I have NEVER been so absolutely stunned by such appalling customer service. My daughter and I placed a very simple order of 2 breadsticks and one order of chicken poppers and 10 dips. Clearly we love marinara with our breadsticks. The order took 2 hours to arrive which was not their fault, rather skip the dishes was very busy. However, when the food finally arrived it didn't come with any of the dips. We called the store to complain as we obviously didn't want to eat breadsticks plain when I spent $12 on dip so we asked them to replace the order. They immediately admitted to missing the dips. Then when we asked for the order replaced they started blaming it on the skip driver and continued arguing with my daughter, interrupting her, raising their voice, and finally hung up on her. After placing the order at 6:50 pm it was now almost 9:30 pm. Frustrated, we got in the car and went to the store. We brought them their food back and asked for a replacement so we could eat it warm. They instantly started arguing with us. After at least 10 minutes of heated arguing (OVER BREADSTICKS) they finally remade the order since they could see that we were not leaving. It was an unbelievable experience and as much as I LOVE Papa Johns and order more often than I'd like to admit - I will NEVER order from this location again.

If I could give this review a -5 I would. We used to love papa johns, But this location has ruined it. Every time we order we say “never again” but keep coming back. It’s usually because we are hungover & craving the good ol papa johns we used to know and love. Everytime we order from sirroco drive, we pray this location has hired new staff that actually put effort & time into their jobs. This is the 3rd time in a row that this specific location has forgotten 5 dollars worth of our dips we had ordered. & were dip lovers so yes it’s a big deal ☹️ The pizza and wings *always* arrives cold and soggy!! however, we always tip the driver at least 6 dollars and forgive and forget. (not that the driver has anything to do with it) I just cringe at the fact of giving anymore money to this papa johns Location. With that being said- I thought I would Write this review in hopes I can warn any of our fellow pizza lovers to staaaay away, save your money or go somewhere else. One bad apple can ruin the bunch.  I ordered a pizza online December 22 around noon. I arrived to pick it up approximately 25 minutes later, the tracker also reported it as ready for pickup. I was told it will be another 5-10 minutes and I had no problems with that as I ordered it well done. After 10 minutes with no update I inquired with the employee, he apologized and said it will be another 15 minutes, in his words "the oven was not warm". I explained I cannot wait as I was on my lunch break and asked if can have my money back as I paid online. I was informed he would cancel the order and my credit card will not be charged. Well I can confirm my credit card was charged, there has been no refund issued and when I load the email with the tracker it says the pizza was picked up. I did not receive a pizza. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Someone is either stealing, not trained or plain lying to customers.

I’m a big believer that stuff happens. Unfortunately I’ve been foolish enough to order from the place 3 separate times. With each time having a new remarkable issue. This was the final time I’ll order from here. The driver or someone clearly dropped my order during its very short 4 minute travel to my house. It happens but at least call me and explain it then remake the order. Unfortunately they decided to deliver it anyways, smashed into the side of the box with toppings leaking out of the side of the box. Previous order were just as silly. Severely overcooked, missing order items. Papa Johns doesn’t have much of a name left and this franchise doesn’t even uphold that. Try another pizza place, there’s great ones nearby.

I am so disappointed in this location. I order 3 pizzas and 2 sets of wings unsauced. The delivery driver went to the wrong address and then called stating he told me he was at a different location and that I said it was the right location. I called the store and they had to call and find out where he was. After another 10min they called back saying the driver would deliver the order. I asked for the order to be remade and instead we got what I'm pretty sure is the original order reheated or the driest pizzas in grease saturated boxes with garlic sauce containers that were burst in every box. I will never order again and will be contacting headquarters for a refund. *DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE PICKING IT UP YOURSELF!!!*

Never again. Tried to order online, it tells me to call and that online ordering is down. The young man I order from then tells me "well I'm still getting online orders" So I convince him when we pick it up I'll take a screen shoot on my phone and show him. Then when I put my order in he tells me that's for online ordering only. Finally after some bickering he lets me order. FIND IT FUNNY HOW MY HUSBAND AND I ARE THE ONLY ONE'S IN THE HOUSE THAT ATE THE PIZZA AND BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL ABOUT 3 HOURS LATER.

How hard is it to put pepperoni on a pizza? I would guess it's the most common pizza made. To make my experience even worse, Skip refused to fix the situation and gave me no refund, no credits, not even a partial credit to make up for my paying for a pepperoni and ending up with a cheap, tasteless base pizza. Completely disgusted and angry at both companies. Will never order a Papa Jonhs and deleted my account with Skip. Awful.

Pizza was wonderfully made and made in good time however when I went to pick it up I was very disappointed as there was one employee answering 3 phones, handling all online orders and making the food. He was clearly over worked, frustrated and was very apologetic, which it is not his fault that he is working all alone.

The new location is incredibly clean but unfortunately the food I ordered was burnt on pickup and I had to return to the store to have it remade; definitely not what I expect when I order from Papa Johns considering the other location has never provided me with burnt food items. The employee working was quick to fix the situation and provided me with a new order. Kudos to the service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Delivery Driver did not buzz into my building, pounded my door down, demanded a tip and stared at me intensely until I closed the door. If he was not holding my pizza that I ordered, a call to the police would have been made immediately. Shameful!!

Yesterday I came here specifically for the garlic cheddar knots I have been told about. The employee was very friendly. They were amazing! Loaded with cheese and garlicky sauce, laid out on a piece of wax paper. They could have been cooked slightly more, but I can't complain, they were amazing! I wish I had taken a picture to post but they were gone too fast.

I had a wonderful experience at Papa John’s! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The service was top-notch, and the pizza was delicious.

Called today place order. I did not know how to use gift card for online delivery. Called Sirococo location to ask. The employee does not know. There is no online gift card process. The employee keep telling me to pay online. I hang up and called 17ave pap john. They know everything. Please get training from 17ave.

My grandson had papa john's pizza at his friends house and said he really liked it the best out of all the pizza places we have tried. I ordered from here today. I am not a pizza lover like my grandchildren but they loved it and the service was good. I had some pizza and it was soft and delicious (for pizza)

Beware. I had guests drop by unexpectedly, so I ordered from Papa John's, Glamorgan. In my 54 years on this planet I have NEVER had such skimpy, rotten ingredients assembled and delivered as pizza. Packed immediately out to the garbage!! and ordered elsewhere. Others need to be made aware.

App says delivered when in actuality the delivery arrives 10 min or more after the app closes and says delivered. Mentioned to delivery driver and he just laughed and laughed. Cinnamon part thing was over cooked and super dry as a result. Pretty much not edible. Not impressed. Pizza is usually good tho.

Love this location. I do a lot of lunch and learns for work and they do a great job recommending and being flexible on pick up times as sometimes I need to pick up before they open to get to my meeting. I will continue ordering from here!

They always forget something when you do delivery. Or their online store will offer free cheese sticks and then it's on the order and I have paid for it.. Edit: tonight was the first time everything was on point and the pizzas were very delicious and presentation was on point

Strictly takeout and delivery. Quick pizza, about 15 min. They have decent pizza. My go to is Donair. I asked for extra donair meat, and didn't get extra ? I downloaded the app and ordered that way. I like their crust. The dough in particular is soft and easy to chew.

Just tried the thin crust for the first time and the last time. It was the most disgusting and tasteless pieces of cardboard. BBQ chicken pizza had regular sauce, not BBQ with only a few small pieces of chicken. Strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.

The price is alright. Especially with a HOLIDAY40 promo code. I had papa John's about 6 years ago and enjoyed it but having it today changed my mind. It's okay and it's chain food pizza. It's missing the thick toppings and amount of sauce it once had.

I've never had a bad experience after 20+ orders from this location. The order has always been done within 15 minutes when picking up from the store. And usually beat the delivery estimated time by 10+ minutes. I would recommend this location.

Used to love ordering here.. After 2 failed deliveries, and customer service offering very weak compensation this place has dropped to 1 star. Mistakes happen, the decider is how the company chooses to deal with it. Very dissapointing!

When ordering delivery, one of the boxes they gave us was incorrect. Within 10 minutes, they called us, confirmed we had the wrong item, and came back to deliver the correct one. We even got to keep the garlic knots we didn't order.

Why would I order online, if I have to wait 25 mins outside of the store? It took them 40 mins to complete the order. Ridiculously slow, and the quality of the pizza is not consistent either. Not recommended to pizza lovers.

So I ordered a pizza today and put 2 extra pepperoncini on my order and I was surprised with 20+ of them when I opened the box. I was really happy with it so here am I giving a 5 stat for generosity and a tasty pizza.
