I recently used Painless Removals in Bristol for a house move and was extremely impressed with the service provided. They were prompt and professional from the initial quote through to the end of the removal process. Mike, who turned up, paid great attention to detail when packing and loading belongings. With his collegaue he worked quickly and cautiously to get everything loaded on schedule. Throughout the day, they consistently went above and beyond to make sure the removal process was as smooth and "painless" as possible. Mike was awesome - friendly and willing to help in any way needed. The can-do attitude and commitment to customer service really made the stress of moving go away. We recently moved house to Cornwall with Painless Removals, Jay and the team were really friendly, helpful, and professional. They quickly got back to us with a fair quote for the work, as well as a good insight into how much stuff we were likely to have to move, which can only be provided through years of experience. They packed the vans up really well, utilising the space as best as possible, and were very careful and considerate when handling all of our belongings. Excellent removal company. Jay helped us out in our hour of need when trying to move at short notice, he was calm and reassuring and delivered on everything promised. Jay and his colleague packed our kitchen items the day before, they were organised and nothing was missed. On removal day, Jay and 2 colleagues arrived on time and again packed the 2 vans in an organised and efficient manner. They were all really lovely guys, and made a potentially stressful experience easy. Nothing was broken and they surmounted any difficulties including getting sofas through the door into our new home!! We would unreservedly recommend Painless Removals.

The team from painless helped us move from Bristol to Cornwall. They worked tirelessly for two days. It's a stressful time moving house. The painless teams calm and friendly manner throughout a difficult move really helped us to relax and made getting through the process much easier. From the first survey to the late night finish once the move was complete, Jay and the team were always friendly and took really good care of our things. They worked really well as a team and had answers for questions we hadn't even considered. I would definitely recommend Painless to anyone looking for ways to make a move a bit easier.

This is the second time we have used Painless removals and once again they have lived up to their name. We managed to fit the entire contents of a one bed flat in one trip. The movers showed the utmost care and respect to our belongings, not a broken piece of furniture or even a mug in sight. We were also given a hand loading and unloading into the van, which was packed with such efficiency you can tell these guys are amazing at what they do. Excellent service once again, I would recommend to anyone who was moving house!

I spoke to Jay on the phone to arrange the move and he was friendly and helpful to talk to. The three guys who moved us from one side of town to the other were brilliant. It was the least stressful day of our whole house moving process. They were friendly, relaxed, good to work with, careful with our possessions and were very quick. They unloaded the whole Luton in under an hour, and then offered to help move furniture around into place. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. 5 out of 5 stars.

Jay and Mike worked hard on a removal from Bath to York. Loading and unloading, no packing. We had a rather late start and a long journey to make. Maybe they underestimated the time this job would take? There were a couple of problems which were sorted with courtesy and patience given the length of the day. No breakages but a couple of knocks on the furniture and a missing metal dowel - all in all no complaints. Thanks Jay and Mike.

We’ve just had the most stressful day of our lives made insanely easy by three absolute champions. Honestly, three of the nicest guys I’ve probably ever met took great care of everything we own. They were careful, considerate and a bloody pleasure to move house with - I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough, and I will do to everybody I know. Fantastic! Helped us out at a most stressful time and was extremely helpful. What more to say then true to the name. Jay was seriously accommodating to fit us in and was always quick to reply. He sorted us with their legendary large van and Mike and Callum arrived promptly on the morning ready to go! Van loaded in 2 hours and unloaded in a hour at the other end once we got the keys! Seriously impressive and the price was best on the market. Couldnt fault and don't look elsewhere for moving needs.

Best removal firm i have used (having moved 17 times in 20 years with various firms). Everything went smoothly, Jay and partner arrived on time, they were very polite and laid back, no stress. Very reasonable price, and job completed ahead of schedule and with no breakages. I hope we don't have to move for several years, but if we do then I wouldn't hesitate to use Painless Removals again.

Efficient, friendly, helpful, reasonable in price. They moved all my possessions(14boxes) and lots of furniture from Bristol to Haverfordwest with the minimum of fuss. I rate them extremely highly, 5 Star plus. I will never use anyone else. This is the third time with the same high standards every time. Their quote was 50% lower than the other firm I contacted. I employed this firm for a flat move within Bristol. Whereas some other firms had extra charges for moving items, everything was covered by one reasonable fee declared on the web site. Their communication in advance was very helpful. On the day itself the team were very professional and coped extremely well with unexpected problems that came up. I couldn't be happier with my move.

Jay responded quickly to my email and identified a date for my move. Unfortunately at short notice we had to change the date and he was very accommodating. We moved my Mum from Paignton to Bristol last week with Painless Removals and the guys were great - they turned up on time and worked really hard to do a good job.
