Where do I even start, this was an experience as a whole. The loving, homely atmosphere of the paper plane invites people of all sorts, making it the best place for almost any situation. From romantic dates to family gatherings to a catch up with the friends, you cannot go wrong with this place. For the first time in my 19 years living here never have I been this amazed by hollandaise sauce. But this place has changed my life. The avocado is ripe yet soft, the bread crisp, succulent and clean and the sauce, The sauce is FIRE. Mix this holy sauce with beautifully poached eggs and you got the holy trinity. Come here if you want to be enlightened, it's an unforgettable experience that will truly feel alive. 11 out of 10 will come here again. As for the french toast, presentation is beautiful that you can't even decide where to start, you wouldn't want to disturb God's creation, it's like the third coming of Christ. Upon the first bite into the soft bread that cuts like butter, the bread synthesises so well with the berry sauce and ice cream, causing perfect harmonisation. Each component deserves a 10 out of 10 but together they are beyond 100 out of 10, simply amazing. The sauce is divine, with each bite carrying a spiritual journey, bringing you closer to a higher state of mind. The fruits add a beautiful natural flavour to the dish, refreshing your body and soul. The Big Brekkie has clearly earnt it's name and rep in this cornerstone of Parramatta. Imagine an empty plate as a blank canvas waiting for an artist to give it life. Sole, desolate and without purpose. This was my plate until the employees at Paper Plane laid their masterful hands upon it . Not one inch was spared, with swift brushes the artists masterfully prepared a gallery of pieces. The result is a one of kind original comparable to the masterpieces of Van Gogh, Picasso, Monet, Da Vinci and even Warhol, if they say this work, they will be rolling in their graves. As our heavenly father above brought our mortal plane into existence in the seven days of creation. Paper planes has created a dish of 7 parts matching his work. How each element worked hand in hand, it was as if I was witnessing a magnificent performance, a dance, or perhaps a spectacular musical piece. Performed by the orchestra of tasty foods, the conductors in the kitchen making them work together to become something even further beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough. There are two types of people in the world. Those who have been to the paper plane and those who haven't. I know which side I'm on.
Came sometime during the weekday with my daughter to have a quick catch up over some coffee and brunch. The waitress who served us was quite rude, she came over to our table multiple times when we told her that we’d let her know when we were ready to order, she was incredibly impatient. When we were finally ready to order we waved at her multiple times and she looked at us and continued walking, we waiting another 5 mins before my daughter had to get up and walk to the counter to ask her to take our order. She insisted we ordered through the QR code however we preferred for our order to be taken in person which she did. As she was taking our order she kept rudely interrupting us when we must have mistaken an item name for something else. When our food arrived the food was scattered, almost as if she didn’t hold the items properly, we ordered 1 serving on the ‘big breakfast’ and a ‘chicken chumichurri bowl’. The toast on the big breakfast was nearly falling off the plate when received and the avocado on the chicken bowl was on the side of the plate, extremely unorganised. It became even more poor was when our coffee was served. I ordered the large cappuccino in a mug, she aggressively put the cup down on the table so fast the coffee overflowed and spilt onto the coaster plate it was served with to which she did not apologise for. I moved to Sydney from QLD with my family nearly 23 years ago and I’ve never ever in my life experienced such bad customers service, especially from a cafe which one of my old mates recommended for me to try out. Please watch out for the rude waitress, she was of brown / Indian decent. Before leaving I asked for her name, cannot remember exactly what it was just I remember it started with Ro something not too sure. Will definitely not be coming back. Save your money not only to get good food but good customer service. Very very disappointed and unsatisfied.

If ever in Parramatta, you can’t leave without checking this place out. Located only a 2min walk from the river and about a 10min walk from Westfields. This cafe has been around a little while now where a review is a also a little overdue. If it’s a simple beverage or a hearty meal, you’ll find it here at Paper Plane. It’s away from the crowds and there’s plenty of paid parking around. And if you’re real lucky, you’ll find a car spot just outside. Ive always been here in the morning so u can’t really comment on lunch options, but I’m saying that, the breakfast is something to marvel over as you’ll see in the big breaky pic. Friendly service, old school vibe with the place and the coffee/juices are delicious. So… what are you waiting for, head on down and make some of your own recommendations. Paper Plane - We’ll see you again soon.

Quiet cafe tucked away at a corner. Order through your phone with a QR code which requires your email and card number. There were more options when you scan it compared to the physical menu and also photos attached so you get an idea of what you’re ordering. We got salmon eggs benny ($19) which was not on the physical menu and brunch bowl ($18). Portion was small so it wasn’t filling, we had to get a sandwich from the cafe right next to paper plane cafe then a dessert and ice cream and churros after. Food was average, nothing outstanding, nothing bad. Curried roasted Cauliflower was great though. Street parking is limited, 1/4p. Lots of seating, nice ambience, powerpoints available. A relaxed environment to have your work done.
I had the eggs and toast for breakfast, it was okay. It consisted of two eggs, and two slices of buttered sourdough toast. Sourdough was quite hard and tough to eat. I was disappointed that one of the slices of toast was one of the pieces on the end of the loaf, so it was significantly smaller than the other slice of toast. It was also a lot harder to eat as well since it had more crust as it was the piece on the end of the loaf. I had expected two decent slices of toast since the meal cost around $12-13, not an end piece.

This wonderful little café has been one of our long time favourites and we are always excited to come back each time. The food they serve not only looks amazing and delicious, but tastes delectable and fulfilling as well. There has been a recent change in ownership and although the effort to maintain the same level is admirable, the speed of service could be improved. More specifically, an extra staff or 2 for this popular café wouldn’t go astray, especially during the busier periods. Nevertheless, the staff on hand were friendly and the coffee was just as good as it always has been. Give this café a go, you won’t be disappointed!
Reasonable parking... outdoor and inside seating for dining...... Had to edit review after todays visit... Service today ordinary to rude... Staff disinterested and young guy arrogant and rude.. Avo mushroom breakfast listed as "Mushrooms " we got ONE... Honestly how expensive are mushrooms to buy to have one single mushroom for the money...don't be miserable and respect customers.. Used to be a regular... not after todays visit... Staff learn to be pleasant and smile to customers ... if you don't like your job maybe serving isn't for you

The best big breakfast plate I’ve ever had - very balanced, tasty and well presented. Great value for $$. Perfect strong, hot coffee exactly as I ordered. Unfortunate edit: Confirmed with staff that swaps are free of charge prior to ordering. Was assured that swaps were free of charge. Arrive at checkout to pay & advised that the bacon I swapped for salmon was charged as an add-on even though I didn’t receive the salmon. I was charged for bacon and robbed of salmon...staff just smiled and shrugged it off as no big deal. To owner: happened on Friday 29/10/21 at 8am. Thanks.
Great Coffee, great food and great customer service. Perfect place to come to for a bite both veg and non veg... we came with our family and our little one. Everyone enjoyed their food and the coffee was fantastic. Staff were very accommodating, particularly for our little one which made the experience all the more enjoyable..great value for money to, generous portion sizes for cost! If you're in Parramatta, definitely worth a stop for a filling breakfast or lunch.

The food was amazing! Came for breakfast. I had ‘The Tiny Dancer’ and my daughter The Big Breakfast, such yummy food combinations for a bit of a twist on classic breakfast foods. We shared French Toast as our breaky dessert- delicious! Will definitely be back. Sorry no photos, as I didn’t think about doing a review until I tried the food.

friendly staff, not the best ambience - tables sticky & wobbly with food scraps underneath. food portions were good but drink/coffee size really small for the amount you are paying. egg-y croissant [3/5] - nice buttery croissant but eggs a bit flavourless steak sandwich [4/5] - generous serving of delicious chips on side chorizo hot pot [3/5] truffle eggs [3.5/5] ☕️ iced hazelnut long black [4/5] - coffee isn’t bitter ☕️ mocha [3/5] banana peanut butter smoothie [3.5/5] - you need to ask for ice otherwise it’s served lukewarm
Second visit - Nice place for tasty breakfast and i love their Corn Fritters and Mushroom & Kale on toast. Service is good too. I also have a bad experience earlier but that’s coz of the staff recklessness. And it’s all forgiven on my second visit to taste corn fritters and really satisfied with the food and service on the second visit.

The service could have been better, I went there yesterday for the first time. Not sure I will come back again. I ordered the Lox Bagel Sandwich with a small Caramel Latte and waited 15-20 minutes each for the coffee and the sandwich to arrive. Overall not a very pleasant experience and service needs improvement

Wow! A local acquaintance recommended this cafè as a reasonably priced place to take my wife for lunch. Expectations were greatly exceeded. The menu is varied & our choice of a Midnight Cuban & a Brunch Bowl both offer points of difference from most cafes we have gone before. Service & timing was also excellent.

Nice little café in Parramatta with great tasting items. Parking around there is annoying, but if you can get a spot or walk over from public transport, this café is definitely worth visiting. We ordered the truffle scramble eggs, which was thoroughly enjoyed and very tasty. The other dish was the corn fritters that was very filling! Coffee here was great as well. Will definitely have to visit again.
I found this place by accident a few months ago and finally took the time to get a photo of my brunch, normally I forget as it is so tasty, fresh mushroom is always a winner with me, staff are fantastic and service is very quick, can't wait to try something different next time I visit. I highly recommend this place even for just a tea or coffee

Definitely come here for something different, there are a few interesting menu items like burgers with peanut butter (that my Nate loved) and my friend Irene said the steak sandwich was perfect! Ordered using the QR code and food came out in a perfectly reasonable time. Good place to go for work lunch because everyone can order and pay using their phone
The coffee is amazing! My hubby's and I new fave place! Food is super yummy! Waffles are a stand out and service is good too. The girls are all so lovely!

I cannot recommend PPC enough! Do yourself a favour and try the Paper Plane Burger! The combination of bacon and peanut butter is incredible. They basically take a classic, well cooked cheeseburger and smother in a layer of PB to take it to another level. Their fries are also really great. Definitely will be back here soon!
Very nice and simple cafe tucked away on a side street. It isn’t too busy mid-mornings. The food selection is interesting but overall very nice. Cafe ambiance could be a little better but i do love the amount of natural light that comes in.

Good food, mostly. Average prices. The burger had a bad patty. Tasted like IKEA meatballs. The peanut butter was a nice touch, but totally overpowered the other 3 (!) sauces present. Generous serving of chips. Coffee was good. The eggs benedict lacked spinach. Service was friendly and professional.
Lovely cafe with a relaxed vibe. We sat by the seats facing the windows, had delicious brunch, and people watched while sipping on iced coffee.

Food is tasty, coffee is great. However, the staff appeared to be pretty anxious from how busy they are and therefore didn't come off as warm service. We ate the Midnight Cuban sandwich, Steak Sandwich and Truffle Eggs.

Consistently good food, great variety and service. Cosy location to enjoy a bite out of the train. Waffles have that nutty-like crunch that is just so delicious. Benny eggs are great.
Nice vibe, interesting menu. Food was good and well presented! Burger was average but the chips were good. Avo smash with pea and feta was also good but not too special.
