My 1st time ordering online and going to this location. I've ordered my pizza there the same way for at least 17 yrs at various other locations. They messed up my order which was half special gourmet veggie/ half one topping pepperoni. 1st the young girl tells me it says ALL veggie as in the same on both sides. I specifically stated the order back. She said well I guess we can re make it. I said that would be great. Then she added pepperoni to both sides. I stopped her before there were more than 3 on the veggie side and she got mad. Then instead of completing she takes the receipt to 2 coworkers and stated it said pepperoni on both sides. Mind you a second ago you told me the whole thing was just listed as gourmet veggie. Then she goes to the back and started banging stuff around for about a minute straight and comes back all angry like it's personal? Dude it wasn't that serious why would you get so mad, you're just going to have to make another pizza after that anyway. It took more time to argue and stomp around then if you just made the dang pizza and kept it moving. To top it off, half the ingredients were missing, was incomplete. Terrible service.

Going to Papa Murphy’s is a weekly Friday night meal at our house for MONTHS! So glad when we moved to Albuquerque and saw that there were several locations here. Unfortunately this location is not going to be another visit. I needed 5 mini murphs. The cashier said there were only 4 left. I said fine just 4 and a salad. I noticed there was one in the fridge facing opened toward me. I asked if I could have that one and turn it into a dairy-free cheese. He said that’s fine. What bothered me, as to why I’m leaving this review, is because he wasn’t going to make nor offer anymore mini murphs. THIS WAS AT 4 O’CLOCK in the afternoon. The store didn’t close until 8PM!! So if I hadn’t of seen the one in the fridge with the salads, they weren’t offering to make more.

Called to place order. Took a few minutes to place order with very friendly "operator". When order was placed, I was asked to hold on because she needed to check with workers out front to make sure they received the order.I thought that was odd, but took her at her word. Several seconds later I could hear talking going on at the other end, and then a male voice came on line stating that he heard I wanted to place an order. I replied that I had already placed an order. He said that unfortunately since it was already 10 minutes to closing, they would not take any more orders for the evening. I'm a little upset and disappointed, and also hungry. I did let the male worker know that I wished that they would have let me know that before spending 10 minutes on the phone ordering. But the worst part of the whole thing was him saying " I dont know why the operator sent you to me. It's all so confusing." So in other words, he was throwing her under the bus. And that was that.

This is one of our favorite pizza places because they have a gluten-free crust for friends and family that can't have gluten. We love the toppings, especially the artichoke hearts, the sun dried tomatoes, chicken, and of course the more traditional toppings, as well as green chile. The staff are friendly and we can customize the pizza so that 1/2 the pizza has one type of toppings and the other 1/2 a different type of toppings. It's a take-and-bake place so we get to add what we want to it at home. It's a BIG pizza. The size is generous compared to other places. There's always leftovers in our family for snacks. They have thin, regular, and thick crusts, and non-traditional sauces. Try to create your own combination. It's fun!

Reached out to another location but they were experiencing tech issues with payments. Was referred to this one. Called to order and the gentleman stated 15 min to make a pizza but we were near by. Made me miss and value or home location so much more. My sons autistic and has sensory issues that interfere with feeding.

This is a place that the customer service is outstanding along with ordering my food over phone or on website for pick up I was able to ask questions about fundraising services they offer as we are a basketball family as well as soccer and softball/baseball so fundraising is a big thing for us they answered my questions and continued to work while they spoke to me I was also able to get contact information for the general manager and district manager for sponsorship and fundraising scheduling this team was amazing for showing interest in my questions that I had for them love this store

I ordered a large specialty vegetable pizza (with garlic sauce and regular crust) which they screwed up and made it with thin crust and tomato sauce. The other one I ordered was Chicago style meat with green chile (extra charge I paid for) which they forgot. Papa Murphy's presents a different opportunity from the delivery giants. With what amounts to a one-price menu for each size of pizza, the options (and variations) make this well worth the trip. Made right before my eyes, the flexibility and generous nature of toppings were much appreciated. Additional offerings include salads and sodas. Pricing is reasonable and EBT is welcomed. The staff are friendly.

Terrible pizzas, forgot my pepperoni just gave me cheese, when I called to complain they wanted me to bring pizza back so they could put pepperoni on it after it had been in my car and home, have they not heard of Covid-19. They also botched my other pizza needless to say they lost my business. I have pictures if I can figure out how to post them

The limited chicken Alfredo pizza is quite good. A bit more seasoning and spices definitely wouldn't hurt papa Murphys in general; but not everybody feels that way, and since you bake it at home, it isn't hard to add a few finishing dashes yourself! That's what I'm going to do next time. Overall, super fresh and super delish pizza.

The customer service is awesome I just didn't realize that it would be a thin crust pizza I got the New York other than that the flavor was very good

This place is legit but there's times this place is under staffed so the wait can be a bit but one kid running the whole joint? It's football season I pray this young man gets help. Was trying to use my rewards I was telling the clerk that I was having trouble with putting in the rewards. He wasn't listening to me. He cashed me out I said that I couldn't get my rewards to go in. He said oh it's to late. I spent over 60 dollars on pizza and salads. I looked for a name tag he wasn't wearing one.

I love the manager there who insisted that I be charged more than the advertised Tuesday special of five toppings for $10.99 (see text). Then the cashier didn’t even get my order correct and they only gave me four toppings but charged me more. Great job bro! Won’t be returning!

They have some delicious toppings and they have good deals on Tuesdays you can't beat the fact that you can use EBT there.... TBH I go there all the time just to get a two liter of strawberry soda lol

Their chicago pizza is a must have! Usually they never get our order wrong but this time they forgot to replace the tomatoes with mushrooms.. We didn't realize until we were already home. Moral of the story, check your order before leaving! Still yummy!

Purchased LG Hawaiian and LG Chk/Artichoke pizzas. The Hawaiian tasted like cardboard. This was my first negative experience in four years. (Once of many, doesn't mean this is a bad place for pizza..., I am just sharing MY latest experience.)

Fast service staff is always nice. The pizzas are great they put a lot more toppings on the pizza than most already cooked pizzas. The deserts are great. My family loves the smores desert pizza and the salads are large enough for 2-4 people.

I like these pizza's. Wish they would wash their hands after taking your money, and before putting on gloves. They touch the outside of the gloves with dirty hands, put on the gloves, then make your pizza. Not a good thing to do.

We don't have great pizza in New Mexico I mean we do but you really have to look for it papa Murphy's is up there at one of the top joints now a days just because local places have been disappointing and Murphy's stays the same

I love their fresh pizza ! Their dough is fresh and delicious. Very easy and convenient. The fact that you take it home and cook it makes it so fresh and appetizing when its ready to eat, HOT! Their coupons are a money saver

We like picking up the uncooked pizza and then baking it ourselves. It's hot and fresh that way. We especially like the $10.99 Tuesday special.

They need to make sure and tell you that cooking times different from a normal pizza versa a stuffed pizza, even though there's a paper on the pizza. Otherwise its a great pizza place and sweet people work there.

Best pizza. One of the very few places that used dough for its thin crust instead of that cracker garbage. Coming from someone that was a GM in Pizza for 21 years, this is great pizza. I miss the job there even.

Excellent pizza no marinara this time. Had bacon Canadian bacon and artichokes.

Went in to get stuffed pizza, they didnt even put everything on it. Employees were rude and didnt know how to work the register. Took 30 mins to figure out how to ring up orders and still got stuff wrong.

Here's another good place to get a pizza they make it you bake it how much pressure can you get than that and the fact that they take food stamps makes it real nice for a treat every once in awhile
