I had a very bad experience at this store. They give display pieces saying that its a brand new piece which they just unpacked today. I bought a cooler and after taking it home, I found out that parts were missing. There was no instructional manual given and even the wheels were given of some other model. I had to go back to the store to return the cooler. Reaching the store they had no idea of the missing parts, even they did not have another piece. I had to forcefully buy another expensive model and even that model had its wheels missing. I was promised that the wheel will be delivered on same day but I thinks after leaving the shop three forgot that I was their customer. Till now they didn’t deliver the missing wheels neither there was a courtesy call. I would like to remind the customers that do not spend your hard earned money at this place where they don’t respect customers. Update. 4 days have passed and still no communication by the store owner. Beware of buying from this store.

I purchased a Faber Hob from Dolly Electronics. After installation of half an hour one of the burner stopped working. I raised a complaint. One technician came and told that the burner needs to change. I told him I need exchange of the hob rather than a burner. But he came next day and changed the burner. Now again that burner is not working. The staff is not at all supportive. Its their responsibility to get the hob exchanged. Pathetic experience from the staff and store. Will never recommend it to anyone to buy anything from this store.

One of the worst experience with bosch refrigerator, we bought in November 2019, they told us this is the latest model, now we are having problem in refrigerator door rubber, after calling to bosch customer service, we came to know, this model spare parts is not available, because we have close this model in 2019. I will never recommend bosch products and dolly electronics. Inspite of so many calls in bosch customer service and dolly electronics, nobody is bothered to update about the spare parts.

Owner Mr Rathi, and sales person Rajneesh and rajinder make fool of u by buying AC from other dealers, they basically resale the AC. They gave me the deal on good price but Twist comes on 2nd day that They failed to get ac from all over delhi dealer's....there B2B links and B2c management is Poor. Basically they fake you and resale the AC after buying the same from other dealers so it's better to buy from other dealers only. Please don't trust them, totally fake dealer they are.

I bought an a.c of o general on Friday. That Ac fan from inside is broken and these people ain't listening from last 2 days they are telling me that technician will come and then we will change the product but nobody has come . They don't even pick up the call. The owner is busy to have lunch but he doesn't have time to attend The call they have even provided me the number of o general head and he is also not responding. I request all don't buy anything from this store.

Bought a 55inch 4K LED recently, good experience while getting product demo and billing process. Narendra the sales person at the store is very helpful. They explained me the benefits of taking extended warranty and offered 3 yrs extended warranty at a very good rate. Sharing image of the LED TV after installation.

Worst shop ... They don't tell about the product clearly to the customers ..... And if you get to know that this function is not present in this product, they said you have not asked about this function. ... Its a duty of seller to tell each and every thing to the customers.....

Service is good except one thing...they did not offer water after we aske for it they take alomost 10-15 mint like seriously... they should give water first before asking anything and one thing is good is the price of product.

My experience was really good. But you'll have to talk to Dolly ji herself to have the best experience possible. And yeah, she is one of those very few individuals in this business who knows what he/she is talking!

Panasonic TV's are good and loaded with features. Dolly Electronics explained all features very nicely and helped to finalize right product. Quite satisfied with services provided.
