I love going to Panera but I just had a really bad experience, I went to get my usual breakfast sandwich (egg and cheese), I always request my egg over easy but hard cook since I don't like runny eggs. I have been going to Panera daily for a year and I have never encounter any problems until yesterday. the new manager Marco approached me in front of everybody to let me know that he wont cooked my egg and I quote " we don't have extra time to cook your egg fully" I was in shocked and just explained to him that I have request this for a year with no issue he was very upset and jut told me " I will do it today but next time I wont". I just felt ridiculed and very embarrassed since it was in front of the whole store and as a loyal client I didn't expect that type of horrible service. I would definitely not go again to this Panera for breakfast in order to avoid this new manager and any other negative encounters with him. I'm sorry Panera but you just lost a loyal client !

I have never felt so humiliated in my life by a group of employees. I asked for 8 greek dressings at the pickup counter the worker repeats " you want 8 dressings?" with a confused look on his face. I reply "yes 8" he turns around and tells someone else, "she said she wants 8 dressings" they start laughing and talking about me right in my face! Loud so that I can hear them. Then another worker says "yall loud" then another comes up and says "i can only give you 4" . I'm not sure what was funny. But the fact that they laughed and talked about me right in my face is disturbing. If there's a limit on dressings charge a fee. But what I experienced today should NEVER happen. On top of that, on my receipt it says "No Green Goddess Drs" and there were still 2 on top of my salad. So, should we be laughing at me wanting more dressing for my salad or that between however many employees were in the back laughing they STILL COULDN'T READ?

First time eating at Panera Bread ever. Probably will not be ever coming back again. Asked for something I could be cooked fast. I first was suggested grilled cheese, but I wanted meat. So, I was then told chicken sandwich. It's just buns with a Grilled chicken and lettuce and some croutons stuff. It cost me $12.19 for the sandwich and $3.09 for a medium drink. The apple was free ...or part of the meal. Totally NOT worth it. I would maybe pay $4 at most for this sandwich. Waste of money. I guess doctors and nurses come here because it's at a hospital and that's why they can get away with the price for this basis food. Well, they've lost a costumer in me. Horrible first impression of Panera Bread.

I've been to this Panera various times and I only have one complaint. Though this location gets packed you always get your food pretty much almost immediately. It's always clean and the people are very friendly. I've ordered various times from the kiosks (which I think every Panera should have- you rarely ever have to wait in line and it's convenient) and it's usually a take out order. Once the food is ready they always go over everything that's inside the bag with me to make sure every item was placed and nothing is missing. My only complaint is one time when I had a take out order I ordered a chicken Cobb salad and yes the salad was in the bag but it wasn't until I opened it at home to find that it didn't have any chicken in it. Other than that one time every other time has been excellent.

As bad as it gets. This Panera bread location regularly runs out of bread. I just drove here for a bear claw and earl grey tea. I stopped coming because the bread and now I can’t come here ever again because of all the time and energy I wasted thinking they could simple give me bread, bear claws, tea. I can’t comprehend how poorly this location is ran. Do not waste your time. The pastries they have in stock are not made well: muffies are brown on half uncooked on the other side, icing on cookies is crooked, nothing is done well… it makes me wonder if they even understand the directions to wash their own hands, I highly doubt it and will use this to remind me of what a terrible location this is.

I am in absolute disbelief that I was treated so terribly at this location. This location is on the Jackson Memorial Hospital campus where my son is being treated for cancer. I walked over there to buy him some cookies and from the start, the lady by the name of Shoronda has a disgusting attitude and raised her voice at me because I was at the self service kiosk. I started my order at the kiosk because there was nobody manning the counter so I figured they were short staffed and had put these out for the customers to use. She raised her voice at me and I explained that there was nobody there, no signs so I had no idea how to proceed. Very insensitive.

i don’t understand what’s the point of opting in for chips when customizing my online order and then manually entering the note asking for chips instead of bread when the staff gives me bread instead every time AND when i ask them to switch it out i receive an attitude every single time. i eat here a few times out of the week, it’ll be nice to go in for ONCE and not to have to deal with one of the staff member’s attitude and they barely fill the cup of mac and cheese up. sometimes it’s barely halfway filled.

The general manager Marco barrios called me 45 minutes before my catering order was suppose to be at our location, and informed me that they can’t fulfill our order. What type of business is this? I will be taking this to corporate. I called them at 8:30 am to confirm the order, and everything was running accordingly. 30 minutes later the general manager tells me they can’t fulfill the order. The lack of communication on their part is not how you run a business. I’m ridiculously upset and I will know longer do business with Panera.

Hair in my BBQ chicken sandwich, chicken missing in my Cobb salad with chicken, no light roast coffee available 3 times this week at different times, tell the staff (this person was just looking at her phone at the time btw) about the coffee running out and they look at you like you just insulted them and ignore your request, all of these within the same week. I was so excited to have a Panera at my new workplace but now sadly willl just switch to a different restaurant option. Thumbs DOWN!

Everything was going fine until an employee, in full uniform, came to the dining area on her break and proceeded to have a phone conversation on speaker so that everyone was able to hear both ends of the conversation. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time, which made the disruption of the silence even more striking. I 100% support employees being able to have a relaxing break where they can handle matters of their personal life. I am also 100% against people having noisy phone conversations in public...

The staff here from the manager down just dont care..i guess they feel since there isnt many options at the hospital they can offer bare bones service and get away with it.. on a bagel Tuesday get there at 7:30wm and told you have to order from the kiosk with credit card only as we have no one for the register. Then you go to order bagels and they tell you we have none...

If I could give zero stars I would after just seeing a video that a customer put on Facebook at this location with roaches (a few of them. Not just one or two) openly running around yukkkkkkk between the counter displays. I will never go to Panera bread again after this. If you can see that many with the naked eye god knows how many are actually inside cabinets etc or if you move a piece of furniture or two I’m sure you’d get a shock. The video just turned my breakfast over in my stomach

This place is a hit or miss. At times I ruder and food is fresh and wrapped properly. Other times - they forget half of the things I pay for and don’t care to deal with it. You call and you just wait and no one picks up. Today I ordered one salad and got a completely different thing. They need to get themselves together for sure. Hard to find currently. The place marker is set for the main lobby of the hospital, I have put in an edit request. It's by the corner of NW16th St. and NW 11th Ave., by Pollo Tropical. Clean, quick service. The Italian sandwich I ordered was the skimpy compared to other Panera's I've been too, but overall the food was fine. There was a guy walking around asking people for $20. Not sure if they asked him to leave or not, but he wasn't in there very long and wasn't rude.

I came to panera to have a lunch and I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and a drink. They give me this bowl and this was not the same bowl I had before. I ask them to make another one cuz the size was too small (like half portion) and the person had a negative attitude about it. Never coming back here, is a shame people give different services and they dont care about the costumer when I paid full price for that plate. Just make my lunch time so awful.

The customer service was great!! However the food was tasteless had the bread bowl chicken noodle soup (how did they manage that?) and the roasted turkey avocado blt (no salt or flavor). I was really disappointed. The highlight was dessert!! No complaints pecan braid, cherry cheese Brittany and a cinnamon crunch scone!! The food prep staff seem to not really care about the presentation of the food. It was sloppy and looked a mess.

Ordered at 8:40 a toasted chicken sandwich and began eating that stale toasted sandwich at around 8:47. Shortly thereafter at at 9:50 I was told by a very unprofessional heavy set woman that I had to leave because they were closed. I felt pretty offended since just paid over $12 for garbage and I was getting thrown out before closing time by a woman that looked like just crawled out of the ghetto. Good job Panera bread!

Not that I hate it I simply didn't stop there I went to camillus house it's a shelter to help the homeless but with addictions I passed by foot walking with my premium walker I pass by JMH and almost died I couldn't breathe I don't like hospitals I passed by Panera bread but didn't stay I kept walking I sat for a while trying to breathe I can't shake this chest cough for weeks next visit I'll try it Panera bread ?

The food is good. However, we were missing part of our order and when we reported the missing item the staff basically told us that we were lying by stating quite bluntly, "he said he put it in there". After offering to have them come check our table they put in the order for the missing item. It took well over 10 minutes and having to ask twice for the item. Very disappointing customer service.

I came here after a volunteer event to have a quick meeting. I didn't eat but the other volunteer members did. The restaurant was clean. I can't speak on the staff because I did not interact with any staff. This facility is kind of small but considering it's location, it isn't too bad. I'd really hate to see this place during the week though. I can imagine it could be quite hectic.

We usually get together here with the rest of Drone Training School team, because the food is good, fast service, the employees are very friendly and helpful with the order, they know the menu and help you to choose with what to pick to eat, one of my orders is the broccoli soup and sometimes and mixed with one of the sandwiches, give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

Spent 55 dollars on bagels and 2 eggs. Requested a certain bagel Asiago. Didn't get what I requested all cinnamon and blue berry do kot order through uber eats. Panera does not communicate what is available or what isn't available. So your money will be badly spent. I want to know where is management checking the quality control of the out going orders from uber.

I always get their chipotle avocado chicken. Sometimes with a strawberry frosty. They prepare it very timely and I've yet to have an issue with my order. Somewhat limited seating indoors during peak hours but there is also outdoor seating just outside so not really a concern in my opinion. They have phone chargers/plugs by the stool seats.

I love Panera but this is maybe the worst branch in Miami. It’s too crowded which is dangerous because of COVID. The exit is too small and it’s almost impossible to be 6 feet apart inside. Also, my order was incomplete. They forgot to include some chips and cutlery but there is nobody to complain. Please make yourself a favor and go to another branch.

Went for lunch and my coworker and i split a tuna sandwich. Only one half of the sandwich had tuna, poorly done. The other half was only bread. Beyond dissapointed especially since it's an expensive sandwich even if we weren't splitting it not acceptable. Won't be going back, not the 1st time this has happened but it will be the last. This is the worst Panera in Miami and the manager is the worst. My wife and myself spend $20.00 for breakfast my coffee looks like hot milk l ask for a little bit more of coffee, the employee call the manager and the manager said that that's how the coffee comes and more coffee means an extra shoot $$. I spoke with Kelsey supposedly a supervisor my rapid pickup was incorrect. I didn’t check till I got home. She stated she would refund two days went by I called back because I never receive it. She stated she’d give me a call back and never did and I never received the refund for the incorrect meal I received or the phone call.

I have been a customer of Panera since they been at Jackson. And today was the first day that the sandwich was horrible. I ordered 1/2 Frontega with extra sauce instead it was the complete opposite. It was dry and the sandwich fell apart. Hope someone looks into this so the quality of service and food stays is back up.

Soo Panera just made my day. This location is specific soo close to the hospital Jackson. Placed an order thru DoorDash and it never made it. I called Panera to see what was going on explain my situation it was after their delivery times and they still Brought it to me while I was getting chemo treatment. Thanks Panera

I tried calling this place several times to ask them to fix the issues but nobody picks up the phone or hangs up on you immediately. Please fix your Uber eats sides section because it doesn’t have an option to add the baguette and in the end every time we order soup you send nothing. It is ridiculous. Simple fix.

Update: This place continues to disappoint, if you’re going to charge $13 for this at least make it good. At least this time they remembered to put chicken on the Baja bowl with chicken. I go ask for a sourdough bread and cashier doesn’t even know what it was. Things like this shouldn’t happen, absurd.

I was preparing a breakfast for a meeting and placed an order online. When I opened the bag in the conference room, I only saw 5 bagels instead of 8 bagels I ordered. I felt very awkward because I didn’t have enough food for everyone. My colleague told me this place always makes this kind of mistakes.

Employees are Always Nice here, plus the food is Alwasys Fresh!! I tried one of the Wraps this visit. It was Bacon, Tomatoes & Eggs. But I modified the scrambled eggs to Egg Whites only w/ Spinach added. Delicious

Just an average Panera its always busy with lots of students. Tables turn so fast there is no time to clean them. Very poor handicapped accessibility you would think it would be better being the restaurant is in a hospital setting. Right between Jackson and University of Miami school of medicine.

Do not come here!!!! This is the ghetto version of pa era bread where they eat the items off your order do not spend you money here! GO TO THE PANERA IN Doral FL because that Panera is not filled with broke bums and they actually have decency

This Panera was really bad. First of all, Pretty bad service. Food took long and they didnt even get the order right. Workers there aren't approachable or friendly when ordering. Ran out of bread last time i went. But the only plus side was the food they got wrong, was good.

Friendly staff, smiling and engaging, clean restaurant. The food was good; they serve good bagels. My egg was perfect but the sausage came from a frozen box and wasn't overly tasty. It filled me up and I guess that's important too. Overall I'd say I'll eat there again.

I had breakfast at this Panera Bread location yesterday, and I must say it was the best breakfast sandwich (egg, bacon and cheese), I probably have ever had. The food was so fresh and delicious. The staff was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this location.

My co-workers and I ordered online and what we received was a distaster. All flatbreads were wrong with spinach on one, no spinach on the other, barbecue sauce on one and the rest had no sauce...and that’s not even half of what was wrong. Never ordering again.

I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie, no salt and pepper and no Feta cheese….but they decided that I should not eat humus so they just throw veggies and nothing else. This place needs an in service for their employees to learn how to follow customer’s’ order.

This location has no plates so everything is served like it's a to-go order even if you're eating in. The staff is very nice. I ordered the wrong thing and they remade it for me.

My favorite coffee shop. I never have to wait, and the coffee is above average. They don't care if you get a refill, and the Wi-Fi is good.

Gluten free options available- even a cookie. No bread though. I enjoyed a fuji apple salad. Fresh, colorful, lots of textures and flavors.
