The worst pizza place in Calgary . I have gone here a few times . After the last time I will not return . There was a child she looked under 10 sitting in the back . She had her boots off and sitting at this little table close to where food is prepared . Very unprofessional and very unsanitary . The times I have gone in the man that brings the pizza and you pay for it I'm not sure if he is the manager he has never been nice the times I have gone in . The first time I went in and he was rude I just thought maybe he was having a bad day . No he is just a rude man . Then seeing the little girl in the back the health board should really go there . Go to a better pizza place don't eat here

I was with my son and I was in the wheelchair staff didn’t help with the door. Bought 4 bottles of pop cashier charged regular even though it is a promo tried to rip me off $1.50 and when I asked him about it, he said oh I didn’t see that refunded me and didn’t want to apologize I asked if I could wait inside. He said he’s busy with customers coming in and out, I am a customer to. I just bought 4 bottles of pop and while waiting inside only two people came inside he wasn’t very busy. I don’t recommend it at all.

Worst place to come with wheelchair no help from staff.

Ordered pizza for lunch today and my delivery came on time. I gave the driver money and requested change back he said he had none and took off. I called customer service and they gave me credits to use within 90 days or they would make the driver come back with my money. I don't know if I will be using cash for these people anymore. Added extra stars for a good customer servive team but no more cash for delievery. Update: I ordered again after the incident today and the driver was rude so I made it clear goodbye to panago delivery. Best of luck treat customers nicely and they will be back. I won't be back done for good which is a shame since I am so close.

Based on the options they have, I would place it on the top of my list for convenience sake. they thought of a way to include everyone in the family to enjoy a slice of 'za. I come from a family of picky eaters and with food restrictions, these guys thought of everything from gluten free crusts for the celiac, to dairy free cheese for the lactose intolerant, and meat free pepperoni for the vegan In the house. Literally no way to step on anyone's toes, and no hassle for me ^_^ There's also a menu of 40 different pizzas to choose from for anyone whose not restricted to eat anything

Really bad experience. the staff isnt welcoming or helpful. They are very rude . i waited at the counter till the 4 staff members sitting and having a discussion were done discussing who would go to the counter to take the order and laughing. even the quantity of cheese is less compared to other pizza shops. Not coming to this branch again.

Worst Panago in the city. They use less cheese, less sauce and literally take the dipping sauces out of the jar, water them all down and put them in their own dipping cups to save what must not be that much money but delivers a terrible quality to their customers. They’ll save a penny anywhere they can and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, we have visited this place couple of times to get pizza and it has been a good day experience so far. The staff is very friendly, place is neat and clean. They are quick with service also. Pizza has tasted well all 3 times.

I have almost 2 lbs uncheased,unsauced dough sitting on my table that I received as an already cold and under topped pizza from a 12 inches large pizza and cheese bread. This is the leftover from two young mens meal who works with their bodies for almost last 7 years everyday and we are big eaters.

Haven't had panago in about 8 years and decided to try it to tonight. Very disappointing pizza's had barely any sauce and lacked flavour cause they're bland. I don't think I'll be going back again ill stick to local spots that are my favs and won't be let down.

This Panago has the worst service. The guy working on July 5th was not welcoming, nor informative when we were asking dietary questions. He rudely pointed at the menu and said "look there". Would not recommend soley based on the awful service.

Ordering online is annoying, but seems functional. Except you dont get what you ordered. Ordered a large chicken club, 2 jalapeños ranch dips and a super cheesy bread. My dips were replaced with Italian garlic dip, $2 for nasty melted butter.

Ordered online, specially told the raising thik crust,came home and opened box in very thin and rubber chewing like nothing what we paid, spoiled our crihtmas dinner party. We bought many time same place was very good experience but..

Always hot fresh and fast not too expensive always tastes incredible.

We bought twoo differents pizza both was without sauce , can you imagine a pizza without sauce!! We also bought chicken nuggets and it was not fresh baked so can’t give this to my kids its not safe !

5/2018 First & last order; gagged from the salt and confused by the amount of grease... Threw out over half of our $40 order unfortunately, pizzas were a total waste of our money

Consistently undercut the amount of toppings. Ordered extra chicken on my pizza and there were only 2 or 3 pieces TOTAL. Save your money and get dominos instead of this garbage

The pizza was really good and tasty, but way too greasy. There's gotta be a way to make it less greasy, next time I try it, I will ask if they can make the crust less greasy.

I've ordered from several of Panago locations. This one has been consistently terrible. Always cold pizza, sometimes forget to cut it, never enough cheese. Avoid this place

Very poor quality pizza. Paper thin and wings look like they dumped an entire jar of garlic powder on them. Second time they have had poor quality pizza. I would avoid.

This place has the best pizza ever even the crust is good. Dont sleep on these guys

My stomach heaved watching an employee picking his nose while wandering around in the kitchen. The lady in charge seemed not overly concerned so I won't go back.

Ordered a hot honey pepperoni pizza. Got hot sauce only. No honey. Very different from every other panago menu. Very disappointing. Will not be ordering again.

Yah the owner is pretty rude. Asked what specials he pointed at the wall to the MENU then walked away back ignoring me. Guy needs an attitude adjustment.

Staff(lady) there does not greet/welcome. Was also rude.

My sons Jr. High has Healthy Hunger and today’s choice is 2 pieces of cheese pizza. $9.50 Pathetic.
