company. Thanks
Peter really went above and beyond all throughout the repair process of my car! I was unfamiliar with the whole process and he made it so easy. The turnaround was quick and my car looks brand new!
This is the most dishonest and inept business I have ever seen. Without warning they tried to jack me for 8000. We were told that the day of pickup,, 2 hours before the scheduled time. STAY AWAY
Pacific Auto Body recently completed collision damage repairs to my 2018 BMW 328D. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the repairs, the service, and the overall experience - solid 5/5!
These guys did a great job repairing my new VW. Parts were quick to come in and Barrett had great follow ups letting me know when it was going to be completed. Thanks guys for A+ work!
Friendly people here. I needed a front end replaced. They did a great job on my car. They needed to paint-match the new bumper with the body color and they matched it perfectly.
They fit me in that day and really helped point me get clarity about what I needed. Super professional and friendly. Great waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks.
The professionalism at Pacific Auto Body is outstanding. The staff is courtesy, helpful, and knowledgeable. The workmanship on my BMW was outstanding! Thank you all at PAB!
They are very professional and accommodating. They even let us leave our car for an extended period while we were out of town. Great work and great customer service!
They have taken excellent care of my car and have even gone out of their way on multiple times to do extra work and squeeze me in which is so appreciated.
Excellent job on my Mercedes. Paint work looks great. Exceeded expectations. Worked with insurance. Tripp and the team do good work and treat you well.
Employees are very helpful and hardworking. They specialize in higher-end makes and models, so if your vehicle fits the bill, consider taking it here!
John was professional, incredibly easy to work with, and made this whole process as painless as possible. He did a fantastic job on the car as well.
The car was finished in a timely manner and the workmanship is top notch. Thanks for a great job and a very clean car when we picked it up!
it's been a month that my friend checked in the car for collision repair, and still even the parts are not fully ordered. ETA is unknown.
Poor-to-mediocre service. Unresponsive to emails. My car had a couple new problems after it was in their hands for over three months.
Great experience, highly recommend. Went in for estimate and they sent me to a local shop to correct issue on spot free of charge.
Customer service by Cici was very good. She understood the problem and our needs. Car repair done quickly and under estimate.
Great communication and service. My vehicle was returned to me like new. I wouldn’t take a Tesla anywhere else in the PNW.
Outstanding service! Friendly and on it. Had a very minor touch up and they took care of it in minutes. Highly recommend .
Norman saved me a big headache. They fixed up my Tesla Model 3 nice and quick. Pacific Auto Body is where you want to go.
My timeline for a minor dent to my Model X bumper was pushed back twice, just got a call today and pushed back again.
