The salon has an overall very friendly vibe. All the staff are very courteous and helpful. I had gone for my hair colour and had a time constraint issue. But Raju (senior stylist) and his team ensured that I was done on time. The staff at reception Harsha and Devashree were super helpful and quick with the the billing process. My second experience was even more unforgettable when we had taken my 20 month old son for a haircut. He was very cranky and didn’t allow the stylist to cut his hair. The staff was very patient with us and found all possible ways to distract and entertain him during the process. I think they all are very genuine and have a very positive attitude towards their work. Keep up the good work guys. Can’t wait to visit again. A must try feel at home experience:)

A much needed experience! Comfort and cleanliness is their first priority. Had been her to get a haircut, and mani pedi. Zaid and Prashant definitely have magic in their hands. Thanks to Zaid my hair feels healthy again and Prashant made sure my nails look good and I felt relaxed after the mani pedi session. Devashree was sweet too! On my second visit, I planned to take the leap of faith and go for a big chop and decided to donate my hair. I was skeptical but Raju made it so easy and it all went smooth. He gave me a great haircut and I'm totally in love with my hair! I'd highly recommend Paris Hair and Skin Solutions! Will be visiting again! Make sure you get an appointment before visiting!

I decided to try out Paris salon's services based on a friend's recommendation. And I would definitely recommend it to other people. The service was prompt, the staff was polite. Extra points for the cleanliness and the amount of safety precautions they have taken. All the equipment the stylist used was sanitized right in front of me which was reassuring. I went with Raju as the stylist. He was very polite and made sure my haircut went as per my requirements. Overall, would definitely go back here in the future.

I am regular member here and a satisfied customer.. but today, when I took my 19months old son for his first hair cut, they actually made me feel the level of customer service they believe in... My son started crying from the first minute we entered, but the staff made him feel so comfortable. On 10/20/22 I had appointment for my daughter with proper time slot and I had reached on time but they dont have that particular hair dresser present in saloon and after 15 to 20 mins waiting my time they are saying sorry sir no one is there for hair cut at end they had arranged some hair style who is not expert .What the hell is behaviour and no one from Sr are even regret for such useless behaviour and wastage of client time . Really wastage of time and zero client value .

Danish who was my Hair Stylist, he helped me in choosing the right colour which gonna suits my Profile as well as it's healthy so that it doesn't damage my hair. They are taking good care of their customers, proper sanitization and all the necessary precaution is taken care off. Tariff’s are also cost effective considering the other expenses during covid. Got nano plastia treatment here. Good and patient staff Kudos to Ketan for doing my hair with so much patience and care. It took approx 6 hours and they ensured no client is starving or sleepy, cleanliness is as expected. Every client is respected and well treated. The only suggestion is to increase staff so that the service time could come down. Overall great experience I will visit again Keep up the good work.

The salon is maintaining hygiene and taking all required precautions for the safety of customers as well as the staff . Shahid is a senior stylist and very perfect in his work , my association with him for now is more then 10 years and I completely trust him and allow him to work on my hair . The staff show as if they are very busy when you check for an appointment but whenever you pass by the shop they are either chitchatting with each other outside the store or near the bus stop. Giving appointments after 3 days & just showing like they are all booked. Envy salon in Panchpakadi is much better. I want my membership money back!

Went for a Protein Power Dose as my hair was rough and dry . Chetan attended to me and did a wonderful job. The first thing he does is explain to you what needs to be done and makes you feel comfortable . The head massage was good and relaxing and the end result was pleasing as I felt my hair became softer n manageable. Thnx Chetan

So I went there with my nephew for his haircut. On the phone, they said we will have to wait for 5-10mins. We went there and the waiting time had increased to 15 mins. After waiting for 20mins, the arrogant owner rudely says that it's gonna take 1 more hour. Worst customer service
