Nick and his team have been servicing my families cars for nearly 10 years now. We were referred to him by a friend who said we wouldn't be disappointed and we certainly haven't been. Nick's straight up, he'll let you know in advance if you need new tyres or a timing belt needs changing so you can prepare. He and his team are hard working, honest and the servicing costs are always extremely reasonable, he will call you to let you know if there is a major issue or if something requires attention and when you pick up your car he is always keen to let you know what was done and why. Honesty goes a long way and is so rare to find these days when looking for a good mechanic. Nick and the team know their cars, Para Road Automotive is the way to go! Nick & the guys at Para Rd Automotive Repairs give * * * * * Service! Nick called EVERY time he said he would (amazing as I've always had to chase mechanics!)When I dropped the car off I gave him list of things (another mechanic had said) After checking, he went through everything with me; what had to be done, what would need to be done next time & all the things that didn't. (Which was half of the list & they weren't cheap repairs) Very happy with the cost & how quickly my car was ready. Nick even called me the next night to see everything was ok. Wouldn't go anywhere else & I've told everyone I've seen since! Thankyou!!

Needed a new mechanic after my usual closed down. My partner told me to take my car here and I’m glad I did. I have an older car that needed a lot of love and Nick did an amazing job. There was a lot of work that needed doing, and not only did he do an amazing job, and get it ready in just a couple of days, but he did work on it that I didn’t even mention that was just included in the service. A great job, genuine service, would absolutely recommend.

What a great experience! It is so hard to find a good mechanic these days and I can honestly say that the team at Para Road Automotive fit the bill. From the first phone call they were friendly, courteous and all round great to deal with. The service was execellent and the prices are more than reasonable. We have been taking our cars to Nick for many many years now and did so again just yesterday. However there was a payment mix up in which I overpaid accidentally. Nick rang me tonight to let me know and to arrange for it to be reimbursed within 24 hrs. So not only is he a fabulous mechanic, he is as honest as the day is long. Old style service and ethics. Excellent affordable service. Nick and his colleague were able to fix my BMW brake light issue in no time and charged me $10. I just drove in without an appointment and they looked into the issue without having me waiting. Glad that they do European cars.
