This has to be the WORST moving experience I’ve ever had. First and foremost, they have no power tools…they brought screwdrivers to remove beds, TV hangers, and furniture that had been assembled using power drills. This then meant that it took over 8 hours for a single move for a 4 bed apartment. On top of that, they brought 5…only five medium sized carton boxes for a whole relocation! And the lady who claims to be co-owner kept saying the boxes were only for kitchen items…yet they couldn’t even contain all the utensils and appliances that we have. Such poor poor service. They don’t pay attention to wrapping items properly, our couch arrived stained…my list of complaints goes on and on! Please do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time with these people who sell all sorts of good stories before the move and yet deliver a horrible experience all round It’s so bad I had to get other people to assemble the furniture back to how it was when the so called movers came to dismantle it…worst worst service ever.

The pack my load team did a great job from start to finish. Jessica was very helpful in terms of getting our move schedule rearranged just a date for the election. Their movers, Frank, Ola and Patrick worked fast despite a large move with a lot of heavy furniture. We had two different move locations on the island and mainland and they did an awesome job coordinating both locations. We had a lot of items to move and they stayed till close to 10pm in order to finish the job. Overall it was a great experience and I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to move.

Absolutely fantastic company! The whole service was brilliant from start to finish. I had a super swift in person assessment and quote from Doyin and great communication between then and the moving date. The move was facilitated by Sogo who were absolutely delightful. Polite, hardworking, communicative and very efficient. Their upbeat attitude made the move stress-free and actually enjoyable! I cannot recommend Packmyload enough.

We used packmyload today. We had a great experience. Truck arrived on site on time, picked up the heavy product right at the site where it was uninstalled and it was quickly delivered to the exact same address requested in under 3 hours as we planned. We will definitely use this service over renting other moving companies. Much safer and tons of time saved.

I was referred who recently moved with Packmyload. I was looking for something quick and easy. I booked last minute and they were able to work with me at a very reasonable price. They worked very quickly from taking apart my bed and wrapping the furniture, and unloading it all. The whole move took less than 2hrs. I would definitely recommend this service!
