This is my favorite panera. I’ve been here twice this week already! All of the associates are amazing and I’ve gotten to know them on my frequent visits here. The manager Tracie is always great and attentive. However, the two times I’ve been here this week I’ve encountered an “associate trainer” named Brittney. She has been super rude! On Sunday, my family and I came in around 10:40 thinking they serve lunch all day. When we came to order soup, she told us we had to wait 20 minutes for the lunch. So, we went to the end of the bar to get smoothies while we waited. When we were at the end of the bar, we heard orders being called out for pickup with tomato soup and broccoli cheddar!!! When we asked those preparing, they said they had certain soups out and could serve it now and that Brittany didn’t know what she was talking about. So we had to go back into the now forever long line and wait for soup we could’ve had 20 minutes before. Today, Wednesday, I and three others ordered broccoli cheddar soup with warmed baugettes. This is something we ordee every week and even the guy at the register, he was AMAZING, put the order in no problem. So when we got our food all but one of the baguettes were warmed. So I politely asked if they could be warmed again and Brittney proceeded to tell us that they don’t warm the baguettes because it takes too much time and “you can do it yourself that’s what we have microwaves for.” So I just walked away and warmed mine up, unbeknownst to her the rest of them were warmed already so I knew they could do it and I’ve had it before. I don’t know what her problem is but she is extremely rude and I don’t want to encounter her again. Im also going to write to corporate about her as well because her attitude is unnecessary

I just ordered delivery from this location to a site that is approx. 1/2 a mile away. The order was for a Ceasar salad and a you pick 2 (a cup of soup and half of a sandwich) and a cranberry orange muffin. The delivery ETA was between 12.20p-12.30p. I received a text message at 12.18p stating that my order was on its way. At 12.34p I began calling Panera to see what the status of my order was. I had 7 unanswered calls before finally reaching someone around 12.58p. I did this by selecting the cancel order option, where the phone immediately began ringing and then someone finally answered. I told them how long I had been waiting on my order and they muted me and put me on hold. After about 4 minutes, they came back and assured me my order would be here in 5 minutes and they were leaving now. No explanation as to why I received the text message at 12.18 saying it was on its way and it hadn't even left yet. My order was missing a cranberry orange muffin. This Panera needs to get its priorities straightened out and *needs* to put a larger emphasis on having employees answer the phone. Extremely unpleasant experience. Will not be ordering from this location again. UPDATE: Changed from 1 star to 3. Went back after work and asked the manager for a refund for the muffin WITHOUT explaining the rest of the situation. She was very polite, gave me my refund, apologized for me having to come in and offered me a cookie or beverage for my trouble. If I was rating the manager she would get a 6!! Rediate is an excellent manager and deserves a raise

First of all I was really craving Panera but after I got my meal I was really disappointed. I ordered two chicken avocado melts whole sandwiches as well as a Caesar chicken salad. When I opened my bag and opened the sandwich I noticed not alot chicken is put in it mostly bread avacodo and two pieces chick that are size and shape of a hot Cheeto. Not only did I get disrespected in low and small amount of chicken in my sandwhich my Caesar chicken salad which I payed dang near 13$ was just lettuce and one not two not one and a half just one piece of chicken that’s size of my pinky. This made me very mad and wanted to go back just to go off but decided wasn’t worth it. Never ever going back here totally garbage workers are to petty thinking we don’t work for our money and give us petty portions. Total meal payed was 40$ for two breads two chips lettuce and fruit cup. Stay away and save your money I’m never coming here again and I will complain to higher ups until they fix this it’s not right!!!

I have given this location chance after chance after chance to get it right and NOT ONCE have I ordered something online -whether it is rapid pick up or delivery- and the order has been correct. Every single time I order rapid pick up, the order is not ready. I have to wait 15-20 more minutes for them to fix the order. I am coming from work and I only get a 15 min break and a 30 min lunch, and I spend the entire time waiting on my food to get ready when it is supposed to be ready when I get there. There is nothing rapid about the "rapid pick up". Today I tried to give them one more chance and once again I am disappointed. I order broccoli and cheese soup and I get macaroni. My lunch break has been over but I have to wait another hour for the correct food to be delivered. I don;t know if it is the management, the employees or a fatal combo of the two but I can not say one good thing about this location except that it is right next to a Rafferty's and a Panda Express... so there are options when they do mess your order up. The food is 100% but the service is trash. PLEASE do better.

I am not basing this review on one or two visits to this location, but rather 10 years of using this Panera due to near my work, and until recently, was one of the few places I could get delivery from. I am being generous with 3 stars, basing it on the quality of food. However, the service has always been lacking, from in store pickup to delivery of constantly leaving out drinks, getting wrong drinks, never leaving a coffee cup with an in store pick up, to being ignored at the counter when needing to get a cup or order corrected. The reason I order ahead is because I do not have time to stand in line. It seems the managers/owners really do not want to give decent customer service…..and when I have had this kind of service over a period of time, I have a limit. I stopped using them for a while, decided to give them another chance, and now I am completely done with them. I have more choices now, from places who care more about the customer service they give.

I got a hot tea and pastry here yesterday, I ask that the pastry be heated I was told the microwave is right there. So she gives me a cup with 2 tea bags and my pastry on a plate to be microwaved by me. I had to jungle the plate and cup in the hand that my purse was in while trying to get to the microwave and hot water. I walk with a cane so only have one hand for everything else. The microwave is way to low I had trouble getting the plate into it without dropping my pastry and couldnot read what the buttons said so had to guess at how long I was heating it than I had to juggle hot tea and pastry to a table. If I had known that i would be serving myself I would not have tipped and would have taken my tip back if I could have.

Usually like this place, but I've started doing rapid pick up and it has been disappointing how many times my order is messed up and I don't realize until I get back to my office. They have left out a pastry when I ordered a pastry and a pick two, they left out my baguette with a meal once (tragic), and the most recent visit, they just forgot to grill my grilled cheese :( it was just cheese on bread to eat with my tomato soup! So sad. I know I need to start checking my bag to make sure everything is right before I leave, but it stinks because the reason I do rapid pick up some days is because I just do not have time to take a lunch and am looking for my quickest option.

Hands down the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the severe lack of basic excellence in a restaurant was lacking. iPads no working, no trackers to grab because no one put them back, dirty floors, every other unoccupied table was dirty, but the drink area is a mess and completely out of every signature drink (which I paid for), getting my order wrong, and rude employees when I asked them to fix it, my plate looking like a 5 year old made it, and also observing multiple other people having to come back for incorrect orders. To the owner, I hope you can reset and keep my experience from being normal.

Self-serve kiosk to take your own order? I understand having them as a choice, but this is out of hand. I'm visually impaired and finally found an employee to ask for a printed menu. All because I can't see the menu on the wall. I was told to go to the kiosk, that they had pictures on the computer that I could see better. Here's the thing... I almost have to put my nose against what I'm trying to read. I honestly felt worse for the people behind us. They watched me get all up on this thing and now have to use the same kiosk. I would not want to touch the screen someone else had been breathing all over it like that. Maybe it's just me!?

Obviously the manager(s) at this location (100 Oaks) are either horribly trained, incompetent, or just lazy. We come 2 to 3 times a week and they are understaffed, not the cleanest place, and no managers to be seen. They are always out of products that should be available and it's clear that the regional manager must be incompetent as well to allow this to go on. The staff that actually work at this location are great. They sadly have to apologize constantly because they know they are understaffed and know that they have managers who could care less. I do hope someone in this organization realizes the problem with this particular location and finds competent managers to run it.

For most people that eat at Panera, this review won't mean a hill of beans. Panera is good food except for when you place an order online for in cafe pick-up or curb-side pickup...this is when they fail miserably. I have ordered food for pick-up on four different occasions, each time the results of my meals have been substandard. My last order, the pizza wasn't sliced, which means I had to tear with my hands...maybe not a big deal for some but when the rubber meets the road, it's the little things that count. As many times as I've eaten inside the cafe...no issues at all. The online pick issues, I expect this from McDonald's or even Wendy's but Panera, not so much

Literally walked in as they were 1 minute from closing (luckily my order comprised of menu items made in batches so they'd either have it still or not). What made me rate them though, was the upliftingly happy and genuinely positive attitudes of the employees working! I'm not talking just one or maybe two.... But absolutely everyone! Those up front, in the kitchen, and even those cleaning to ready the store to close-up. This store is doing something seriously right and many other businesses could really roll through and take some notes! I hope their manager reads this and rewards this staff and if they read it... Thank you all for such a great experience!

It’s a bad day for Panera bread in berry hill. While waiting on the bench opposite the kitchen window, I was startled when a 1/5 inch long cockroach came climbing down the wall at an alarmingly brisk pace. I jumped up, as one does, and stood close to the window waiting for my order. There were two gentleman assembling the food both sporting ample amount of facial hair and neither had a beard net to act as a barrier between their bent over beards and the assembling food below. I’m left no longer excited for my breakfast sandwich…

I've been traveling on a lone road trip, across the Country, stopping at many Paneras along the way. While i found the food here to be quite good, as expected, i felt that out of all the Paneras, this is one of the least inviting to the digital road warrior. Wall sockets are so damaged that they could barely hold a plug and thus hold a charge (fire hazard?). Internet speeds were less than half a mb/s and was quite unusable. Not recommended if you are a digital nomad, but definitely recommended if you are hungry.

I saw a small roach running along the shelf where they place our online pick-up orders. And someone’s to go order was sitting there. By the time I grabbed my phone to film, it went up the wall behind their bag of food and ducked into a crevice, but now I can’t eat my turkey sandwich. Small roaches are always a sign of uncleanliness and tbh, it was too close to the kitchen for me. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just bowed out silently. Once I physically see something like that, I can’t eat at this particular location anymore. Lesson learned.

I realize that the labor shortage is real and has hit restaurants very hard, and this location is probably suffering because of it. But it was almost shocking how incredibly dirty the interior of this Panera was when I visited this past Saturday. Floors covered with food crumbs, every table sticky, dirty and unwiped, drink station a total mess. That said, the food was good and I'm grateful for the employees that do show up and have to work extra hard because they are so short-staffed. It cannot be easy for them.

This location has been consistently bad recently. A while ago, I ordered a hot chocolate that was literally a cup of hot milk but I didn’t say anything, I just threw it out and ate the money I wasted on it. TODAY though, I ordered a soup and half sandwich with the steak and cheddar sandwich and there is no steak on it. It’s just onion and cheese. Whoever is checking these orders for accuracy obviously does not care about quality control. I will never return to this location after this incident.

I stopped by within the past month. There was a worker walked around for a good 15-20 minutes without a mask on... i’m not about to get food from a restaurant where the workers are not properly taking precautions… I will not be back. I left a note of this through Feedback on the Panera website asking for someone to contact me. Did anybody? Of course not. They also have a really terrible customer service from the main website. I will never support Panera again for these two reasons. There are too many other good restaurants with good customer service than to settle for this.

We ordered 2 bowls of soup which were good and so was the bread. The service was prompt. There were no clean tables - we took dirty napkins off the table so we could sit down. We went to the restroom and the women’s and men’s were both dirty. The women’s had paper all on the floor as well as a piece of bacon under the changing table. The floors in the dining room were filthy with food under most of the tables. This is the dirtiest Panera we have ever eaten in. We had appointments at Vanderbilt clinic and have eaten here before but we will not be going back.

I visited many Panera location all over and never has any issues so far, but last night i went to buy a sandwich from this location after watching a movie . I entered the store at 9.40 and i was told i cannot dine in after ordering as they started cleaning and ready to close. the bred i wanted was not available and she offered the bread she put had in a bog trash bag ready to trash if i want a bread form that which was a shock. she packed my food with some food sticking to the bag. she made the sandwich with the left overs i guess and it was the worst.

Great food! Always happy - satisfied with Panera Bread This particular one had a staff member to bring you the order. So much easier and lived it than some of the other stores! I very much dislike/ hate the restaurants/stores in food service that gives me a thing that lights up and jingles... for many reasons. One being that you have no idea if someone before you just left the bathroom and did not wash their hands..or better yet coughed or wiped their nose and then touched the thingy that you are handed right after this person has held it. Ugh, yuck!!

Most of the time this location is great. Not often but a few times they have forgotten an item in my bag, which is inconvenient when I am walking a few blocks in the cold and don’t realize until I get back home. Used to enjoy Panera food. I have had several bad experiences over the last many months. There are almost always key ingredients out of stock, bad ingredients in what I've ordered and smaller servings. Several times I've had things left out of orders, not told about it or offered any substitution. Today the side item was left out, lettuce was bad in the salad which was basically all lettuce and no large cups for the drink i ordered.

The food taste great but some stuff really bothered like the vents being full of dirt. I feel like the lines are always packed so they need to make some more lines. There is still some good stuff that gives it a 4 star rating by me. I feel like the employees really care about their job which is a thumbs up for me because they are happy. This restaurant is at a really good spot too. I feel like the location is very fitting for a Panera Bread. This restaurant is still pretty good but has a few flaws.

Never had panera before and never will again. Dude at the counter obviously hates his job. We waited for our food for a bit (not what upset me) but then when we get our "hot meals" they are all cold!!! So i went to ask them to reheat it and this cook tells me to use the microwave by the entrance. I spent 35 dollars just to serve myself... Sorry if this is what everyone else is use to but this place definitely isnt for me.

The food was decent. Nothing to write home about, but nice. But the cleanliness and the service was just atrocious. Everything was so unclean. I understand it's a fast food place. But not once did I see anyone wiping tables, clean the floor, or replace any lids/condiments near the drinks. A person in a wheelchair asked someone behind the counter for a lid, and they just pointed to the drinks, he let them know they were out, then nothing happened. Weirdly inhuman.

I have had great experiences at this Panera. Jimmy is the manager and is over-the-top helpful. He is personable and always makes sure that the order is right and the customers have had a good experience. He has even given me a lot of advice on baking cookies, because Panera cookies are the best. Restaurant is always clean and bright. I pass four other Panera Breads to come specifically to this one. It starts with the leadership, and Jimmy makes this one the best!

I ordered two cups of coffee to go from Panera: a light roast and a medium hazelnut. The light roast was closer to medium-dark and bitter, and mine had hardly any taste at all. This Panera was only a few minutes drive from my house and both were lukewarm by the time I got home. Extremely disappointed; I'm used to better service from Panera and this order completely missed the mark.

I used to come here all the time to do work, but their Internet is consistently slow these days. Sometimes it doesn't work at all, even when it's not busy. I've noticed people sitting around me complaining about the same thing. I brought it to the attention of the staff once and they just looked at me helplessly. Also, they play the most irritating music at unnecessarily high volume (that's a problem with all Paneras). I don't think I'll bother going back here.

Horrible experience order for curbside pickup. Parking spot for curbside pickup was blocked by the vehicle for there own delivery service. Parked in another spot and wanted for 20mins went in side after 20mins and was given soup by an employee who obviously was watching the whole time. Piss poor customer service. Delivery driver and food expediter need to be retrained or given different jobs. Maybe scrubbing tolet duty is more up to there mental capacity.

Friday, We waited for them to open their doors. We knocked on the doors twice at 0610 ( Open at 0600hrs), the lady at the register was the rudest person i ever met in any customer service location. She didn't even acknowledge us, rudely asked us What do we need ? Lol. We were zapped. The manager immediately came over as she saw everything. This cashier lady, then took off her apron, threw her hat and said, I am leaving...wow..what drama queen. HORRIBLE !

Seems like no matter where I travel, the Panera is always good. In fact, I often seek them out because of that fact. And no matter what I order, it's well prepared delicious. I'm a fan of their bagels, scones, pastries in general, their coffee and their soups and sandwiches. Wow, that about covers all that they offer! Access to their store at this location is a bit difficult but worth the effort. Plenty of parking in the adjacent theater lot. Enjoy!

Ordered for 5:15 online but wasn’t ready until almost 5:30. Lady working says online system always adds time to when order is ready like that and nothing they can do so apparently I’m not the first to be frustrated. Sign telling ppl to wear masks for safety, ok fine I don’t mind. Not one single employee had a mask on. If you’re going to post 30 signs and expect customers to wear one maybe get your own staff including the manager to put them on.

This last busy Friday morning the people at the Panera’s by 100 Oaks Mall were exceedingly kind. Eric on the line area, was great. I was tired and we needed food, so I tried the Flatbread Feast. WE got 2 Pepperoni pizzas and one of each of the salads. There are two of us and we got two meals from this. The cheese is generous, and the crust was great! So if you want to try something unexpected from Panera’s, try this feast.

They got my rapid order wrong. Tomato soup and grilled cheese is not a difficult thing to do. I didn’t check the bag because shame on me for thinking a $20 order of soup and sandwich would be right. They gave me grilled cheese and mac n cheese. I’m a cheese connoisseur but we were craving tomato soup and grilled cheese all day on our 7 hour drive home!!!! I’m super disappointed and will not be returning to this store.

Sadly at 10am, there should absolutely be no shortage of bagel and food options, as well as empty coffee containers, for a restaurant that specializes in breakfast. Lots of staff available hustling. Just needs to be managed appropriately with teamwork. Pricey for subpar experience.

Panera as a whole usually has great good AND great service. I'm a frequent flyer at Panera. The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad was the worst I've ever had! The whole portion looked like a half serving, and the amount of chicken on the salad was dismal. They missed the mark this time!

Love this place! Best food ever! Way too overpriced but I do enjoy the good food! :-) I just wish it was more reasonably priced! I would either way more if it was! It literally cost me $15 for half a sandwich half a salad and a small drink which I find insanely ridiculous! I wish they would lower their prices though honestly! Like I said I would eat there a whole lot more than I do now! :-)

I got an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and an iced caramel latte. The bagel was good but the coffee tasted like water with coffee flavoring in it. Lady at the counter was nice. Not only did they not get my order right which ruined the whole bagel expectation because they left out the cream cheese I had planned on, but I had to wait while they messed up two other ladies orders and then I got 2 knives for a dozen bagels. They were fully staffed-in fact they were tripping over each other and there was a manager there. I am so very disappointed in them.

This is on the Thompson lane, right behind Regal 27 theater. Excellent customer service, clean and well kept place. Great food, wonderful, quick and friendly service. It lives up to the expectation of dining at Panera. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. Only flip side is the condiments - salt, pepper, butter could have been kept reachable or handy.

Panera has really good soups and salads. I like to get the choose 2, you can choose from several different salads and then from their selection of a delicious hot soups. The choose 2 comes with your choice of baguette, apple, chips or a whole grain roll. The choose 2 also includes sandwiches as well, so you can always mix it up and keep it fresh having in different combos.

I thought it was peculiar that I ordered a whole Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT, and it was wrapped up separately as 2 halves. Turns out it was 1 - 1/2 Turkey BLT and 1 - 1/2 some other sandwich. I keep trying to give this location a chance because it's across the street from my job. But they screw something up EVERY time.

I sat out side for my “curbside order” for 20 mins. I eventually got tired of waiting, so I went inside, they were not extremely nor did they have long lines I walked up to the pick up counter and load and behold there was my order. My coffee hot coffee was cold so that means it’s been sitting there ready for a long time. I’m extremely disappointed in the service there.

The Turkey chili is great for fall weather, but there's about as many vegetables as in the vegetable soup. The food was consistent with other Panera locations I have eaten at, however the portion sizes seem to be smaller than I remembered. Not sure if this is normal at dinner time. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but it's a little overpriced to be reducing portion sizes.

This particular location is the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff was rude and the service was slow. It took 20 minutes to get oatmeal with only two people waiting with me. The staff ignored us and when asked by another person waiting they said “please wait at the window” and walked away. There were plenty of staff but they were all cutting bread not helping anyone

Panera is a good place to stop for a quick bite and a good cup of coffee but you never know if they're going to have strawberries or any other ingredient for your food especially at this location. I feel as though Panera is getting way too expensive for what it is, and they are out of a lot of items now. I'm not sure this can be blamed on shortages either because other places aren't like this. I still really like Panera, but I'm not sure how long it often I'll continue coming here.

This Panera is disgusting. I ordered and ham and gouda sandwich and a few bites in I noticed what looked like a sunflower seed or something so I picked it off and it turned out to be a giant bug. Do not eat here. I am severely traumatized, I am TERRIFIED of bugs and this has caused me so much emotional damage.

Good, healthy, fresh food as usual. Comfortable atmosphere. I eat at Panera Bread often - over all the fast food options when I am out in the field for those reasons. But this locations added something I haven't experienced at any other location. They brought my food to my table without my pager even going off. KUDOS to the management and staff. Great service!

We arrived at this Panera at 8:10. They close at 9pm. When we went to order, they said they were out of BREAD. Panera BREAD was out of BREAD! Then they had no bread bowls. Then the lights went out at 8:30pm. When we asked about it, they said it was on a timer. THIRTY minutes before they close, the lights go out. Ridiculous! We won’t be back to this location.

This is unfavorable when you only have a 30 minute window for a meal at work. ***Note, the driver was apologetic and very kind. I came in on Sunday. Breakfast is supposedly served until 11:00 on Sundays. One person said they only served until 10:30, which is true on every day but Sunday. Another person agreed that they serve breakfast until 11:00 on Sundays, but that I would need to order by 10:30.

Panera always has quality food. Atmosphere is good, seating is good. The Wi-Fi works well. The young lady at the counter let me know that if I ordered online I could get $2.00 off. Mika & Maria waited on me this evening. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie & a lemonade. These 2 sweet girls went above & beyond. Customer service at this Panera is second to none! Rotten lettuce. I can’t believe this uncleanliness of this place. The lettuce was rotten and they put raw onions instead of pickled onions on my sandwich. Terrible. Will never be coming here again. The floors are full of food scraps.

This was by far the worst Panera I've been to. My boyfriend's sandwich hardly had any chicken salad on it my southwest bowl tasted fantastic but hardly any in the bowl and they gave me an unripe avocado. Like come on people you knew when you cut it it wasn't ripe. For the price you pay I expected better

This location is horrible! Why have soufflés on your menu if u never have any ready. They opened 15 minutes ago and have not cooked any! This is an every day occurrence. When I walked up the worker is leaning against the counter in her phone. Then is surprised to see there is someone that needs help.

I ate lunch there at the busiest time of day. Had to wait for a table to open up but one did so quickly. Food came quickly and order was correct. Panera was running like a well oiled machine at their busiest lunch hour rush. Had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Perfect!

I Love the food here! It's a little pricey, but I can't complain once it's in my mouf. This location on Powell Avenue also happens to be right near some Primo shopping/retail stores and shops in the Berry Hill area. Leave home early on a Saturday and make a day of it.

I love the ham and swiss on rye. If you get the full sandwich its about all you can eat. I also like the potato soup but its very high in sodium so don't eat it very often. Always nice, pretty much always clean. Good value for the amount of food you get.

One of the better Panera Breads as far as I'm concerned. It feels a bit more open and airy. Same good product, good coffee, friendly service. The parking lot is a little tight, but you can use the movie theater parking lot if you need to.
