If there was an option to give a no star rating that is what I would rate this pharmacy. I am constantly fighting with them about chronic meds for my renal patient husband who never seems to get the meds on time. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, the people to need to speak to is never available and they never return the calls. They call us after the meds are overdue to state they dont have 90% of the items. They state they ordering it and will send it tomorrow but that never happens. Tomorrow goes on for a week or so. As it is now, my husband is over due on his meds for 6 days.. everyday they waiting for stock. Refuse to give me original scripts that they have so I can get the meds somewhere else. It's so frustrating and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! It could be a matter of life or death and the meds will not arrive.

Tried calling in numerous times at first the lady answered and so rudely did not even wait for me to complete my sentence, put me through to another line which went unanswered. After trying for about the 5th time I finally get through to Divaan who was patient and helped me with my query in no time at all. That's the only reason for 3 stars

Very disappointed with the owner of this pharmacy. Customers can only use the speedpoint machine if transaction is more than R50.00 or uou must make further purchase equalling R50.00 before you can swipe your card. This is illegal Will be reporting him to consumer council

My first choice for any of my pharmaceutical needs..not only is it close to home but the service I always recieve is amazing..from my chronic to over the counter medicine the help and advice is beyond professional..

Excellent service all the time, fully stocked and kind and friendly staff, my mum's chronic is always delivered on time and so is my spouse's, they are the best pharmacy I have ever been to.

I have visited the pharmacy on several occasions and have found the staff to be polite, helpful and friendly. The pharmacist is very kind and empathetic, totally professional and efficient.

Pathetic customer service. I called twice and after 8PM but nobody assisted even though I needed assistance for a 2 month old baby. They placed me on hold anf forgot about me twice

It is a pleasure to go to our local pharmacy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pharmacists are extremely humble and very professional. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Pharmacy had stock of most items. Prices were reasonable. Staff seem helpful.
