Corporate keeps changing things in the app and in store that just makes things less worth it. Used to be able to modify the side on the Value Duets, and now you can't. It looks like there's not even a side listed anymore either and when I ordered I didn't get one. I read that the default side is the baguette and no mods are available for the duets. But I dont understand the reasoning for taking away swapping out the sides unless they are just trying to turn people off of the Duets. Which, if so, fine. I'll be happy to spend my writing time elsewhere and cancel my Sip club. Damn shame. I really liked coming here two to three times a week to write but I have a budget to keep to, so lose/lose! All this to say this is the fault of the corporation!! The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful and they deserve 5 stars. Panera as a company is just finding more ways to turn people off in pursuit of profits.

I love Panera. Especially when I would like some comfort food. I have stopped coming to this Panera as much because the last few times that I have, my order has been wrong, or they closed down the drive thru. This time, the rapid pickup was only being serviced if you went inside and got your order. They shut down parking in the number spot and them bringing it out to you. I had a 1 year old with me, and I was trying to do what was more convenient for me. So after I ordered through the app, it prompted me to go inside instead of putting in a number for my parking spot. So I proceeded to go inside with my child and got my order. I usually check my order, but I had my hands full with my child. I got all the way home, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. This has happened to me 3 times. I think I'm don't with this location. I just wanted something convenient since I was pressed for time and we had just got done with an appointment.

I ordered ahead on the app. The only wait I had was the person in front of me who didn't and either ordered a ton or something complicated. But, that's not anyone's fault, and I wasn't in a hurry. My order was basically a grab and go - already paid for and waiting for me. My food was prepared well, all the expected temperatures even after driving home and everything was delicious. This location is miles ahead of any Panera I've been to, clean, well staffed and food made as described on the menu. Shout out to the kind young man at the window with really cool cherry earrings! He had a great attitude and a warm smile!

We have not eaten at this location for a couple of years. I got a Mediterranean sandwich and my husband got a turkey sandwich. I can tell you that I paid a lot of money for bread, onions and lettuce. I had no feta cheese. I had no red peppers. I had no hummus on my sandwich. When I went up front to ask somebody about it I had to wait almost 15 minutes before somebody asked if they could help me. And I was told I would need to speak with a manager that was not available at that time. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the Panera bread on Sawyer Brown Rd. anytime soon

The food is acceptable, but the staffing is terrible. We are well enough past 2020 that none of your customers are buying the “we are understaffed” bit. You staff the place. Staff better. I’ve been here for 4 years, and I’ve never been in when the place is clean. There is no customer service - ever. I got a dirty knife with my dirty table. I asked for a clean knife from the girl on her phone, and it took her a while to find a clean one. I’m surprised this place passes health inspections, really. I used to really love Panera - before I moved here.

I love Panera, but every time I visit this location my order comes out wrong. On two recent occasions the employees became belligerent when addressing the errors. The Panera Bread in Bellevue, TN is not worth the trip unless you really want the food they offer and have extra time to wait for your order to be wrong and the patience to wait for them to correct it.

Consistently something is wrong with my order. An item is forgotten or the food is made poorly. Once I got a pizza and I swear they put tomato soup on there instead of pizza sauce. I’ve gotten old lettuce, tiny servings, and had to wait for ages in the drive through line. I wish very much that they would hire better staff and stay consistent with other locations.

This is the third time in a row that I’ve come and they’re out of stuff. Not to mention two times, two times! In a row that they gotten my order incorrect and when I go and tell them, they get mad and argue with me. Absolutely the worst Panera I’ve ever been too. Order #130045 on 12/01/21 Terrible quality. The two bacon turkey bravos we ordered weren't actually bacon turkey bravos. Not sure what they were but there was no bacon or turkey and they were soggy and bad. Person taking our order was suuuuper confused and obviously new/not trained well. Both salads had 2 or 3 day old lettuce that tasted stale and off, with slimey texture. Panera has gone majorly downhill.

Ordered a salad last night and it was such a let down. It had 3 small pieces of chicken on it and a majority of the lettuce was wilted and soggy. I've been trying to eat somewhat healthier but clearly this a sign I just need to stick with burgers and fries, also who serves chips with a salad? Weird

The food was poorly made ... even the bread was not cooked through which is rather disappointing when you expect a certain level of baked perfection from Panera. With that said they were accommodating and remade the sandwich with a different type of bread with no fuss.

I received such great service here! I was so indecisive on what to order and the lady was so patient and helpful. I ordered the Baja grain bowl that she recommended and it was soo good! And I didn’t feel guilty about eating it. Macy at the drive-thru window is literally the best! Can’t wait to try more items here.

I really enjoy their bagels, but you just can't get service after 2. They should just close. No one at the counter and when someone did come out I was told to use the app or drive through. It took 25 minutes to get 3 uncut bagels. I need to learn my lesson and either go in the morning or don't go at all. More

These sandwiches are better and more filling than what you get in a sit down restaurant around here! Yes, kind of slow when you go during the lunch rush because they are literally getting 100+ orders… but well worth the few minutes wait. I order online ahead of time, ready when I get there :)

We hadn't been to one in years, but we were hungry after traveling 400 miles away. Saw Panera, mid afternoon,coffee all gone, but quickly got a new container out, and it was terrific! Then got the excellent turkey avocado BLT, the best. It hit the spot. Thanks. More

Update: I reached out to Panera customer service and they were very responsive and gave me a $15 voucher for my next visit. They said they would reach out to that location with my feedback so hopefully that will bring some positive changes

I have visited the Bellevue, TN location several times. My order is rarely correct. I use their app so I can specify what I want (and pay extra for it) along with specifying my food allergies. They double up on what I'm allergic to and
