I literally walked in, stood at the entrance for about a minute, no one notices me, so I'm like ok I'll sit at the door so that they can note... *Darn* idiots still don't notice meeee (At this point Sphiwe is playing ama kiddies games) Hawu... A family of 4 come in sit right opposite where I'm sitting and wow wow wow wow... A waiter notices them and they are served ☕ A few moments later... A group of 9 teens walk in, no one notices them @ the door and pull the exact same stunt I pulled - took a seat and started chatting their arses away. (So I'm thinking, they're in the same predicament such as i right? ) Wrong ❌❌❌❌❌❌ A waiter literally goes to their table [which is diagonally opposite to my table] and they get served Now at this point I'm on an emotional roller coaster ☹ This is like an hour and so many minutes friend So I'm like... Huuusaaaaa... Not gonna make a scene and be pathetic Ima go collect Sphiwe, walk out and go to Rocco Mama's... So I'm currently sitting here @ Rocco I'm even eating to my satisfaction... Panarottis = Pathetic × Mediocre × Predicament

Food is always great here at Panarottis (Glen). My bad experience on 21 March 2017. It was my fault that I forgotten my bank card on the table I only realise this as someone tried to make an online purchase for an amount R2599 at a TFG online store the notification for a One Time Pin came through on my cell phone which is why the transaction was not successful. This would mean the person cleaning tables after we leave takes our belongings without reporting it to management. If they say they did not see it then that would mean they don't clean up properly before the next customer sits to eat. Either way they are not professional. This report was submitted before reporting to the store management as I tried to phone them I waited 8 minutes for the management to come to the phone. I dropped the call but I will do a follow up shortly . Thanks

We went out for Dinner & drinks on the 11th of January. We spent over R2200. At 8.50 we asked for a last round, the waiter said that he needs to confim with the manager, he took over 20 mins or get back to us. He eventually said that they are closed, but we asked for a last round 10 mins before they closed. The manager from Panarottis as well as Spur as useless & their only concern was closing up. As a businessman this is not acceptable. When we requested to chat to the mangers personally they said that they were busy & completely ignored us. This is not on esp for such a reputable franchise. I personally will never visit this store again...

Service is shoddy at best. Went on Saturday evening. A waiter took our takeaway order then asked us to go to the counter. There a guy named neo was preoccupied so we waited a bit. Then he asked us to repeat the order. While I was still talking to him, mid order he started yelling at another waiter in a language I don't understand. He asked me again for the order but continued doing his own thing. When I asked him the amount and approx time it would be ready he told us to wait and then another waiter came and asked us to repeat the order AGAIN. Not once was it written down. We eventually decided to leave without ordering as the waiters continued their own chat. Very rude

I would leave a no star rating if I could because this does not even deserve a star rating. Decided to come here for lunch and seeing that the store was fairly empty, thought that the service would be good. Boy, was I proven wrong. The service at this restaurant can be described as non-existent and after waiting fifteen (yes, 15) minutes for any service, I decided to walk out of the store. Multiple waiters walked right past us without even a thought of offering to take our drinks orders. It seemed like two managers were on duty but I'm not sure what they were there for? It isn't like they were taking charge and helping out their customers. A disappointing experience.

Very pleased with my experience on the 27 July 2023. My waiter was Lee who was the exact type of person you'd want serving you as his attitude and personality was professional. The management there were great and very pleasant, I was pleased with their approach and the way each one carried themselves. All and all, it was worth and and them currently there are a great grab for the restaurant. Keep it up

Service was not a good one. We ordered Mediterranean pizza with rocket herb. They brought one with English Spinach. I queried that, then the chef said they did not have the rocket. Therefore he had to get the rocket from a mixed salad when I queried. He could have informed us prior, so we could change our choice. Furthermore our waiter finished his shift and left us unattended. We had to go to the till desk to pay our bill because we were not not waited on. The cashier at the till depended on our confirmation of our order to bill us.

Was at panarrotis the Glen last night and I've never experienced such terrible service as I did yesterday. Definitely my last time going there. The waiter was extremely slow and disinterested we sat for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to check whether we wanted to order anything else or not. I spoke to the manager and asked for another waiter and not even an apology came from her. I was honestly so upset as I was there to celebrate my daughters birthday.

I visited Panarottis at The Glen, they were amazing. I have been to many branches, but this branch...the food was great. I adore chicken livers and the chef here was amazing, great balance of flavours. They had this amazing special...pizza, pasta, jug of soda and 2 starters at R300. Such value, took most of it home. The waitor was a trainee and his mentor was with him all the way, he did superbly. For my first visit, I am so impressed. Thank you.

Wow, let me say, my daughter and I went as we hadn't had panarottis in a while. The pizza was brilliant. The waiter was appropriate and made sure we had his attention even though it was fully booked. Excellent staff compliment and play area for kids. Sports channels playing on the flat screens. Licenced with convenient operating hours. When you want Italian food with flavour, my choice for a family meal on the weekend after a movie evening.

The food and service quality is on par with the level expected from Panarottis. But some waiters still have to know more about the benefits of Spur cards. More than once have I experienced them being unsure if children would get free drinks with their meals. The nice thing though is that they would find out from their supervisors and then give you that benefit.

Not bad, we went there super hungry after work on Saturday. It was packed but we got in. We got very good service from Owen who's still in training and Sibusiso our waiter for the day. Keep it up guys. There was three of us and we shared the pizza and pasta, really filling.

Date: 11/11/2021 Time: 12:15 The toilet in the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. There's urine running on the floor from the urinals and it stinks worst than an abandoned publc toilet. Its not the first, second or 10th time that I've experienced this. If the restaurant cannot keep their toilets clean and tidy, how do they keep the dishes, food and cutlery clean.

First date night with my wife. Bought movie tickets. Then ordered 2 pizzas. It took one hour to make it. Sit down became take away. Movies house would not allow us to take the pizza in. We watched movie without eating. Thanks panarottis. First and last time you will be seeing us. Going home to have cold pizza. Please get out of the food and hospitality industry.

We often eat at the glen Panarottis, we went there this passed Friday evening, and as usual the food is excellent, their pizza's are about the best, and I eat a lot of pizza, their livers are better than the popular flamed grilled chicken restaurants, the food is always served hot & fresh , the way I like it, I hope it stays this way.

Worst service ever!we came for the special,had to wait 20 minutes to be issued plates after we ordered(even though the pizza was ready),then had to beg and wait a further 20 minutes for cutlery and serviettes! Our server Sihle (not sure since she ignored us all evening)...really needs to learn how to check in more!

No other Panarottis is as good as this one! Waterford and Nkanyiso always make our visit memorable. Good presentation of food, great customer service. Zanele you had a good eye for this spot....joining both Spur and Panarottis next to each other and making it possible to order accross....best.

Like the new menu options. Highly recommend the prawn starter. Four Cousins Sangria is refreshing. Peppermint Crisp tart was delicious. Tiramisu a disappointment, had a frank taste, not sure if the cream was sour. Overall a gr8 place to eat!

Thursday night special not worth it spent 1 hour and 15 minutes without being served. Eventually when the Pizza comes to you there is 2 thin slices left but we 8 at a table. Service is pathetic had to complain 4 times before we actually got served

Food was very basic panarottis. Tried a new pizza on the menu. Was very dry Fr a pizza. Service was very poor although not unfriendly. There was no atmosphere according to most panarottis venues. I will not willing go there again …

This place though, im really not sure whats happening here. The chicken wings were terrible, the pizza wasnt bad, the service was horrible... Im not coming back here and I not recommening this place at all.

Loved it. I always order the monstarito pizza chicken and mayo ,,, the best pizza ever... They even give me gift vouchers sometimes like 50 rands and I don't always have to pay the full amount...

They don't answer the phone....it's so frustrating. On busy days order inadvabce or else u will waaaaiiitttt for your food until you don't want it anymore lol! Inefficient team.

The food is definitely getting better. They have a new menu , with a few new meals on it. They do however have the best Dompedros I've ever had. All in all a good place to eat.

Great food however when compared to other restaurants their servings are small, their coffees to their pizza... all small. They need to work on size, because it does matter

Great pizza and delicious Belgium waffles. Just please play more relaxing music. We had to move to an outside table to escape the music.
