One Summerlike day, after shopping at Family Dollar Store that is across the street from Park's Beauty Supply, I went into PBS to purchase some Fantasia Liquid Mousse firm hold Spritz HAIRSPRAY, and whatever else that I liked and that was cute, like I had always done at PBS. I walked into the store and said hello to the young man that works as a Security Guard there and handed him my bags and turned to go shopping and then suddenly, the alarm sounded, the owner, told the SG that I could not shop there, the SG immediately, stopped me from heading towards the back to get the Fantasia hair spritz and handed my bags back to me and said, "he said you can't shop here", I said, "what?" Needless, to say I was confused and pissed, and so I did not react, to what had I considered to be either a mistake in the alarm system, or discrimination, or some extra personal type mess. I had considered litigation against PBS, because, I felt that I had been treated unfairly, for no good reason. I have never returned to patronize Park's Beauty Supply.

Parks Beauty would be a nice place to shop if the employees were professional. The plain clothed security officer is the first person you meet when entering, but ignores you when you greet him. The other staff does not greet you either, and they are not very helpful. The only thing you are greeted with is inappropriate music. You may not want to bring your children. Though the staff offer very little assistance with helping you find things, they will offer an unsolicited opinion or ask a stupid question, like "You know these two packs of hair aren't the same color, right?" No! Really?! As if she has never seen any other people mix hair colors before! I'm assuming the owners don't offer customer service training, or even observe how their customers are treated.

I was discriminated against for no apparent reason. I did nothing but shop there, regularly. He does have everything that a woman would need in jewelry, cosmetics, wigs and weave products plus some cute footgear and clothing for women. Ms. Lynn Andrews. I am no hater, I like cute stuff. Nevertheless, what happened to me was cause for me to bring legal action against Park's Beauty Supply as I had simply walked in the door at the time of the incident, which I shall not mention, I am still a bit miffed because, it was convenient to go and shop there, and, as I stated earlier, whomever selects the items to sell at the Park's Beauty Supply, has a good eye for what females like to purchase.

I stopped in here to get a pick for my hair and I ended up get some other things now I don't think the owner was there and I must say they had a sign before entering the store stating do not enter without mask no services without wearing a mask 2 women came in and they were allowed to shop without a mask. She asked one lady where her mask at and she said hers was n the car I thought I was just running in and out. Well little do she no that runing in and out could be the death of someone SMH

I was at the register & a mouse was 2 inches away from my feet... Omg my skin is crawling as I write this.. I told the man to knock off the taxes for the incedient and his cheap butt said,oh I'll take care of the mice everything will be ok... It was a baby mice so you know there's a whole family.....

Very bad customer service employee Tonjea Womack boyfriend Jeremy Stewart came in and beat her up she also is known for stealing money out the cash register thats not it Tonjea was spotted behing the counter giving oral sex to the sequrity guard smh what kind of employees do you all have

Park Beauty is a well-stocked, neighborhood beauty supply. On each of my three visits, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, since the pedestrian traffic on 71st Street warranted caution, one of the employees watched to see that I got to my car safely.

I was not satisfied at all. There is a young man that works there that was very disrespectful to the ladies that work there. I won't go there again. I didn't need to hear the bad language he was using. Him not being the owner. Just a worker. So Sad.. …

well they barely have anything in here the one on cottage grove is better they are amazingly have way better stuff for better price and have a lot of thing things people on yt would say you can’t get every where

I love this place it has a nice variety of everything and the prices are very reasonable and a very polite and very helpful 5 stars is what I give them

I underestimated this beauty supply, I thought they weren't going to have the hair that I needed, but they had it, plus much more.

I love this place I go there all the time they have a lot of great selection and I will continue to go there more often00p

My neighborhood beauty store, can walk to it on a Nice dayitems I purchase on a weekly basis.

Not enough hair options for braids but it's an ok spot if you need a rush style.

They was open late and they had everything I needed and the people was friendly
