I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Pak Auto Service, and I must say, I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism I experienced. From start to finish, the team at Pak Auto Service went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top-notch condition and that I was a satisfied customer. One aspect that truly stood out was the expertise and knowledge of the staff. The mechanics at Pak Auto Service are highly skilled and demonstrated a deep understanding of all types of vehicles. Short review: scammed me out of $1000 across 2 different visits without fixing the problem, leaving me without AC on a cross country trip. Took my car in before moving cross country for an air conditioning repair. They spent a while looking for leaks and couldn’t find any. Didn’t seem legit but they swore the system was fine and recharged it. A week later it was blowing hot air again and was clear they didn’t fix the problem. I brought the car back in immediately, as it was a few days before I was leaving San Francisco. All of the sudden they were able to find multiple leaks in the system and needed to take the car overnight. They told me to bring it in and I did but they were inexplicably closed early (they had confirmed they’d be open at the time). I had to take time off of work because I needed this fixed before driving to the east coast, which I stressed to them. They replaced the condenser and “fixed” the leak, then charged me for the Freon again, despite the fact that I had just paid them $150 for a worthless fix they did the week before. Total cost was extremely high, and within the week I was without AC again driving through Arizona and Texas. Would NOT trust or recommend Pak Auto Service.

Warning to all new customers being referred to this business they stole cash out of my car. I want to start off by saying I was referred to this business by Costco because they refused to put in my OEM wheel sensors in my car. I called this business because I needed an alignment and the wheel sensors installed. The story was pretty simple I dropped off the car. I waited 4 hours, received NO PHONE CALL. Decided to walk there ( I live kinda close ) and the mechanic spoke to me. Told me he installed the sensors but couldn't get them to work and fixed the alignment. This is where the story gets sketchy. He couldn't cash me out because the other guy was on his lunch. I waited around 30 minutes and the other guy shows up. I pay and get in my car and noticed that a bunch of items in my glove box and arm console were in the floor. I keep cash hidden in my car that would take someone really digging around to find and it was missing. At this point I was stuck in traffic and decided not to turn around until I had time on Monday. EDIT: Owner did the right thing and paid me back via Venmo. Thanks for doing the right thing.

The mechanics at Pak were wonderful! We were visiting San Francisco from out of town when our radiator broke on a Saturday. Not only did they do a great job, but they got it done quickly so we did not have to stay any extra time in the city. They let us know we were a priority, especially with it being the weekend. I would recommend them to anyone, they have impeccable customer service and really go out of the way to make their customers feel valued as well as being reasonably priced. Thanks Pak Auto Service!

Went in feeling depressed about my car and the money I was going to have to spend, but after the initial check and once they told me the issues and the price to get it fixed, all of those feelings went away. 3 days later I have my car back when they said I would and the issues went away along with the check engine light I was worried about. Very professional, courteous and welcoming. I highly recommend this auto shop. I will be returning for future repairs and check ups if needed. Thank you guys.

I bought a used 2008 Scion xD and it turned out to have quite a few problems. The pros at Pak Auto did a thorough inspection, found the problems and then came up with a cheaper more optimal solution to fix the problems that saved me more than $1K. They were professional, easy to deal with and even took some videos of the issues they found and sent them to me at home and were patient and explained everything to me. The car runs like a charm now. I highly recommend them.

Moving here from Chicago over a year ago, my car took a beating. And recently, I had complete rear brake rebuild. The owners are brothers and were so kind to me without the BS. GOOD HONEST PEOPLE is who I like to do business with and these guys embodied that. They did an amazing job. Thank you Muhammad and Sami for the excellent service and wonderful job on my car. These guys who work here they are very good the communication, working with your car and they will work with you for the price hope your car it depends what type of car you have. I've been with them for a couple of months I'll know about last year and they treat me very well and they'd let you know what's the problem of your vehicle all the way and I like that and they will fix it very good, these God is wonderful

Called to ask if they could install wheel spacers (rear only/I had my own parts) and they said yes and gave me a quote. Brought it in the same day I called and was in and out in 30 minutes tops. Very friendly staff. Bonus: Taco truck, Best buy, Rainbow Grocery, Target and a Foods Co all within 2 blocks of shop. Def will be back for future car needs. Thanks Sammy and staff! Great service, good prices. Professionals at Pak Auto Service helped me out on Sunday, the car broke down in the middle of the city and this was the only shop open. Very efficient communication, quick work. They were also ready to keep the shop open late so that I could pick up the vehicle after work. Totally recommend. This shop is my go-to place now

I was treated very poorly and unfairly, their staff unprofessional and racist when i spoke with the owner he said he would deal with it when i called again to check on truck not only did he not do the work he then refused to do work so i had to pay $350 for another flatbed to take to another shop would not recommend pak auto service to anyone

I've taken my car to Pak Auto Service twice now, Mohammed and Sammy are the best! They offer some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, and more importantly, they are fair, honest, fair, and tell it like it is. I would highly recommend working with Pak Auto whenever possible.

Just stopped in to have my tire pressure checked as the light was on and they immediately checked it, refilled my tires, and recalibrated my sensors at no cost. Will definitely be coming to them for all of my car needs -- and they were professional and kind to boot!

I had an appointment, when I showed up at the shop there was no one there. I had requested work off that day for my appointment. They rescheduled with me, and gave me a discount because of the problem. No complaints about the work itself, it was as it should be.

These guys were excellent! I pulled in with a completely flat tire, and they had me fixed up and on my way in 30 mins for a reasonable price. Super nice staff. (And doesn't hurt that you can go to Target and Rainbow Grocery while you wait for your car!)

Spoke with the mechanic yesterday 12/10/19. He confirmed that the shop opens at 9 AM. I arranged my schedule to drop off my car at 9 AM. I called 15 times during 9 to 9:15 PM and no one showed up nor answered my phone,.
