It’s says multiple times on screen and on machine -“Don’t worry will only be charged what you use” as it’s a unmanned station. This is so not the case. I had nearly double immediately removed from my account leaving me completely broke. I rang the number and was basically brushed off and told I’ll get it back in a couple of days. Spoke to my bank they told me they need to balance their eftpos so it returns it. I passed this on when I spoke to them again as I still hadn’t had it returned, she tried to tell me that wasn’t the case... I didn’t get my funds returned for over a WEEK! This really isn’t so not ok, they could of cared less and the only place it gives you the correct information is on the side of the machine that your not going to see as it’s placed in a position that isn’t visible

Been using this station for years with virtually no issues. It’s pretty much the only place I’ll fill up at near home. I’ve never had an issue with fuel quality, and prices are always the best around - petrol or diesel. The double charge to your card is annoying, however the initial charge (pre-authorisation) usually disappears within a day or two - and I do understand why the system needs to operate in this way. They could, however, change the water for windscreen cleaning more frequently, as it is often filthy. A paper towel dispenser, similar to what is provided at most petrol stations, would also be appreciated. But then again, when you’re getting diesel that is consistently 8-10 cents per litre cheaper than everywhere else (sometimes more) you really can’t complain too much.

It is nice way to fill your vehicle with petrol if you love total self service including payment. It is similar to Costco gas station with a twist. You have to initially go to PayStation to select the pump and pay in advance with card. However, if you need a receipt you have to go back to the PayStation after filling. You can either print the receipt and/or email the receipt.

Most shady experience ever. Prepaid $50 and received $5 worth of fuel…. Help lines not available over the weekend. Called on Monday and the woman I spoke to didn’t think it was strange and said ‘wait till Friday for the bank to refund you’ like it was a typical occurrence. I wanted fuel, not to loan a shady place $45 for a few days….

I got there on the 31.10 as was good price , you need to choose amount with credit card , then it stopped when it gets to the price , which was 20 , then pressed to get a receipt, didnt get it , nd now i saw on bank app i was charged 3 times ! That's horrible , scam , system , ill report it . Can t believe it !!

Regrettably I will not be using this servo any longer. The automated system is flawed, this is the 3rd time. Firstly it overcharged me, secondly it doubled the charge Today I topped with diesel, total pumped, $62.00 charged $300 Moving forward I'll use the new servo 50meter down the road

This servo charged me the amount I selected on the screen not the amount I actually used. The signage says it will only charge pumped amount but it takes whatever you select on the machine!

This is the primary petrol station I use because it's cheap and quick. There is no staff so they can afford to lower the price, this is the future of filling up your car with petrol!

Stay away from Petrogas automated fuel stop on Burwood Hwy. I used "Fill to $99", and it said "You'll only be charged for the fuel you take". I was charged $99 for $53 of fuel.

I thought they overcharged me once but I did get the money back in a few days. Handy drive-thru area to use your card to self serve $20/$50 & more amounts of petrol on the go.

Cheaper fuel just because it's self serve! Better than being scammed into working a 5 minute shift at the supermarket and paying full price.

Best prices in the area, new card pump terminals are less convenient than the old ones, but we,ll get used to them

there's not much to say but a self serve Feul station fast and effective, also has AdBlue.
