Where to start? These guys are great. I had a 20 year old tar and gravel roof (looking at the build date, it was 27 years old). I called up three different companies. Elevation, AAA, and Paramount. I actually liked all three, and felt pretty comfortable picking any of the three, as they were clearly professionals with a sizeable knowledge base and experience. That said, I really struck a cord with Mike from Paramount. We probably talked about the roofing industry and materials for a good 2 + 1/2 hours. Really cool guy (also the other Mike who is his partner and I believe co-owner). So I had my roof inspected, and the offerings were essentially TPO, and from Paramount, TPO and Silicone. Getting into the properties and benefits of silicone roofing with Mike, looking at samples, doing my own research into it (I was already sold, and I've had my own experiences with higher grades of silicone than what you use in cookware, but best to check anyhow). Wow. I was pretty pumped, as they're one of only two companies that are fully vetted and trained in utilizing and installing GE's roof-grade silicone. The quality of the material on its own, the ease of repairs, the longevity, sun and radiation resistance. General impact resistance, and the clean look of the photos I was shown and had seen of finished products (and the process leading into the finished product)...it almost sells itself (this is something Mike actually mentioned, but hell, after hearing him go over the different roof types and the qualities...I was already thinking it). In between I met the other Mike, and he's a really good guy as well. Actually everyone I've met who works for Paramount is really cool. Another thing that struck me (and is something all three companies I had called had in common). They don't have salesmen. The owners or project managers are the guys who come out to inspect and handle everything. That makes a huge difference in consistency of message in the initial meeting to contract to work done. So the roofers wanted to start early, and we rescheduled for a few days prior to the original installation date. Mike and Mike's team members are pretty boss guys. Very respectful, very considerate. I was home all day, but I am amazed at the level of attention to detail in cleaning up every inch of the original roof. Getting down to the bottom and removing as much of the tar and gravel layers as they could. Took them all of the first day and like 2/3rds of the second day to get the bulk of it off, then clean it. Then detail work removing every tiny scrape for the rest of the second and third. After it was done, they did like 4 passes, then I'd hear a bit of extra work here and there with each pass, then a final inspection before putting on the precoat, then silicone layer. The finished product? Beautiful. Clean, nice, and apparently they had to add on a lot of layers here and there to fill in certain gaps. They had to cut into and rebuild the canals to remove water and assure that the water would pour off the roof, rather than puddle (this for a roofing material that can handle a puddle of water infinitely if need be...the only issue being weight and the roof). It looks great, the angles and paths to channel water off the roof are done expertly. The channels cut to assure water flows are well done. The material is very easy to stand on. I'm rather surprised at how much foot grip I get. I am floored in the best way possible. These guys really treated my house right, my roof right, and me right. I'll add this. It's cheaper than TPO, not by a lot, but it is. It's easier for them to fix and repair (and TPO is fairly easy to repair). Due to the colour we used, it should be very easy to spot a leaking. It's going to be very easy to clean as well. Plus the warranties on it are the same as TPO. It's well worth it. I really love the silicone.

After having my old tar-and-gravel roof expensively redone with Ecodur and silicone, and receiving a 20-year warranty from a company that went out of business about a year later when Covid-19 hit, and after the owner of that company promised he would honor the warranty and performed numerous patches over the next year and a half, none of which actually worked, I was working in my yard when Michael (the estimator) from Paramount Roofing drove up, rolled down his car window, and said "Do you need a roofer?" We chatted, I got his card, and two weeks later I called and said "YES, I need a roofer!" He came out, inspected, gave me a very reasonable estimate both in terms of money and of repair time. As it happened, they also came out to do emergency repairs in advance of the scheduled repair, AND then came out to do the scheduled repair a month early (due to alterations in their work schedule). Michael, Matt, Donovan, Rodney, and Mike, and several others whose names I did not get, were thorough, professional, reasonable, pleasant, very kind, and answered all my questions. And they found everything that had been done wrong with the previous roof-work and made hundreds of repairs and patches, and spent quite a bit of time on the roof where the 17 worst leaks in one small room (the bathroom) were. After the repairs and patching were all done, and after the layers of the roof dried out completely, I waited until we finally got some rain, waited some more to see if anything dripped from anywhere, and as it has been dry inside for a full week during which we got nearly 2 inches of rain, I am just pretty darn sure Paramount Roofing has found and fixed all the problems.

I am finally getting to writing this review. First let me say that I searched all over Santa Fe and ABQ for a roofer. We had around 6 different businesses come and get quotes, and some did not even show at all. Paramount was one of the first ones that came out. They were on time for the quote and very easy to work with while they were here examining the roof. They explained everything very well and thoroughly. But being the first one meant I had to get other quotes. Soon after the inspection, they contacted me and we went back and forth a few times. After I got all the other quotes, it was apparent that Paramount had the best value, quality, and warranty out of all of them. They were also the most responsive. All of those are VERY important. I decided to go with Paramount. Every question I had was answered on the same day and every small detail was accounted for. Going to installation day, they were on time and the installers were friendly. The project manager called a few times just to see how things were going and I also called with a few questions. We even made some coffee for the workers. After two days, it was done! Everything came out amazing and they cleaned everything up. I went to peek at the roof and was a wonderful white color and looked completely sealed; no more leaks! We weathered some snow afterwards and some rain which also produced zero leaks. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any roofing needs. If I owned 5 more houses, they would be my go-to business for 5 more roofs.

Our roof was 17 years old with normal wear and tear but no leaks. We decided to replace it before it became a more expensive problem. Knowing this would be the most expensive and important purchase we would make on the house we did our research thoroughly. We found several top rated roofers and got estimates from all three. After careful review we settled on Paramount. They did a very thorough examination of the old roof and provided us with aerial photos of the damaged places and a detailed description of the work they would perform, the start date, the finish date and the exact cost. The crew showed up on time all three days and there was never a doubt they would finish on time. They were courteous, professional and respectful of us and our neighbors. The supervisor showed up at the beginning and ending of the job to see that the work was progressing without any problems. When the job was complete he returned for a walk around inspection with me and explained the details of the work they had done. The site was cleaned up the next day by another team member. There was no damage to the roof or any other part of the property during the construction. I'm completely satisfied with the work and give the company 5 stars. I'm glad we decided to go with Paramount.

Contacted Paramount to get estimates and gain some clarity from all information I received from other roofing companies. My main focus was to have an expert provide me with the true condition of my flat roof and estimates accordingly. Mike came out quickly and provided me with the information that I needed. So truly grateful to have everything clarified without any shtick! As I found out, I am not currently in dire need of a new roof or a roof restoration. So, I will not be using Paramount at this time. But, when the time comes, Paramount will be the Roofing Company I reach out too. I should point out, Paramount also does maintenance, but I already had someone lined up, if that was the direction I was taking.....which ended up being the case. Mike is great and honest and CLEAR. Also Ernie gets a shout-out. I only talked to him on phone, but he is so welcoming and accommodating. Great people and great service One more note......You never know who is getting referral bonus. (Be wary when someone tells you to let the Company know that so and so referred me) I am not receiving anything from Paramount for writing this. I was just so impressed with this company, I had to share my experience.

A couple of years ago, when my roof leaked, I asked Mike Croce from Paramount roofing to inspect the roof, tell me what was needed to be done and do it. I had expressly requested that they tell me what needed to be done so that I don't have a recurring problem. They patched some stuff and promised me pictures as I live out of town but it took several tries to get some pretty non-descript pictures out of them. When my roof leaked a year or two later and damaged the ceiling and walls inside, I called them and asked them to cover it. They refused. When I filed an insurance claim and the agent called them, they told the agent the roof leaked because water was pooling at the canales and it was not their fault. Why they did not tell me this when I gave them a carte blanche to fix whatever was needed the first time, I don't know. If they had said to replace the roof at that time, I would have gladly done it and not given them over two grand and then five grand to the mold remediation company later. Two months of back and forth and nothing came of it. I won't use them or recommend them. The only reason I even gave them two stars is they did come and seal some of the exterior damage.

I experienced a roof leak from last weeks storm. I contacted Paramount Roofing based off the Google reviews and they did not disappoint. I called after hours and was contacted by Kate first thing the following morning. She explained the process and set up an appointment for me. The following day, Mike showed up and inspected the roof. He was very transparent in his prices and was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was. Mike was very humble and proud of his. It was not until later in our conversation that i found out he was the owner. Within a week, Marco arrived and repaired the leak on the roof and did some other work to ensure my roof was leak proof. He worked all day and picked up after himself. The roof was then inspected by their Operations Supervisor Matt. Having a roof leak is worrisome and probable one of the biggest concerns for a homeowner. Mike and his crew did an amazing job from customer service to the follow up. If you are looking for a great company with great pricing and outstanding customer service, look no more. Paramount Roofing really prides themselves in their work.

From our first phone call with Paramount Roofing, we knew we were in great hands. They were the most thorough from start to finish. Any questions we had leading up to getting our new roof, were answered with a clear explanation and full expectation of what getting our new TPO roof would mean. Their crew was professional, hard working, on time and meticulous. Even when they were tired from the day - they still cleaned everything up each and every day. Their supervisor, Marco came every morning to survey the area and stay on top of everything that was being done. Their crew chief, Omar showed us pictures every single day so we knew what was being done - and Elias (another crew member) stayed late, waiting out a storm to make sure that everything was covered and protected. I am house-sitting for my sister while she is on deployment overseas, and we sprung a small leak in the roof. From the initial contact, to the inspection, to the completion of the job, Paramount was patient with us and did the job in a timely and professional manner. The gentleman who came out to do the initial inspection/quote, Adam, was very thorough and explained a lot of the process to me. I have never owned a home before and didn't really understand the nuances of insurance and repair without a landlord, but he did a great job of explaining the process and what our options were. Kate did a spectacular job on the administrative side of things. She sent emails to both my sister overseas and I and kept my sister in the loop, but I had no issues acting as a proxy to get the repair and maintenance completed for my sister. The actual work completed was quick and of high quality, and I barely even knew there were people on the roof. They left no mess and were respectful of the property. A great experience.

Overall a really great experience from estimate to installation! My roof has been leaking for quite some time and was sorely in need of a full replacement/upgrade, so after much agonizing over which roofing company to use I settled on Paramount thanks to all of the other positive reviews. I was definitely not disapponted! Everyone on the team that installed my new roof was very respectful and friendly, which I appreciated. I also liked that they did a walk around at the end of the day to pick up any debris that fell from the roof into the front and backyard -- I have two dogs, so this extra but of consideration was amazing. Jesus, the Foreman, and Malcom, the program manager, did a great job keeping me informed of any issues/ changes in the project end date and they were both very responsive to any questions I had. They even removed and discarded my old swamp coolers for me, which was truly above and beyond! Overall I would highly recommend Paramount Roofing for any of your roofing needs!

Since the TPO on our roof was more than 10 years old, and solar panels had recently been installed, I requested Paramount Roofing to inspect the roof for any damage or areas of potential leaks. They responded promptly and, after a thorough inspection of the roof, showed me photographs of areas of concern. They submitted a reasonable proposal that included cleaning the roof, inserting missing screws into the terminal bar all around and sealing the terminal bar with silicone mastic, They also sealed all roof penetrations, including the HVAC system. This included the roof of the house, the garage and a pop out window over the kitchen. Their work was done in an efficient and professional manner, including a thorough clean-up afterwards. I was then given the chance to see the results of their work via a drone camera. I later got onto the roof and had a close look in person, and was very pleased with the results. Thank you Paramount for a job well done.

I have been thrilled with the work of Paramount Roofing, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family in need of roof repair or replacement. I have gone back to them multiple times for inspection, diagnosis, and repair of issues on roofs of houses for my own house, my parents' house, and my in-laws' house. Every time, I was given a quote for work that was reasonable (there are likely far cheaper out there, but you can have those other guys), the work was timely and excellent, and the Paramount Roofing guys clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. Every time they've sealed or repaired for me, Paramount has put a 3-year warranty on their work, which is an added value and plus. I've had multiple and consistent positive experiences with Paramount Roofing, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Paramount Roofing replaced our roof last summer (2022). They were very professional, punctual, courteous and reasonably priced. The replacement process was thoroughly explained in advance, and they allowed us to ask any questions prior to starting. We are more than pleased with the quality outcome. We had a skylight installed early this year by a different company. We had issues with it, so we contacted Paramount to address the problem. Malcom Dotey (project manager) worked with us to get the skylight securely fastened and fully sealed. Had we realized Paramount installed skylights, we would have used them to install it. I can't say enough positive words about Malcom and the rest of the staff at Paramount. I highly recommend Paramount without reservation.

Our insurance company denied our hail damage claim as " normal wear and tear, so it was up to us to have the roof replaced. An online search showed three highly recommended companies and they were contacted. Paramount Roofing was chosen for its high rating. When we signed the contract to have the roof replaced, Matt Caward responded quickly to questions about scheduling, material used and any other questions we had. During the replacement process any questions were responded to within 24 hours. After the replacement was completed, Matt inspected the roof and addressed any concerns we had and handled them with courtesy and professionalism. I would not hesitate to use Paramount Roofing again and will recommend them to others. Great job !!!!

We bought a house with an older tar-and-gravel roof that turned out to be leaking. Did some research and settled on a silicone coating. Matt came out initially and identified some immediate repairs needed to stop the leak, as it would be a few weeks before they could schedule the full coating. Matt was super impressive in his knowledge about roofs and his ability to diagnose and explain issues. All three crews—the initial repair crew, the crew that came to clear out the old gravel, and the crew that prepped the roof and did the actual coating—were punctual, communicative, and professional. The roof looks amazing. I’m so excited about no more leaks and the reflective properties, for energy savings. Highly recommend Paramount.

I received a free estimate for roof maintenance from Paramount and nearly fell out of my chair. Subsequently, I got two estimates from other companies. Paramount's estimate was nearly FOUR times that of the company I later contracted. Paramount was about FIVE times the amount of the lowest other bid. Maybe they just didn't want to do this repair job -- why else would you include 'seal around the air conditioner and chimney' -- when our house has NO chimney, and refrigerated air (not located on the roof)? By default, they get one star, but this they earned. The did follow up on their bid with 3 phone calls. (Then again, I'd place a few calls to try to get this much money from a homeowner for such a small job.)

My first impression that Paramount Roofing was good-- was when Matt came out and did an inspection of the roof. He took the time to investigate. My next good impression was the quality of work the roofers put into the roof repair. They cleaned up the mess and told me it all looked good. I believe their prices was fair and the work is great. For the first time, I have enjoyed working with a business who cared about our needs and our house. They actually give you a written estimate via email, not just enter some numbers on a cell phone and show you the estimate. Both Mike and Matt are very professional and answered all our questions and then some. The crew who replaced our roof was also very polite and professional. We had our roof completely replaced and to our surprise the crew was able to complete the job in one day. After the project was completed, the crew went around the house to make sure no trash or nails was left behind. Its refreshing to finally write a review on how wonderful a company is. A few years ago I called Mike to do some minor repairs on the roof to my Albuquerque rental property. I live in Colorado. He did such a wonderful job with the repair and communicating with me long distance, I kept him in my contact list as" Mike the Roofer." I'm so happy I did because I needed him yet again this past October as I prepared to put that same property on the market. It is daunting to organize and implement all the details required to put a home up for sale in person, let alone long distance! Mike and Adam came through for me yet again! Very professional. So responsive to all my questions and concerns. Very patient and informative through the decision process to repair or to replace my roof. When I called about getting someone to come look at our flat roof for restoration, they were very professional on the phone and called me within a couple days to get an estimator out. The estimator used a drone to inspect the roof and determine what would be needed. The quote came very quickly and once we decided to go with Paramount, they worked with us to get on their schedule in a time that would work for us. We were really needing the roof to be restored before we installed solar panels and the solar panel company gave us a time frame that I gave to Paramount and they worked with us to get it done in time! I loved the whole experience!

I had Paramount Roofing replace my roof on a rental property. I hired this company after the first company I hired took my deposit and then never showed up to do the work. Given that experience I was very anxious about trusting another company. So happy I selected Paramount! They did a fantastic job. Got it done right away, no delays, no problems, and the work looks great! They cleaned up all debris and took extra precautions not to cause any damage to my landscaping. I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s owner Mike. I recently sold the property and having a new roof I’m sure helped get me top dollar!

With all the rain we had during the Summer 2022 we notice some leaks in n our ceiling. Ernie was quick to come out and inspect the roof and provided a very reasonable estimate with pictures. We are grateful he moved up our roof repair date as we had some very heavy rains after the repairs. The roofers arrived on time, did a quality job, and cleaned up after the repair. We had a great experience from setting up the appointment for the inspection, to scheduling the work, and keeping track of things using their software program. Very efficient, customer friendly, quality honest work. Highly recommend them.

Everyone at Paramount is friendly and professional, and they work fast. I recently purchased a new home and had gotten conflicting information over the condition of the roof, ranging from 'it just needs a tune up' to 'start thinking about replacing it'. I called Paramount and they sent Matt out within two days to take a look. The assessment was thorough, including numerous photos with clearly marked areas of concern. The estimate was fair and the work was completed a few weeks later. The on site crew was polite and meticulous in their clean up. I highly recommend this team for any roofing concerns.

I am so grateful for Paramount Roofing. I had just bought this fixer upper and with the first rain storm we had 5 leaks probably because the roof was about 20 years old. I collected bids from all the friend recommended roofers in New Mexico and Paramount was the only one that came in under what i had budgeted. ....and boy did they over deliver! The crew communicated every part of the process from removal, cleanup, prep, and install. Also received a nice drone video footage of the finished roof. Paramount Roofing was timely and fast and did what they said they would. They replaced tar and gravel with tan TPO on a flat roof. The only issue I have, is the street view of the roof. The tan TPO comes up against a stucco wall in 2 or 3 places on roof, and the colors are so opposite, mismatched, that it really looks bad. Now I need to figure out how to fix this. This should have been brought up in the initial estimate. Other than that Greg Lopez went above and beyond with communication. He took pics before and after of the roof. I recommend this company for roof work.

These guys are extremely good at what they do! We had a problem with a flat portion of our roof, with an exterior leak coming from a bad drip edge installation. Paramount did a terrific job repairing the TPO and replacing the drip edge with the proper size. It took about half a day, and all that was promised on the original estimate was delivered on-time, and on-budget. They power washed and cleaned up afterwards.The work was *meticulous*. Big thanks to Henry and Eric who did the final work, as well as Malcom, Ernie and Danielle who helped walk us through the project!

Paramount was great to work with! They have a scheduling portal where you can track your appointments as sometimes you get moved up which is awesome while waiting for roof repairs. They took drone pictures and emailed them to us so we could see everything before making our decision on what work we wanted done. Then when we had bad wind damage we sent them the quote from our insurance and they worked so well with us! I would definitely recommend them. They answer their phone and if not, they always call back. I truly enjoyed their modern way of doing business.

We hired Paramount Roofing to replace a vent to our attic. Although I was not able to be home at the time of installation (or even when they gave us the quote), they made sure that I saw the pictures, approved of their plan, and grating geometry/paint color. My wife handled the appointment, and did not feel the least bit worried by their presence! They were polite, respectful, nicely communicative, and very professional, leaving us with *grate* results! Will look into hiring them again on our next roof repair!

The time came to find a roofing contractor, a somewhat daunting task. After obtaining several bids, it was clear that Paramount had the advantage. I was pleased with every aspect of the roofing job. Prior to the job, Paramount was responsive and did a good job advising and informing me of the project. During the install, the roofing crew was fast and considerate -- removing the old roof and installing the new in less than two days (especially fast given it was the shortest day of winter). The end result was a great roofing job -- better than I was expecting. I recommend to anyone doing a full roof replacement.

Hands down the best roofing company in Albuquerque. Product is amazing and the team at Paramount are wonderful communicators and technicians. When you have your roof done, you get an account with the before and after photos, any issues, they are at your house doing maintenance and they go above and beyond to take care of customers. Paramount is awesome! We have a tile roof that needed maintenance. I am new to tile roofs and Paramount was the only company I spoke to that willing and able to explain the process and frequency. They worked around our schedule and caused minimal interruption to our plans. We had a tricky tile that refused to stay in place and they took extra effort to secure it after it fell. We were extremely impressed with Paramount Roofing. They were very diligent about completing all the necessary maintenance work so our roof wouldn't leak. It took much longer than they anticipated, but they still came back when we identified a couple additional potential spots to fix, all while sticking to their initial estimate and providing a 3 year guarantee on the work. I highly recommend them.

I have worked in construction project management for over 15 years now. I have met both good and bad contractors, but was extremely surprised when dealing with Paramount Roofing. I have never met a more professional team from the surveys to installation. I would recommend this company to anyone both residential and commercial for any roofing needs. Paramount Roofing is amazing! Just completed a repair in no time and didn't even charge me because it was a small job. Another contractor wouldn't do the work unless I tacked on a whole bunch of other stuff to justify the minimum fee they charge. Do yourself a favor and give Paramount a call because they are decent people who care about helping others, not just making a quick buck.

We were so pleased with Paramount Roofing! Matt, Donovan, Rodney & Erik were thorough and courteous. We had to wait about a month to get the roof replaced and in that time we experienced a leak. Paramount came out and fixed the leak prior to their work beginning! Once our roof was replaced I received detailed pictures of the work and my property was left very clean.

I worked with Mike originally to get a quote on the roof, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and instilled confidence that Paramount would do a good job. One of their workers was here for several hours today. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and polite. I was very comfortable with him here, as I was home alone. I had a leaking roof and had three companies come for bids. I found the customer service for Paramount the deciding factor in getting a new roof and my skylights replaced. Scheduling is scheduling, but they responded in a timely manner to every phone call and/or email. I would use them again if and when I have a roof issue.

Paramount installed custom gutters at my house. Went from cheap plastic ones to color matched metal, much better quality. Not only was it a reasonable price but it was done in a timely manner. The part I was most pleased with was their clean up, i have not found one screw in my driveway unlike other roofing companies.

Excellent service; their estimation was accurate in terms of cost and time needed to complete the project. After they replaced our old roof, no leak what so ever and the roof drained well. The team did not make a big mess as they were working and left everything clean after they finished.
