"This is a safe secure and modern car park with wide spaces and very easy wide ramps between the floors"
"Shuttle bus to / from Clatterbridge Hospital a big bonus ( hospital literature states it's 5 minute walk away ??? ) only minus point for patients / visitors is parking is restricted to level 9 and above on arrival a 2:20pm there were spaces from level 4 up, levels 5 upward were effectively empty"
"The signs state that the shuttle bus is available from the car park and gives the times"
"I'm a contract user, started using this carpark on August 2023, ANPR worked ok for 5 weeks, then failed, on entry not exit, the customer service reps, always superb in letting me in, suggested a "Mayfair" card as it seems my personal plate "
"The location of this car park is unsuitable for patients attending Clatterbridge Liverpool"
This is a safe secure and modern car park with wide spaces and very easy wide ramps between the floors. It provides free parking and a free minibus service to patients receiving treatment at the Clatterbridge Hospital in Pembroke Place. It just makes a very stressful experience that little bit easier. Thank you.

The signs state that the shuttle bus is available from the car park and gives the times. Despite having a weekend appointment at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, the SHUTTLE BUS DOESN'T RUN AT WEEKENDS AND THERE IS NO SIGNAGE to tell you that.

The location of this car park is unsuitable for patients attending Clatterbridge Liverpool. Patients have various limitations and the parking accessibility to Clatterbridge should be closer. The Park and ride is also unsuitable as patients
Nice car park: poor ticket machines. Paid via Apple Pay at the ticket machine, on the ground floor…got to the barrier: payment still pending. Barrier help button assistant, said pay again, the first payment won’t be taken. Now two payments
I use this car park as I visit the university a lot. I was super chuffed to see it had electric charging as my new car is a PHEV. Plenty of spaces available, so was incredibly disappointed that the charging point app didn't recognise the
Found the car park a little difficult to find , but otherwise excellent. In my rush to meet up with my husband who I had dropped off at the Cancer centre I forgot to check what floor I was on!!! When we arrived back at the car park I was
Had to park here for my appointment at clatterbridge cancer hospital. Its very easy to find ,at first it gives the impression it's closed because all the shutters where down until you pull up to the shutter. Then it opens to reveal the
Visiting Clatterbridge hospital , there is a shuttle bus that picks up and drops off, although it is only about a 10-minute walk. If you get your ticket validated at the hospital, the parking is free. A few times, the machine at the
Nice clean multi storey cat park. I was confused when I turned up and there were closed shutters across the entrance but as you approach they open up. Collect a ticket at the barrier and then find your space to park.
All good for parking .. absolute joke getting out, should not take 40 minutes to get out of the car park and then another 20 stuck in a jam. Poor road planning adds to the pain of using this car park.
This multi-storey car park is easy to find, and is convenient for the university and Clatterbridge Hospital. Or, an approx 15-minute walk to the city centre. Parking charges are reasonable
It an easy walk to Clatterbridge hospital from here, the shuttle bus also has a pick up point. Great panoramic views from the 9th to 12th floors which are allocated for patient parking.
Great secure parking for visiting my Dad in Clatterbridge Hospital. Car park staff are very polite. Car park is very clean with 3 lifts giving easy access to wheelchair users.
Superb facility. Only critical issue was having to call 'help' as ticket validation u/s in CCC. Most of the responders used poor ' customer service' language
Easy access and plenty of spaces to park in a good location for getting into the city. Lift access to floors and stairs as well. Clean and well maintained.
Stuck and nothing moved for 2 hours 5pm to 7pm.No one in authority anywhere near it Tital disgrace. No phone number to call What a joke.Avoid at all costs
Secure parking and clean environment. In partnership with Aviva, the free shuttle bus to & from the Clatterbridge Centre, is an excellent service
An absolute joke getting out. It took an hour to get from level 6 to the bottom. There are 3 entrances to get in and only two exits. Avoid.
Expensive but very secure. No bins, no idea how to get out if park on ground level and should display the floor colour codes in stairwells.
Easy access, good space size, well lit, attended Pay Station, so felt nice and safe. Only a few minutes walk to town. Good value for money.
Great carpark easy to drive round good spacious bays and a bonus a free bus is available to drop-off opposite the new cancer hospital.
Felt very safe to park there. We'll signed well light up. whilest visiting the clatterbridge hospital. Short 10 mins walk away.
Car park is close to the Spine building where RCP North offices are. PACES exams are run there. Close to Nivotel.
Convenient parking for the university with lots of spaces. Bit expensive but it's in the city so that's expected.
Good car park easy to get to and close enough to the city centre. You could either walk or get a bus.
Good, clean carpark, quite busy. Currently £12 for the day
Decent price, fair size spaces
