Our younger sister was in need of a vehicle and my brother found this dealership. After doing months of research for a reliable but affordable car, we went to this delaership to inquire about a sedan. There were so many warning signs not to trust this dealership; the gas tank cover was broken, back seats were removed and just hanging, the trunk release didn't work, nor did the A/C unit, and more annoyingly the DMV registration-- which went from just 10 mins to fix to over 2 days to provide us with ACCURATE registration, but that was just the beginning of the issues. Giving them credit, they did fix the backseat, gas tank cover and the trunk release after we told them we will not buy the car in that condition. As we check under the hood, we noticed the color of the "motor" oil was different and they said the car just had an oil change... but what they didnt say was they added TRANSMISSION fluid and not Motor oil. During research Nissans had issues with their motor mount, so i asked about the motor mounts and they also said the motor mount were replaced prior to the oil change. Long story short, the car still has motor damaged because they put transmission oil in the engine and the motor mount had to be replaced by a Qualified and Certified mechanic. Nonetheless, save yourself time and money and purchase a quality vehicle at another dealership and allows follow your gut.

At first I was swept away with their customer service skills very nice Man that told me he would be honest with me if I was buying a good car In this case Jeep Commander 2006 140miles 10,500 gran I believed in him I bought a 950$ ins that I might not even use anyways I regret buying it!!I never saw this galant Man again that supposedly was gonna be honest with me!! I had problems with it right away n when I called d manager was nice about it but then told me it is a used car!!Why didn't they tell me that before ?? He was getting frustrated!!I even thanked him about helping me n I never got a response!!!I was tricked into buying this lemon!! O well u live n u learn!!!
