I had met Pamela several times over the years at the One of a Kind Show and always admired her streamlined and sculptural designs. I reached out to her in early December to find a necklace for a friend who lives in BC. Pamela was very patient and helpful as I choose the necklace and thoughtfully suggested more minimal packaging for ease of mailing and lower price of shipping, but still looked professional and beautiful. I did not think this process would be so quick and thus didn't have a Christmas card for my friend yet. Pamela had several lovely blank Christmas cards and I was able to choose one to send to my friend along with the necklace. The whole process was quick and smooth and lovely. I also wanted to buy a necklace for myself which was the same design as my friend's but with a different gem and chain. Pamela was able to source a specific chain for me that was similar to a necklace I already wear but she did not have in stock. She ended up sourcing the perfect chain for me. In addition, she cleaned my own silver necklace (which I didn't even purchase from her), just because she is so nice and helpful and kind. When I received my customized necklace, I was just really happy to get this beautiful piece, but in addition, it came in a lovely jewellery pouch that prevents tarnish. I also received a complimentary jewellery polishing cloth to keep all my jewellery looking beautiful. I should hasten to add that both of my necklace purchases were not expensive, but I was still treated as if I was buying a custom diamond ring! Pamela's generosity, attention to detail, quick responses to emails and texts and obvious care for her clients is evident in my wonderful experience with her. Let me start by saying it has been an absolute pleasure working with Pamela. My husband and I were less than a month away from our wedding day and still had not found a pair of wedding bands that we liked. We stumbled upon Pamela's site after seeing images of fingerprint engravings and really liked her "Edge" design. To say that we were impressed is an understatement as Pamela managed to create my ring based on an optical illusion we saw in one of her website's photos. I was initially concerned that Pamela would not be able to see what we saw but she blew us with her skill and artistry, and produced the rings that we've always wanted. It was as if she copied the exact image I had in my mind. We can see that Pamela takes extreme pride in her work. She is always prompt with emails (sometimes within minutes of responding) and when the fingerprint engraving on my ring did not turn out as well as she liked, she gave us multiple options as, in her words, she cannot present a client with something that she, herself would not wear. I've gotten so many compliments on how unique my ring is and my husband (who has never worn rings) is over the moon with his. But most importantly, we love our wedding bands and love that we will wear them forever. We are first-time customers of Pamela's but I can definitely say that we will be returning to her when the time comes to create more memorable pieces. My experience in dealing with Pam was awesome and I really enjoyed spending time with her in order to work on my projects. I had jewelry from my mother that I thought I would not necessarily wear in its current format. Pam was able to make suggestions as to how we could modernize some of the pieces as well as removing some stones to make several pairs of earrings. In addition, we converted an emerald ring of mine with three stones that I was not wearing in it's current state and made an original heart pendant with one of the stones as well as a pair of emerald stud earrings. Pam was also able to convert clip on earrings into beautiful drop earrings for pierced ears. I had lost a 10K gold hoop earring and Pam suggested making a pendant with the single earring that I had left. It is so beautiful. Pam also replaced existing hooks on a pair of 14K amethyst earrings that I has purchased in the Dominican Republic. These are really special to me. All in all, Pam is very detail-oriented and has been a pleasure to deal with. I have a few more projects for her and have shared my experience with my three sisters and they were delighted and very impressed with the new pieces. Thank you so much , Pam.

I had some very specific design elements that I wanted to incorporate into the ring. I met with several jewelers and while they told me my ideas were impractical / impossible, Pam executed flawlessly. Pam is a great listener who made this a collaborative effort in bringing my vision to life. She took my ideas, made some recommendations of her own and completed a one-of-a-kind design. The ring is stunning! Pam was flexible and easy to work with. We had a few in person meetings but were able to do most of the work by email. She also prepared a surprise reveal for my wife with champagne and chocolates where we all reviewed the stones and 3D designs before putting the ring into production. This gave my wife a chance to have input on her own ring before it was finished. It was a perfect experience from start to finish and if I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. OK, I know absolutely nothing about Jewelry (my wedding band is made of silicone so I can wear it at sports) and I wanted to create something my partner would love for our anniversary. Awesome personal experience with Pam throughout the entire custom engagement ring design process! Before the big question, you’ve got an important question to ask yourself – am I going to loop in the ring recipient into the design process? The good thing for you is, Pam is your designer of choice either way! I chose to loop my partner into the design process since she herself formally studied jewelry design. Pam welcomed her domain knowledge and it moved our collective design discussions forward rapidly with a unique twist. After personally meeting with Pam, we continued our process with a series of emails as purposeful considerations needed final decisions (e.g., what was our choice for prong/claw design). The end result was an incredibly personal, custom, and forever ring which brought an additional layer of emotion to my proposal because it was crafted to perfection.

We are very happy with the wedding rings that Pamela designed and made for us. I had a custom engagement ring made by Pamela from stones that I already had which were set into a pendant. From start to finish the level of service and professionalism was what you would expect of a high end jewellers, except, because it is by appointment only, the service is a lot more personal than you would get at any store.
