Very poor customer service. Slow to respond. Waited 9 days to get a viewing on a rental property in Nairobi. Got tired and reached out to another agency with the same property on their listings, was given a viewing next day and have since made an offer. Wrote to complain to the relevant agent and got no response. One to avoid!

Poor website. Very difficult to navigate and find any rental properties. Many other websites offer much better and consumer friendly websites.
