I am visiting this place for the first time. The welcome was a bit mundane but warm and homely. If one is from Badlapur one has to be used to power cuts, our experience started with the owner apologetically explaining that there was a power cut and hence the AC could not be switched on. The first course was Tomato soup 2/3 and Mushroom soup 1/2. The mushroom soup turned out to be delicious . For the main course we ordered Paneer Pancharatna Pasanda (Paneer Pasanda enhanced to a signature dish? Maybe) and She Bhaji with Puris (Special order accepted by Captain due to presence of oldies in our group) with Rotis. Paneer Pasanda was excellent so was She Bhaji. No meal seems complete with some sort of rice preparation so we ordered Dal Khichadi. The Khichadi got delayed due to delay in our order. A very tasty preparation. Toped it all off with Ice cream and plain Taak(chass). Overall a very pleasant experience. Will love to visit again ❤️

Very pathetic..taste less food no customer service, no water was served by waiter, when we asked them after ten minutes wait the waiter told no water you have to buy compulsory water bottle, no customer services, they just keep u waiting. The soup was so salty and no soya or chilly sauce is served with machurian soup. The food was so spicy we have ask waiter water no sevice that too for second he kept us waiting. And charged three bottles when we purchased two bottles. I paid bill via debit card, My money got deducted I showed them my bank message even my bank statement, still the arrogant lady at reception with loud noise and made us to pay again cash. We have to pay double money via debit card and cash. Still I have not got refund amount. Will suggest. If Google had minus rating I would have given dem minus hundred...very very pathetic hotel we ever visited in my life..very bad service

Average place overall. Food has decent taste but service is slower than a slowpoke. Main reason being ill managed staff. Only one person is available for taking orders and even he goes into hibernation (You know like bears go into hiding during winters) at any given time. Saw the guy who handles counter go inside and drag the order collecting guy back into restaurant. For serving the food, again just one person is there. We saw at least 5-6 families leaving the place due to lack of service. And if I'm comparing service to a slowpoke I have no words for how slow they are when it comes to cleaning the vacant tables. Badlapur needs better hotels.

On the basis of the review that I saw on just dail, I went there with my family and guests the manager and the staff was completely unprofessional and indiscipled. The food served was rotten and was stinking. On my complain they changed our food but again I was continuously calling them to do the needful. Utensils used were very bad in condition. Manager was reluctant to solve or serve.. I do not not how have they got certificate of 5 star by just dial. Recommend all to please don't go. Don't go to this place!!!!!!Service at this place is horrible.When we ordered coffee they gave us half washed cup which was dirty.Even if you tell them about problem then also they will take 15 minutes to solve it.The owner/manager is also so rude that when children ask them questions she just shouts at them.She just have attitude that our hotel is well doing on zomato so we don't care.Even after finishing your 1st dish they don't take out the plates until you tell them to do so.I would say in the same area there are plenty of hotels which provide good food and service also.Dont go there.

Worst place to have lunch...we got really bad experience as we reached...if you go there at afternoon for lunch...you will directly get your lunch in the evening...we were not offered even water when we reached there...the manager doesn’t care what’s happening in the hotel...shameless staff doesn’t care about there customers. And food quality is not at all satisfactory. DON’T GO IN THIS HOTEL!! they don’t even show concern to their customers.

Worst place. Worst service. Tasteless food. They took more than 1 hour to serve vada misal and spring dosa. I want to give ZERO ⭐ to this place. The owner asked us whether cold misal is fine with you guys. This is the first place which didn't serve pav with vada misal. We'd to order pav separately and it came along with ant. Overall it was a worst experience. Won't suggest anyone.

Pathetic service.. I had ordered jain food.. What I received at table was food full of onions.. Dude dont you know what jain food is? If not, then why do you even mention JAIN FOOD AVAILABLE on your menu card.. Moreover the one at billing whom we complaint about was least bothered when we decided to walk off.. Nor did he have any courtesy to say atleast a sorry for serving the wrong food.. I wont recommend it at all..

After going several times I m sharing my reviews. For food I m giving 2 stars otherwise I would have given zero as their service is very very very very very very very very very Poor. Only one person is cooking for orders of 10 tables. You have to wait for almost an hour if you have ordered 2-3 things together. Quantity of rice and daal is also very less as compared to other restaurants. Very bad service.

Waste of money.. tasteless food ..they served burned tandoori roti ... paneer tikka masala was tasteless it was looking like coated masala paneer without salt ...they don't even serve water with free of cost.. we have to purchase water bottel.... Very bad services ... I would Never suggest anyone for this hotel

Restaurant Rates are too pricy, Quantity is average & taste is also not that grate as compared to price. Also They are charging more than MRP on packed water bottles. (Again GST Charged extra on bill for water bottle as it was already considered in MRP) I paid Rs. 523 for 2 people’s veg food. I will not recommend to go (personal opinion).

Service was too bad, non welcoming host. Had to ask for glasses which were not clean. Owner was too rude with visitors. They serve food in unclean dishesh and cups. In menu card rate was different and on bill rate was different. In short restaurant service was totally bad Overall do not visit this restaurant.

No proper preparation of food. Poor hygiene and too many flies in the restaurant. Poor ventilation. If someone is ordering takeaways then, check the order at the restaurant itself as they tend to mix-up the ordered items. Not many options to pay via UPI. No bills provided.

I ordered Mysur Masala Dosa, Dahivada, Potato Chips.... Dosa had only onions, Chatni was old with dirty smell, even sambar was not that good.. Street side guy can make better Dosa, sambar and chutney... In half price... Dahivadas vada was also 1 day old... Only chips was OK but below the standard..... Total Waste of money....

Lots of improvements needed. They don't even have washroom. Service wise waiters are not trained. They don't even know their own menu items. But food and pricing is reasonable enough. Parking space should not be an issue. Can be one of the good options on weekend night when all other dhabas are full

A decent pure veg restaurant located on the highway in Badlapur, right opposite to Dominos. Food quality is good, taste is also good and the pricing is economic. Service is okey as they are relatively new, but staff is helpful. Given the limited options for vegetarians, this place is a good choice.

लूक चांगला आहे पण AC चा जो थंडावा अपेक्षित आहे तो जाणवला नाही. पंखे रेग्युलेटर नसल्याने फूल स्पिडनी फिरतात त्यामुळे अन्न लवकर गार होते. वाॅश बेसिन नळ बरोबर नाही. एकंदर लूक पहाता फिंगरबाॅऊलची सोय हवी आहे. पदार्थांची चव बरी आहे. व्यावसाईकपणा सेवेबद्दल जाणवला नाही. एकंदर ठीक आहे.

It is nice and silent place. Clean and tidy. Food is very very tasty. Very honest service. I was there with my family. I have ordered idli. So he could gave us directly as it was. But he came back to tell us that it's not hot much. That's honesty. I would love to go again.

We had Veg . kolhapuri and chapati as there was no Tandoor item available. First time i had Veg. Kolhapuri as greavy , In hurry they serve steam rice with water not completely dry. Bad experience as we were so hungry. They need to improve food quality and service.

The Ambience is very good. Got fast service as we reached around 3.30pm for lunch. The food quality is good, can be improved. Food quantity is enough as we 3 had lunch at 700 with no starters.

Restaurant is at good location. Appears to be run by women management. Staff is nice and cooperative. Food taste needs improvement

Food taste is very bad. We ordered dahi wada and the wada seems to be a week older. Which was too tight and bad smell. Then we ordered South Indian dish. Then tha taste of sambhar was bad.

Clean place good food affordable . Pure veg. Timings for food no south indian dishes after 10pm etc. A/C facilities could be better. Good option in Katrap area. You can enjoy with family.

Too expensive and overbudget. it has lost the glory. the location is at the heart of the badlapur city but parking is real problem if you have 4 wheeler. taste is awesome.

The food was really tasty and customized according to our taste pallet. The attending person, Pranav ji, was awesome and made our experience lovely.
