Mes amis et moi avions loués une voiture pour 2 jours. Après avoir reçu la voiture (qui était déjà dans un état bien abîmé) j’ai découvert que la voiture tirait beaucoup sur la gauche, je me demande à quand remontait la dernière révision. Lors du retour, en roulant à 100km/h sur l’autoroute, le pneu arrière gauche explose. Je parviens malgré tout à garer la voiture sur le bas côté. Les ennuis commencent alors. Je décide de changer la roue via la roue de secours et je découvre que cette dernière est également crevée ! Cela montre le sérieux du loueur. J’installe également le triangle de sécurité pour etre vu par les autres usagers….ce dernier est cassé et pas de gilet jaune dans la voiture. Je contacte le loueur qui met 30 minutes à comprendre que la roue de secours est également crevée. Il décide alors « d’envoyer » une dépanneuse qui mettra 2 heures à arriver pour changer le pneu et rapatrier la voiture. Toujours bloqué au bord de l’autoroute la sécurité nous sors et nous dépose en dehors de l’autoroute 500m plus loin. Apres 2h d’attente ce n’est pas une dépanneuse qui arrive mais le loueur lui meme avec un nouveau pneu (deja usée lui aussi). Ce dernier nous demande donc de régler le montant malgré que cette incident ne découle pas d’une erreur de notre part. Nous avons également du payer pour redémarrer la batterie qui s’était arrêté. Photos ci-jointes pour appuyer mon propos. Il existe des centaines de loueurs de voitures alors pour votre argent et votre sécurité allez ailleurs. Et pour le loueur qui voit ce message, nous sommes bien gentils de laisser 1 seul avis négatif sur les 6 personnes présentes ce jour là.

Rented a car for a day. The car was in poor condition.. The engine sounds rough, signs of damage all around the car. The sun shade flap fallen out when used. Luckily, I didn't rent this car for 2 weeks to drive up to Penang, which was my original plan. Otherwise, I'll have no confident to drive this car to Penang. This is so far the worst car renting I ever had. I feed this back to the customer service about my feeling. They argued that as long the car is working, there is no reason to replace it. If there is any breakdowns, just contact their customer service and they will rectify it for you. Ok, if anyone don't mind to risk their holiday too be ruined by a breakdown and water your time waiting under the hot sun, you can go ahead and rent with this company. Good luck. I will not rent with this company anymore. Having said that, KLIA staffs are very friendly and provide good service. It's a shame that their car maintenance/replacement protocol is not up to scratch.

***Warning*** Booked a Proton Exora for 18 days. Car provided was terrible, dented from nose to tail. 4 wheels, 3 brands of tyres, imbalance, shaking steering wheel. Brake pads 1 mm. Windscreen wipers totally worn off. When I complained I had to bring the car to a workshop myself, no road assistance outside of Kuala Lumpur. Had to advance the repairs as Paradise could or would not pay the workshop. Even after the repairs car felt unsafe. Left it in Ipoh for 14 days. Used a car provided by my hotel as they were ashamed about the way Paradise Rent a Car treated us. Customer service: Zero! Conclusion: Paradise is Hell, take your business to a decent company.

Cheap car rental but you'll never get the deposit back. I returned the car, they inspected it, said everything was ok. I submitted the form they require to get the deposit back and that was it, never heard back from them. They also try to 'rent' a card to pay motorways, which is well overpriced, so be careful. It's way cheaper to buy it yourself at the train station and top up. My car keys battery was broken/discharged they told me to exchange it myself. If you wanna risk it, do it but I bet any problem with the car, they won't help. And again, no deposit back, don't even think about it, I've waited 3 months.

Beware! Cannot get my deposit back (returned car more than 2 month ago). Rent was cheap, but the car was very old (Proton Saga), so it is OK. Returned car on May 1st, everithing is Ok, not a scratch. And they have not returned my 300 MYR deposit and it is very hard to communicate with them, mostly they just ignore you. Sometimes you can get a reply via Whatsapp. I am going to report them to the authorities for the scam they are. UPD. After 2.5 months of trying to reach out to them and almost filing a report withing CCID I finally got my 300MYR back. Still not recommend this company to anyone.

No tyre thread , risky to drive around especially on highway. Tyre flatted end up have to changed it. Was driving on the highway @ speed 90-100 out of sudden car gear locked with some weird sound, need to pull over @ emergency lane to stop & restart the car. Overall too many damage & scratches on the car body. Irresponsible car company should have at least provide basic car condition safety for customer. As many people remarked here recently, they won't give any response about returning the deposit (300MYR) back in spite of several times' request. That is the significant breach of their rental agreement, which deserves less than one star. If you've already had a reservation unfortunately, just give up the deposite to be returned. Even worse was they took money for car cleaning when rental back in exchange for full deposite back condition. You don't need to pay such money because you will receive nothing after all. If you don't want to remain a regrettable memory on the travel, just avoid.

Вернул машину 8 мая без претензий, сегодня 23 июля и до сих пор не вернули депозит, при этом на все запросы не отвечают, писал трижды на электронную почту, whatsapp, через обратную связь на сайте. Я бы без проблем подождал еще, если бы мне просто ответили и указали в какие сроки будет произведен возврат депозита, но меня просто игнорируют. Что интересно в июне арендовал авто на Пхукете и Абу-даби, так они мне уже вернули депозит, хотя арендовал позже. Здесь пишут, что возвращают через 3 месяца, я дождусь 8 августа и затем буду обращаться в банк для Charge back и CCID.

Not professional service. They don’t do what say promise. The gave me a car, which should have to go to inspection for puspakom. They said 20 may they come and change the car. They didn’t come for change. They wrote me on 24th may they have to pick up same day because inspection date is on 25th may. Otherwise I have to pay fines of 200 RM! I fuelled the car already. They come with a car which was fueled empty. On the other hand, they promised to give me a car which is totally with full tank, too! Not good service and profession. Can’t recommend to rent here. This is my last rental here.

Accepted my booking for a car and then less than 2 days before I was supposed to collect the car, they decided to cancel. Why? They'd forgotten to organise taxing the car!!! As it was just before Chinese New Year, I was completely stuffed, especially as I didn't pick up their email until the day of the rental due to the death of my father. I tried contacting them but they ignored me. Utterly and completely incompetent with no customer care or service at all. I can only assume they were being deeply ironic when naming the company. Please avoid these complete cowboys at all cost.

I had a family emergency and had to travel to Malaysia suddenly. I tried many car rental company and at short notice there was no car available. I finally managed to contact paradise car rental while I was transiting between airports. Jared from Paradise car rental walk through the rental with me with all the necessary information. After booking, he make sure the booking is confirmed and when I finally got to KLIA1. The vehicle was there. Like to thank Jared and other staff of Paradise car rental making this possible for me. Horrible experience. Like many others have commented, Paradise Rent A Car has a serious problem with returning the security deposit. I finally received my security deposit back 5 months after the rental. I emailed every month, and finally, with a very indifferent "we apologize for the inconvenience" email, they returned my security deposit. The low cost of the rental does not make up for the absolutely horrible business practice that this company exhibits. They probably just hope that you forget about the security deposit. Go elsewhere!

Best service and best price in all KL and probably all Malaysia. I highly recomand them because they are kind and really helpful, they are in close contact with you everyday asking if everything is alright and the customer service is one of the best you can find worldwide. EDIT: Scammers. Changing the review since they did not return the deposit. I had to contact the credit card issuer to do the chargeback. DO NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT, OTHERWISE YOU'LL NOT GET IT BACK. Everything was OK with the renting process and the car. One thing we didn't like is that an employee lent us a touch and go card for 10RM and told us if any amount was left while returning the car, he would return it. However, he didn't, saying that it's not refundable and did not give back the left amount.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH PARADISE RENT-A-CAR! They take your security deposit and do not return it. We waited the 30 working days and the money was not returned. We then messaged and called them for days but they still did not return the money and ended up blocking our calls. We ended up having to go down to their office and spend over an hour arguing with them to get our money back. There are many reviews online saying the same thing. Please learn from our mistake and do not book with them.

Worst car rental experience ever!! Do not recommend...reached the pick up location and followed instructions to call the number in the email. Was then told my order was not in system, took 15 minutes to sort out their internal system error, finally found my order and later told me to pick up at KLIA though my order did state pick up at KLIA 2 and want to charge me extra delivery fees....even when returning car the journey was not smooth at all. If you wish to rent a car, Paradise Rent a car is very convenient. Maybe the cars are not of the latest version but you get value for money and good service. We have been renting a car for almost a week traveling to Georgetown and Kuala Kedah. Traveling in Malaysia is easy. There is no rush so no stress. The drop off went well although we had some issues getting the paperwork done due to maintenance work on the elevator so office was temporarily blocked.

I had a great experience renting from Paradise. I needed a car last minute for a few days and the car I received was in great condition. I had shopped around for car rentals and found their prices to be the lowest and most reasonable. Communication and dealings with Mr Albert was very fast and easy. Car collection and staff assistance was good during the rental usage. However when it came to the point of the deposit refund, it was totally horrible. Great and very convenient location in the city centre. Rental price is really competitive compared to others. I've already rented 3 times with Paradise and will definitely be back again. The first time my car was a bit outdated but the next 2 times the car was perfect. So overall great experience and excellent service provided by Mr Albert who is very customer oriented and helpful.

instead of putting a block on your credit card for the deposit, they just charge your deposit, never to be returned. They say that they will transfer the money within 30 (!) days, but obviously they never do. Do not respond to messages. If you want to have your deposit back, do not rent a car with this agency

Great experience. Book on the same day and arrive a bit earlier than pick up time, but they dont seem to mind. The car (saga) is clean and comfortable for 5 people. No extra charges for additional driver too. Picking up and dropping off is seamless. Will definitely recommend!

Rented a car in November. My experience was okay. Car was old but drivable, process was fairly fast. But in their statement I should expect to have my deposit refunded within 30 days after returning the car. It took way more time than that.
