I had a fantastic experience at the dentist with Dr. Andrew and his dental assistant Renee. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office was clean and inviting, and the staff were all friendly and professional. During my appointment, Dr. Andrew was thorough and patient as he explained each step of the process. He made sure to address any concerns I had and answered all of my questions. He has a gentle touch and I never felt any discomfort during the procedure. Renee was also amazing as a dental assistant. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. She was also very efficient, which made the appointment go by smoothly and quickly. Overall, I had a great experience at the dentist with Dr. Andrew and Renee. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. Thank you for everything!

Dr Andrew is AMAZING! I have been seeing Andrew for a few years now and he is so patient and does not judge. Today I went with my 3 kids and he was just outstanding in the care he offered. My son age 9 has ADHD,SPD,ODD, he really struggles with brushing his teeth due to his SPD. Noah had the best experience today it was fun he laughed a lot and needed to have 2 fillings he just lay in the chair super chilled and trusted Dr Andrew. I drive 40 minutes to see Dr Andrew. It’s well worth the drive. The dental nurse was great with the kids and the receptionist Renee was so kind with my 4 year old and was such a great support. My 4 year old also has SPD and she refused to get in the chair. Dr Andrew offered to do her check up sat on the floor with her. Above and beyond service, best Dentist every an amazing ambassador for Pac Smiles!

5 stars for a 5 star Team! Unfortunately I had to have two scale and clean services today. I had rather a bad experience with another dentist this morning as my teeth didn’t feel right I decided to ring Pacific Smiles Mitchelton at 4.45pm, I explained my situation and they told me to come straight down. Dr Andrew was exceptional & his assessment was at the highest standard. He took photos and X-Rays of all my teeth. He then sat me up and explained everything. I was advised this morning that I needed a filling which was not the case. He then offered me a free scale and clean as the first job was half done. It gets better his control of his equipment was so precise and gentle and I would recommend him any day of the week. Thank you Pacific Smiles Mitchelton for your exceptional service tonight.

I recently visited Dr. Andrew Louey for a dental appointment and I couldn't be happier! He was patient, informative and very understanding throughout the entire process. I've never felt this comfortable at a dentist before. Not only did he do an excellent job with my procedure, but he also gave me great advice regarding my wisdom teeth. Other dentists told me it would be an expensive and lengthy procedure and I couldn't afford this, but Andrew gave me a great second opinion which was within budget. I highly recommend Dr. Louey to anyone in need of a new dentist. 12/10 rating!

I only ever write a review if I'm REALLY impressed. The team at Pacific Smiles Brookside are the best! I have never been to dentists that are so informative, kind, thorough and honestly have your best interest at heart. They tell you how it is and understand dental is expensive so try to keep your costs down. I have seen both Andrew and Michael and absolutely recommend both. Reception girls are also fabulous. Polite and accommodating and didn't even get cranky with me when my Private Health card wouldn't work ;-)

Poor workmanship and even worse follow-up customer service. A filling fell out after only 13 months. The one it replaced was there for about 40+ years. The only offer I was presented with by rather blunt reception staff was to go in and they could give me options. All for much more expense than the first filling. No offer of rectifying the problem after 6 months. So, obviously they only expect their fillings to last 6 months. My last trip to a Pacific Smiles Franchise.

First experience at Pacific Smiles with Dr Andrew Louey was better than i could have expected. I’ve always been a nervous patient at the dentist and put it off due to previous experiences however a friend recommended them. Dr Louey is a kind and warm hearted spirit and makes you feel comfortable and at ease and explains every step of the process to you. Dr Andrew is the best dentist I’ve met so far. Obviously, he’s passionate about his work. He’s caring and kind. He made me feel welcomed and relaxed. He did a great job in examining and cleaning my teeth. Very precisely and gently. I was very satisfied with my appointment with Dr Andrew. Highly recommended. I also felt his dentist assistant needs to be a bit more proactive.

This place is really good. Can’t recommend Dr Shin highly enough. She’s very professional, very good at her job and very very good at putting you at ease. She knows how to share a joke and how to create a good atmosphere. Highly recommend Dr Shin. Especially if you’re a bit nervous about the dentist or had a previous bad experience someplace else.

I changed to Pacific smiles this year, best decision! Andrew is the best! thorough, gentle and really works in your best intrest. He knows he's stuff! Makes you feel at ease, it's just an all round great dentist experience, the dental nurses and receptionist are always friendly and also do a great job to make me feel welcome!

Dr Andrew Louey is amazing and so great with kids as well. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful and my experience has always been great. People say they hate going to the dentist, I am the opposite, I look forward to going knowing that I am going to be well looked after!
