My loved ones were taking care of from the time Palm Mortuary received him in their care (my beloved son). I wanted to especially extend my gratitude & appreciation to Timothy Zrelak (our funeral arranger to the Tauanu'u family) for being professional, with sincere caring always keeping my family & I informed during my beloved son's funeral service. Thank you so much Tim for all of your assistance to my family when we were planning my son's funeral service. Tim was a very helpful individual always answering our concerns in a timely manner. Our hats off to such a great, loyal & caring person. This senior is trying to get her affairs in order. Upon reviewing documents I found I needed to change my beneficiary designation on the life insurance policy assigned to fund my Prearranged Funeral Service. I also needed a Self Authorization for Cremation form executed. Thank God for the staff at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne! I stopped by without an appointment, explained what I needed. Georjina Torres at the front desk took the initiative and got on the computer, assisted by Vivian Norman. Also helping out was Tim Zrelak and especially David Holl, who worked with Georjina to hand me a finished product!. You should know: when it came to a coordinated effort to meet my needs, no one let me down! I feel relieved and confidant that when the time comes for more help from Palm/Affordable Cremation, they will be there for my family as they were for me earlier this week. Trust them--I do!

I lost my Mom Peggy Reed on April 1st 2021 and we had her service at Palm Mortuary on W. Cheyenne. They were always kind and attentive and so caring. Her service was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I lost my Dad Donald Reed 10 months later. We received the same dignified, caring service as we did for Mom. My Dad was in the Navy and I was informed by Michael that we could do a military service, I didn't know that and very much appreciated that information. When you get to Palm for the service they meet you at the door and take care of everything you bring for memories for your loved one. When the service ends, they gather everything, flowers, your memorabilia and any other paperwork you need and bring it out to your car. You don't have to worry about anything. So thankful for Palm Mortuary and their wonderful staff.

Everyone was so impressed with everything you did, like all the pictures displayed at the Mortuary, everything you did in preparation for the funeral at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints and then transport to the burial site at the Boulder City Veterans Cemetery. There were many who came from different states who were amazed with your efficiency and attention to detail. As Mr. Sadler's wife, I feel so comfortable that I will be treated with the same respect when my time comes. Michael and the Palm Mortuary staff were so loving, and I appreciate them so much. Our families from Michigan, Indiana, Utah, Washington State, California and Oregon may be thinking of being transported to Las Vegas to have Palm Mortuary give them such a respectful and loving experience. Our family is so grateful for Palm Cheyenne Mortuary. My initial call was to Michael Peters. Just talking to him was very reassuring that everything was going to be taken care of in a respectful, high quality way. And it was. Everything to the last detail was handled superbly. Even the dessert display at the reception was so outstanding that the people commented on how amazing it was. Michael went above and beyond with scanning pictures for the video and inserting the obituary on their website so it was perfect just the way we wanted it. Natasha and Jorge were always so kind and respectful in handling the transport of flowers and the casket. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience all in honor of my dad. I attended the funeral of my fiancee's mother Elizabeth Ward, in mid Sept 2019, At Palms Mortuary. They took care of my mom's arrangements 12 years previous and did an outstanding job, so I was thrilled that my fiancee had also decided to use Palms for her mother. Tim and his staff were so kind, considerate and compassionate. They made the ever difficult logistics easy so instead of worrying about funeral arrangements, we could actually relax and take time to mourn. They beautified Elizabeth's face that made her look radiant.. They did everything that the family wanted done. They are penultimate professionals who actually care. The day after my mom passed away in hospice, my husband and I met with Tim at Palm Cheyenne to start the process of having her body transported out of state for her funeral. I had no prior experience in dealing with these matters. Tim was wonderful to work with! He answered all of our questions and shared details about how everything would work. He was extremely professional and compassionate. He offered options but didn’t attempt to do a “hard sell”. I appreciated that during this difficult time. He put my mind at ease that things were going to move in a sequential and timely fashion. I was extremely pleased with his expertise and knowledge. Tim is a real asset to Palm Cheyenne. The other employees we encountered there were helpful and courteous. Very pleased with the experience.

A person is obviously not in ideal circumstances or the best of spirits, typically, when they find themselves doing business with a mortuary. With that said, I have nothing but praise for Palm Mortuary. They struck just the right balance of professionalism and compassion, were efficient, thorough, honest, patient and polite, and everything that they explained in terms of what would happen next and when, did happen accordingly. If and when I ever in need of mortuary services again I would look no further than Palm Mortuary. Furthermore; no one ever tried to up-sell us in any way—gouge for more profit—and they even offer a free, 24/7 grievance hotline for clients for a time (I can’t recall the duration but will update review with that info) after the death of the loved one.

The atmosphere at Palm was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted, offered some water, and made comfortable until our appointment. We met with Mary M. to ask all the questions and get the information we needed to plan for our day of departure. Mary was so friendly and real--spoke from her heart. She explained the different plans available and all the options for us. We were given time to think about what we wanted to have set up and at no time did we feel pressured into making any decisions. After finalizing our plans we walked out feeling like a burden had been lifted--for both us and our children. God is so good. His plan for us to meet with Mary was a divine appointment that gave us peace and assurance that all will be ok.

Palm Memorial has some of the nicest people that you can imagine working for them. The woman at the front desk and Michael were just amazing. They made this experience which was so upsetting to us they put us at ease they guided us through the procedures they did not try to oversell us at all we explained what we wanted and they went from there they were very kind and considerate and we are definitely going to use them again. When we went to pick up our loved one from Palm Memorial we also met the head manager and he was amazing he was very friendly he explained everything to us he got all of our paperwork together what we were going to need and he was so kind and so considerate this is an amazing funeral home.

On the sad occasion of the death of a loved one, it is so important to find a mortuary with professionals who you can trust, are kind and understanding and who help you to take care of correspondence and important matters regarding the death of a loved one. I attended a seminar about Funeral Customs and Rituals that was led by David Holt. I was not sure what to expect coming into the seminar. That notwithstanding, I was pleasantly surprised at the thorough presentation and attention to detail that David went into with the various religious and cultural backgrounds. This course helped me to understand the diverse ways other cultures embrace death and even explained some of the things in my own culture that I have just accepted but never knew why we did that. Palm Mortuary on Cheyenne did a great Job after my Mother's passing. She was to be interred at a California cemetery & Palm handled everything to make it happen. I highly recommend funeral director Michael Peters he took charge & spend over 3.5 hours the day after my Mother passed to complete the planning. Michael also called the CA cemetery & set up those dates transfer permits etc. We were able to save money ordering a casket off Costco & having it shipped directly to Palm Cheyenne no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend Palm Mortuary Cheyenne!

Our 8 month son passed away just last month. It was horrible experience no one should ever live through. But on the behalf of our family we would like to thank Timothy Zrelak for being a true guide in arranging our funeral. He was amazing to work with, provided open and friendly advise.
