"Personal muy amable, pan muy rico"
"This panaderia is by far the best I’ve ever tasted !!! I usually go to a bakery and I try my favorite bread then I try coffe and any other drinks they have"
"Ok so you might be asking yourself"
"Live in Gilroy but if I'm in the area and it's breakfast time this is the spot"
"The first time my husband and my sister in law had gone they were treated with disrespect"
This panaderia is by far the best I’ve ever tasted !!! I usually go to a bakery and I try my favorite bread then I try coffe and any other drinks they have. I went with Jesus he had an apple empanadas they were so fresh and bread soft not too sweet we also decided to try the tamales I was blown away the had sour cream and Chile Atole & Champurado everything tasted amazing and quality was amazing... I will definitely be telling more people about this place!!! So good when I went back to my home town it was a disappointment
Ok so you might be asking yourself. What is so different about a Mexican bakery? Well for starters traditional Mexican baked goods carry with them French and Spanish influences. Known as Pan Dulce you’ll find that every bakery has a distinct signature taste and style. We’ve looked high and low for a place down in this part of San Jose that honors the tradition and this place does it justice. You won’t go wrong by ordering a handful of “Conchas” and a “puerquitos” that pair well with a nice hot coffee!
Live in Gilroy but if I'm in the area and it's breakfast time this is the spot.hands down better than any panderia I've been too in Hollister, gilroy, or Morgan hill. In sj in order for a food establishment to survive they have to provide quality, great tasting food or else you it's another failed restaurant. Try any of their freshly baked items or delicious tamales with a green salsa that has levels of flavor and heat sophisticatedly created that will leave your tongue begging for more.
The first time my husband and my sister in law had gone they were treated with disrespect. I went maybe a couple days ago myself, ordered a juice and right away you could tell it was made with rotten vegetables. It was a carrot juice. I nicely asked the lady to help me out and asked her why, she was so rude and told me to keep and and I would be able to get my money back. When I was leaving she told me to never come back again. The workers are rude and disrespectful.
I was so excited to have Pan Dulce so close to home. It took them awhile to open but it was so worth the wait. I've sampled various types of pastries and they go from good to excellent. Their prices are very reasonable. In a addition to bread, they have many breakfast and food items, coffee, traditional cinnamon tea and atole (warm cornmeal drink) I saw they had tamales for sale recently which I can't wait to try.
My fave place to get Mexican bread!! The tamales are super good but you have to come early. I love their apple and pineapple turnovers the most, and conchas are a close second. The staff here are pleasant and don't judge you if you walk out with a full box of pastries for yourself. ;) Cash only so come prepared!
Amazing Mexican pastries. Very good cold sandwiches made with their fresh bread. Also, fresh squeezed orange juice and carrot juice. Hot sandwiches are served until 12pm. Bring cash! No credit cards accepted. This is a single mom, Maria, that owns this bakery. She has 2 college students. I like to support her.
New favorite spot. I'd show you pictures but there's no crumbs left! Very inexpensive too. Got bakery items, breakfast burrito, and OJ. Cookie with cream filling fantastic. Nice selection too, of different kinds of cookies and things. Chorizo and egg burrito very good. Must go back.
Condescending attitude and horrific customer service, cash only location with disdain towards coin counting. Be advised PLEASE make sure coin is easy to count (for the attendant), she struggles, preferred method, neatly rolled, or sectioned into easy to see groups of $1.
Really bad attention, the lady was very rude I was waiting two minutes and she said nothing, I asked her if it was closed she said yes ... The door was open and the sign on ... I really felt discriminated I would never recommend this place ..
DELICIOUS . I went because I saw they had champurrado (which was good and hot) and saw they also had pumpkin empanadas, cuernos, orejas, and a bunch of others I refrained from buying. I did pick up tamales. They are seasoned well and are
Came here for Pan Dulce and got about a dozen. They were delicious. True a pleasure to have found this place on my way home one day. Took the Pan Dolce to my work and the whole dozen was devoured in a day. Will definitely come back here.
When I stepped inside I really liked how it was clean and looked sanitary. They also had really good Pan Dulce. This giant pink roll was hands down their best one and it was nice & fluffy. 10/10 would come back for more pan dulce
Cash only. The nice cashiers are more comfortable speaking Spanish. Don't let that intimidate you from buying fresh tasty tamales of Cheese, Chicken or Pork. They do sale out. Go early. More
I absolutely love this place. There aren't very many places to go for pan on this side of town, so I was very grateful when they came. Very nice staff, good food, would recommend.
Tasty and very cheap! Got 2 tamales, a breakfast burrito, 2 pastries, and a drink all for $13.50!! Loved the tamales, will definitely be back to try more pastries.
Love this place! My son and I always go in for some fresh sweet bread after school. So happy to support our local Panaderia and community.

Good Mexican Bread. Loved thier chicken tamales that they sell. But Remember Its a Cash Only place.
They have chicken, pork and cheese tamales for $3.25 each. They also have a large selection of pan.
Good customer service, and very clean panaderia, I get bolillos every other day and it pan dulce
The line to get coffee can be pretty long but overall great coffee and even better atmosphere!
Small mexican bakery with most of the mainstay panes dulces, as well as a few uncommon ones.
Buen pan , mi esposo pasa casi todos los días, las señoras que atienden muy amables!!
