On 9/30 the store was store @3:17pm At first, I thought I was not seeing the store so I kept walking and I was like I know it’s not this far so when I looked up the number of Pandora store, I wasn’t seeing it come to find out the gates is closed. I need to get a birthday gifts at the last minute and unfortunately, I had to go to Macy’s and pick something up Before heading to the store, I looked it up and it said the store was open. I don’t know if this is a reoccurring thing a Pandora really needs to get it together.
Hi Pandora Jewelry store 440 Fulton St Brooklyn Closed early 2 days in a row With a sign in the window and pulling down gates only to have the order cancelled at 4:30am. The manager refused to honor the promise he made that the store would extend the order pickup because it was of no fort of the consumer. Pandora can someone please explain why accountability on the stores part or manager of the store that made these promises without being able to uphold them.
Steven the Assistant Manager and Kellon the Sales Lead were both very helpful and had great customer service! They helped me with a bracelet that I got as a gift and needed to exchange the size! It was out of stock at their location but they directed me to a location that had the bracelet in stock. They called for me to hold it at the other store! Super friendly and great experience! I appreciate you both! Everyone is friendly at this location! Thanks again!
As soon as I entered the store I felt welcomed. I went in the get my completely tarnished bracelet restored, as soon as I said my bracelet turned black they were delight to bring it back to life for me. Janelle, Sapphire and another worker who’s name I didn’t catch, assisted me the whole time I was there , I ended up buying new charms and applying for the credit card. Thank you so much for your patience, helpfulness and charisma
Such a bad experience! The sale agent discriminated against Asians. She kept talking with other customers while servicing me. She could not find what I want to buy and her action was so slowly. I reported to the manager immediately about the bad experience, but he didn’t apologize. He told me to not return anything even though I said I want to buy it first and think if I want to return it later. Such a bad store!
Realice una compra el día 26 para retirar en tienda porque mi mejor amiga estaba de cumpleaños, el personal sencillamente no quizo ayudarme y tienen un papel, lo cual no dan respuesta de nada, de no querer atender al publico por hacer inventario lo ideal es que no activen la opción de pickup en la app para evitar malos ratos ademas de perder el tiempo.
The young lady there was so nice and patient...I forgot to ask her name but whenever I go back I don't want to deal with no one else but her...
Save yourself the trouble and visit the one at Atlantic Terminal instead. The experience was night and day between the two locations.
Service is horrible and slow. The apparent manager need some customer service training.
