Extremely disappointed with this company. I started following this company on Instagram and Facebook. The bouquets they posted looked so amazing. So I decided to splurge and order my mom a $100 bouquet. I did not get the basic, I chose the medium jack up. Anyways the flowers that were delieverd to my mom were near death, wilted brown edges and died the day she received them. It was also a very small bouquet ( some cool flowers though). Would have been ok with the size if they weren't all dead. I called the shop and complained. They agreed to send her a new bouquet. The new bouquet was even smaller and more dead. When I had called back the man I spoke with basically told me he hand picked the new boquet and there was nothing wrong with it. They agreed to give me a refund but wanted to come pick up their dead flowers. No problem. They picked up the flowers and I waited until now to post my review to make sure the refund was processed. So HERES MY WORD OF ADVICE WITH THIS COMPANY, DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA. Either take the time, go to the grocery store or Costco and pick out 3 or 4 of their bouquets for the price of 1 with panda which are healthier and huge with a larger variety. The picture below is the only rose in the second bouquet. Dead greens and brown spots curling on the rose.

UPDATE: In the days after, Jennifer reached out to my mom and I and committed to contacting the delivery company to follow up with what happened. She went out of her way to fix the situation, and my mom and I were very pleased with the customer service we received in the end. Thank you I ordered flowers online the day before my mother’s 85th birthday. I called the morning of her birthday to confirm the order and selection and the designer Elgin was extremely helpful and accommodating. The arrangement was beautiful. Unfortunately my mom didn’t get the flowers delivered until early evening and missed the delivery. I contacted the company Saturday (emailed and left phone messages) no response. I called back again and finally spoke to Jennifer. She said a 2nd attempt would be made that day. They didn’t come until 5:30 (a day later) When my mom when she asked him why he didn’t leave a message the day before. He was quite defensive and rude. I’d say 5 stars for the designer and 1 star for service.

Ordered from here for the first time on line. The flowers always look beautiful on their posts, but there were a few things that would make me question if I would order online again or simply just choose a different store. I requested same say delivery, but never received a delivery notice or tracking number. Online my order remained as pending. I called the next day, but did not receive a call back. Was finally able to speak to someone today, 3 days later, finally was able to confirm that the flowers were shipped. Another letdown for me was that the note I left for the flowers was not included with the order, so my friend had no idea who they were from. To bad a tip is paid for up front. I don't know if this is to be expected or not, but the flowers sent did not match the ones shown in the photo on line. Gerber daisies replaced with carnations, orchids replaced with Lillie's. Over all, not very impressed with my experience.

My spouse was having a rough day, so I went on line and had bought flowers for delivery and added a tip at around 9am. I had not heard anything from her, so i called the flower shop at 12:00 and a fella assured me that it was sent out. So I waited for her call and it never came. I called the store again and spoke to a different fella. The employee then called the driver. The driver then called me (which was odd) and said he couldn;t make it to drop off the flowers to my spouse who was having a rough day. I called the flower shop back, and the guy i talked to was in shock the the driver called me. I did get an apology from him, but delivering flowers 7 1/2 hours after they were ordered completely defeated the purpose of making sure my spouse had a great day. She loves her flowers and I have bought flowers many of times from this location. I don't think that the apology was enough this time to bring me back to Panda flowers.

I ordered a large bunch of flowers called "Wild Garden" that came in a really pretty grey-stained crate that looks like a window box. I ordered at noon and they were delivered later that afternoon. I am absolutely amazed at how perfectly the flowers I ordered look like the photo on their website! I had figured that the website photo would have been the most expensive one they offered, but even though I chose the lower priced one, it is identical. I am thrilled at how beautiful they are, and so is my sister who received them in the hospice where she is in palliative care. She said that her room even smells beautiful from them, without an overpowering aroma. I would also like to say how wonderful it was dealing with Nick over the phone. He made sure that everything was perfect, and he was so sweet and helpful. Excellent, fast, customer service. Best florist I have ever ordered from.

Even though I live 2 hours away from Edmonton, I come into Panda Flowers when I want to order flowers. The staff is always helpful, friendly and courteous. Panda flowers are always fresh, with a great selection to choose from. This week, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughters workplace. She needed cheering up. Despite the fact that the delivery driver apparently went to the wrong address, and the delivery was very late in the day (I had requested a morning delivery); the flowers were lovely, my daughter was thrilled, and her co-workers were happy too. What a great way to end a very long week. No blame at all to the staff at Panda Flowers (they were very helpful when I called about the delay). Perhaps the delivery drivers need a map!! I will continue to do business with Panda Flowers - everyone is so nice.

Completely disgusted horribly service ordered $160.00 on line and got confirmation on the order for my wife and they did not deliver it. Called to ask what happened and got told they tried calling on the day that i ordered and left a message because there was a missing number on the credit card BUT TRUST ME THEY DID NOT CALL OR LEAVE ANY MESSAGE! I could tell it was Bull! as he was talking with pauses in his story plus i know there was no message on my phone or number! So i replied you send E-Mails to confirm but not to fix any problems? Amazing! worst system ever try other places nothing special about panda flowers! As they have proven! Just look at all the 1 star review its all the same issues! Especially SHAWN PARKER'S review below sounds very familiar! I know exactly what he means!

Was delivered a very wilted bouquet of roses on Valentine's day..... all of the outside petals were wilted. Dead serious....WILTED! If I took a couple layers off each flower it would have been fine but they looked super dead. After accidentally finding out how much this costed my boyfriend I was seriously unimpressed. The flowers were beautiful but paying a chunk of money for dying roses is disappointing. ALSO something that I found amusing, my boyfriend told them to put a winkey face along with the message on my card...they put a frown face! A FROWN FACE! On my Valentine's day bouquet lol great job.

I have both given and received flowers from Panda Flowers Terra Losa and have been impressed in both situations. The quality of flowers are great and the arrangements full- which is what I look for when purchasing flowers. It is apparent there is thought and attention put into the creation of the bouquets. I felt the pricing was fair and plenty of selection online to order. The delivery went smoothly and I was notified by email when it was dropped off. Lastly, I’m glad you have an Instagram to showcase your product! When in need of flowers, I will go back to Panda Flowers. For sure give them a try!!

I just called in to have flowers delivered . I cannot begin to express the amazing customer service I received from the employee Jeff. We all know 2020 has been a tough year but his impeccable customer service brought a smile to my face. He was genuine and cheerful and you could tell he was happy to assist. My morning didn't start off very well but its amazing how a simple phone call can turn it around.If looking to order flowers I highly recommend!! This review is a bit late - I got married in October 2017. I walked in with my mom, and I know nothing about flowers. All I had were the bridesmaids dresses to go off of. The gentleman walked me through the shop, showed me all the different varieties, all I could really comment on was the colors I liked. He told me he'd figure it out. My wedding day comes, and honestly, it was so much better than I ever could've hoped. These flowers were so beautiful, and I cannot say enough how excellent the florist was.

I bought some beautiful flowers here and had asked the gentleman working what they were called. He told me delphiniums, and I later googled them, thinking maybe I'd also try growing them myself. I discovered that they're poisonous. They can cause skin irritation when touched and paralysis and death to humans and pets if ingested, within hours. Maybe they didn't know but I wish I was advised of this before buying. Please be warned and be cautious when purchasing plants you aren't familiar with!

Imagine...ordering flowers for a friend's achievement and expecting prompt delivery. When no response came from my friend (after delivery time) I was worried...but Panda Flowers was on the case. My friend was still travelling and located two provinces away. After attempting to deliver the bouquet, Panda Flowers contacted my friend, AND arranged for a NEW bouquet to be delivered when she returned home, at no extra cost. Professional and friendly service... I highly recommend Panda Flowers.

I am from Toronto but did our wedding pictures in Edmonton so I was clueless at first where to get flowers from. Through my hair and make up artist, I was able to get in touch with Panda Flowers. They called me to ask how I envision my bouquet - what style, colour, and kinds flowers do I want. THEY DELIVERED! :) I was so happy when I picked up my bouquet. They found every flower in colours that I specified, even if it was late in the season. I highly recommend them! :)

Only gave 1 star cause I had to rate them. Horrible service. Nick is unprofessional. Flowers they deliver were the wrong ones. Then when I asked they said they would pick them up and make new ones which is nice but inconsiderate that the flowers were given as a gift and shouldn't be given back. I will never go to these people again and will even go out of my way to recommend people NOT to go.

From Calgary I ordered an arrangement for delivery to a memorial service in Edmonton by 10AM on a brutally cold Monday morning. The flowers were on time, beautiful and so fresh. The price was reasonable, the flowers were exactly what I asked for, the service was great and the arrangement was exceptional. I will definitely use Panda Flowers again in future.

The gentleman who helped me was excellent! Went above and beyond to ensure all the correct information was on the invoice 'just in case'. As I am not from Edmonton-and wanted the arrangement delivered to a business- I really appreciated having the extra info. He also provided a time frame from delivery and it was honored. We ordered from the website as we're from out of province - it was an easy process. The recipient of the flowers reported back to us that they were gorgeous, very nicely put together and packaged. In short, they did a great job. Ordered late evening for next day delivery and everything worked out very well. Highly recommend.

Panda Flowers Terra Losa is my go for any occasion. I recently had them do the florals for my best friends wedding and they absolutely knocked it out of the park 10/10. You get the boutique luxury look without the price. So reasonable and incredible work. Nick is especially helpful and brought our vision to life.

I have used Panda a few times in the last few years. I have never had a problem. Recently I ordered from them again and had a minor concern. They definitely went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied. They're definitely my first choice.

Went in with the intention of buying flowers for a birthday gift and left empty handed. The cooler was pretty empty with hardly any selection and several noticeable broken flowers. There were also no Prices anywhere to help facilitate a sale.

Always gets flowers from these guys for special occasions. Flowers in Edmonton are expensive, but I trust the quality from Panda flowers and they last a long time if you treat your arrangements right.
