Called for pick up on Saturday, around 10:50pm. Person who picked up was insanely rude, and was very short with me. I asked if there were any pick up specials and the person rudely said no, so I went ahead and ordered a medium Canadian pizza. The total after was about $19 after rounding up. I hung up, and then my boyfriend and I decided we can get cheaper pizza elsewhere, and called back 30 seconds later to cancel our order. The same gentleman answered, and I told him I had just ordered the Canadian pizza and wanted to cancel the order. He literally just hung up the phone without saying anything or asking why. I'm sorry but you work in the food industry and half of your job is customer service. That was possibly the rudest customer service I have ever received from beginning to end. I understand I probably shouldnt have placed the order in the beginning, but this is your job. Your job is to answer calls. At least I called before you started making the pizza. Owners should evaluate their employees' customer service because I will go out of my way to not order from this papa john's restaurant.

I tried placing an order online, but it wasn't working. So I called this location to place in an order for 3 large pizzas. I called at around 7 pm and asked for them to be delivered at 830pm. At 850pm I call back and they tell me that they have no record of my order and that I must have ordered from the Seton location. The thing is, I called them from my recent call list and there was no way I could have called the Seton location. I even asked if they had the same phone number as Seton, which they confirmed they do not. Yet the guy on the phone was insistent that I called the wrong location, and when I asked to speak to the manager, he was the manager. He didn't try to follow up with his staff. We ordered from Panago instead, and if I ever want Papa Johns I will pay the extra fee to get it from Seton.

The customer service here does not exist. I meant to apply a discount code on the app or at the very least the points I had on file, but the order went through without a confirmation. Since I had not paid I assumed I could go into the store and just ask for the discount code or my points to be applied. Wrong. Apparently I’m supposed to call the store and cancel my order, then make another order under the same name and account, not that the app tells you that anywhere. The staff tell you to call a number and the people there tell you to talk to the staff so no one will accept any sort of ownership with their app issues.

We never order from here that often anymore . Every time we try it never works. We now have 2 online accounts and even tried the website and you get to end of order and says sorry something went wrong. Tried multiple multiple times and same thing. Website won’t let you add delivery address. We always have to call it in and then we never get any points because we can’t order online. no bonus so might as well get other pizza places that you get points or perks for ordering from them.

Have ordered from this place many times because I've always enjoyed their pizza, and usually quick deliver time, but tonight there was confusions with the address, which they never confirmed with us and it was delivered to the wrong address. Wasn't too upset about it until we contacted them to find out where our pizza was. Then they argued with us about that mistake, said it was our fault and now we're out of 50$ pizza and they hung up on us. Not to mention they were very rude over the phone when we were trying to be calm.

Just received my skip the dishes order and I never received any of the drinks or some of the right dips I ordered. I called the courier driver and he said it's the stores problem because they never gave him the drinks. I was on hold 3 times in the last 15 minutes and they hung up on me every time. Might have to do with the idea that it was 20 minutes to closing time but still not okay. Don't ever order from Papa John's, we sure won't be again. I'll be sure to leave some feedback on their website.

My experience tonight will ensure this location never receives my business again. I pre ordered a pizza at 11am for dinner this evening, as it is Halloween. I show up for the time set and was told that it is not ready and will be a 45min wait !!! The employee did not care that It was preordered and offered no solution. She just said we're busy ! You have lost a loyal customer.

Ordered for delivery. Got the BBQ poppers, they were plain with no sauce. Papadia was raw in the center. Other food was fine. My fiance called and complained about incorrect food on an order before, and was laughed at and told that there was nothing they were going to do. Very poor customer service.

I don’t know if this place is under new management but it has gone down hill the last few months. We just ordered, the garlic knots had little to no garlic sauce on them and the bbq chicken bacon pizza is literally swimming with bbq sauce. I think we will be ordering from elsewhere for a while

I ordered one regular and one custom pizza from this location. unfortunately the custom pizza had the wrong topping placed on it and the regular pizza had all the meat piled in the middle. Overall the quality in terms of having the correct toppings was poor and could be improved. However once I brought this to the attention of the staff they promptly provided me a couple of options to correct their mistake.

Walking in and very cleanly said pick up for Joe, 3 times. They brought me a pizza, I paid and left thinking it was my order. Only to get home and discover this pizza was for Marietta and that the one I was meant to pick up was prepaid and 2 pizzas. Joe then went to picked up the pizzas and was given the correct ones. Perhaps I wasn't loud enough or Joe looking enough to be given the correct order.

Pizza was thinner than paper. The garlic aioli dip was just… butter??? I ordered donair and there is maybe two pieces of donair on the entire pizza. Not worth the $60 for two large pizzas. PLUS the tip you have to pay before you even get it… definitely do not recommend (unless you like no dough and butter for a dip?).

Had a wonderful dinner tonight!! I am a repeat customer and needed Rav … The pizzas were super hot still and fresh, the Alfredo Cheese was surprisingly awesome, really liked all the cheese and the sauce was excellent and garlicky! We also had the meat which was full! Packed with a great assortment and each bite was perfect. Driver was friendly and super polite

Haven't been to pizza places in a while, so it was pleasant family experience to visit Papa John's at McIvor Calgary SE. Remen kindly guided us to the best pizza choice we partook with the family.

We’ve had this pizza quite a few times. It’s pretty good for a franchise restaurant. Personally our family’s favorite of any of the big pizza franchises. Our favorites are the the 6 cheese pizza and the big chocolate chip cookie.

Walk-in order. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and took my order right away. He said “Give me a few minutes”. He wasn’t kidding. That was the fastest pizza ever made. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Thought the pizza might be under cooked when I got home but, no, it was just fine. Very good pizza. Thanks!

Decent pizza but come on atleast put the cheese and toppings to the end on some of the slices. I expect to get a decent pizza when i pay over $18 for one. Might stick to panago next time down on high street, who never have made this kind of "mistake" before. I do realize the virus is hitting businesses hard but still..

Ordered take out using the app. Very convenient! My pizza was ready for pick up in just 12mins. Impressive!! Staff were nice. Only 4 stars because the super Hawaiian was the same like the regular Hawaiian. Delicious pizza though. Will definitely be coming back.

We order from here all the time. I have noticed that the quality has been declining over the past few months. Just in regards to amount of cheese on pizza. A lot less than before. We continue to order from here, but will keep an eye on future orders and quality.

Papa John's Could you please teach your employs to how they need to talk with Customers. I think they don't know the meaning of Customer Service. If you have bad day, then go home No need to make others day bad. Could I give 0 Star .

Good people making good food. Halloween is coming should be a good night if the weather holds up.

The Hawaiin pizza was great. I also tried their new bowls. This is where it failed. It was gross. Watery. No flavor. I couldn’t eat it. So there goes $13. Won’t order the bowl again

They screwed our order up on halloween, we were told that we would be credited a new order with delivery. Called today. No notes on the account for the credit. Super disappointed. You just lost a customer of 7 years.
