Showed up early in the morning, for a very early flight, and the desk attendant was sleeping... sitting up at the desk. It was 4 in the morning, so we let it slide, didn't think much of it and didn't say anything. The day we are coming back home, we receive a text message 2 hours before our arrival, asking us to use the link to request our car once we landed... Which is extaclty what we did... we have since got our bags from baggage claim, and have been sitting outside, waiting on this shuttle. Its literally a 7 minute drive from their lot to the terminals... So I called to follow up, after 20 mins pass to make sure the shuttle was coming, the phone rang for a solid minute and a half until the lady from the front desk (same one who was asleep last time, she has a strong accent) answered. I was actually suprised it didn’t go to a voicemail, it had rang so long. She then argued with me that the request was never received and the ticket number hasn't "shown up on her system." Then went on to tell me I was impatient and then told me the shuttle just arrived back with 5 people from the airport.... which wouldn’t be possible. We watched MANY shuttles come and go. Theirs is the only van shuttle, as opposed to a bus, and is the only one that dosent have letter sign on the top of it stating what it’s for, like every single other one we saw tonight... so it was very easy for us to confirm which was ours, when it finally arrived.. so there was a ZERO percent chance of us missing it. It's midnight, I have been traveling all day and it is 40 degrees outside. Please forgive me if I come off a little "impatient" as we are paying for a service we are not even remotely receiving... To top it off, when we get there and the gentleman (who was very kind) that drove the shuttle let us know our keys were in the car. However, the same lady, decided to hold them hostage at the front desk to bring me, and my boyfriend inside, she then continues giving us a hard time and excuses… Telling me I was wrong, then confronted my boyfriend about my attitude and being upset about the customer service we were receiving… Customer service is nothing like it used to be, and this is absolute proof of that. Take my word and pay the little extra and park in economy.... They have had shuttles running every 2 minutes, we watched 8/9 load up while we were waiting, and quickly returning and getting people to their cars.

I will NEVER park here again. EVER. Parking and checking in was easy however it was the return that was terrible. When I had returned I originally clicked on the digital ticket to let them know I was on my way back but after some time I still texted the number on the ticket of the card they had given me. About ten minutes had gone by so I had to text the number again to make sure they had even gotten the message. The second time text told me to wait at pole SIX. I waited and waited and waited and not a single park EZ fly shuttle swung around. This was about 45 minutes. I had called three times, the first two it never rang and the third time it said no one could take my call and then it hung up. I had to reach out to my mother to additionally call to see what was up. The gentlemen on the phone told her to tell me to be at pole ONE. So I waited some more and finally after all said and done it was about an hour when FINALLY someone showed up. I told the driver hey I'm not sure who runs your computers or calls but I was told pole six and I waited there for about 30 minutes. He immediately started to get defensive and argued with me. The whole drive actually he was trying to prove a point rather then hearing what I was trying to explain. When I had gotten to the main office I tried to speak with the young lady at the desk and the driver once again had butted in, gotten defensive and once again argued with me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I highly highly doubted that. He was unprofessional, rude, and anything but friendly. He also tried to claim that it was just the two of them working at that time when my mother had spoken to a different gentlemen on the phone and a lady was answering the phones at the desk and the driver said he doesn't answer the phones, she was in charge of that. I would also like to add that he claims they had been around multiple times but I was watching every single car that passed me by and not one of them was Park EZ fly. I told the man don't you think I would have flagged someone down had I seen the van? I was furious and when I asked for a refund the "manager" said we don't do refunds and literally picked up my suitcase and put it out side of the office and basically kicked me out. He said they could do something next time but nothing was in writing, no coupons were given out. I will never be coming back.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! If this place was the last place I’d still keep looking!! Now, making the reservation wasn’t hard and of course paying for it wasn’t hard either. This was our first family cruise vacation and we are a family of 4 and when you make the reservation they don’t ask you how many are in your party... I mean it’s a freaking parking place, right?! So we don’t have to be at the port till our appointment time which is between 1:30 and 2:00 and we left our home in plenty of time to get there early and we put the address in on our GPS and it kept leading us in the wrong direction. Then we received a call telling us that the driver is waiting on us to get there and that we need to hurry because this is his last shuttle for the day. NOBODY TOLD US WE HAD TO BE THERE AT A CERTAIN TIME!! Then when we finally get there in a rush we all have to get out and hand over my keys as they hurry and take our luggage and throw it in there shuttle bus and the driver smelled like he did not know what deodorant was and wreaked of body odor. As we are being rushed onto the shuttle we are told that we now owe an extra fee of $14 because they are having to take more than just 2 people on the shuttle over to the port?!?!? WTH!?!! You are having to drive over there anyway with the other people on the shuttle , why does it cost more to take 2 teenagers to the same place everybody is going???!!! As I said earlier we never had to tell them how many people were in our party for a reservation of a parking place so it never made sense!!! This is ridiculous!!! Just another way to get more money for no reason! Anyway, so then the driver of the shuttle tells us where to go to be picked up after we are done with the cruise and we get to the destination and we have to wait in the heat for at least an hour for someone to come and pick us up because he said it is after the time of his last shuttle pick up and that he was doing us a favor by picking us up after his last scheduled time of pick ups. I will never or would ever in a million years recommend this service to anyone!

When we arrived at the shuttle service location, there was no one present and the office was locked. when we called the number on the window, the driver said they had just dropped off a load and were on their way back to the parking lot. 20 minutes later, no shuttle. A young man appears out of nowhere. He apparently works for the place. He lets me in and we check our car in. Still no shuttle. My husband asks the guy if there's another way we can get to the airport because we don't want to miss our flight! The guys tells us we can take OUR car and he'll drive it back! WE took our own car to the airport. Upon arriving back, I text the number for pickup and give them our ticket number. I received a text saying we'll be picked up in 15-20 minutes... An hour later!!!!! We're still waiting. We call to find out what the heck is going on because it is now 11pm and the lady at the parking place has the nerve to have an attitude! No apologies, nothing! To add insult to injury, when we finally get on the shuttle, the driver lets us know that this is a private transport and she will need to make an additional stop before getting to the parking spot! What?!? When we get to the spot that has our car, I go inside to pick up my keys. The old lady behind the desk pushes a credit card machine towards me and says I need to pay the rest of my bill! Lady, what are you talking about? I prepaid for all of my service. She goes on to tell me that I extended my stay by 2 days. Not a chance. I had to dig out MY copy of my reservation and show her that my reservation was indeed until the 23rd and not the 21st! She looks at my copy and actually laughs and says that it was the driver's fault!!?? And again, NO apology, no "Pardon me for the misunderstanding, or our incompetence." It is my belief that this is the level at which they function at all times. This was not a one time incidence, they were too comfortable with the level of mediocracy they were operating at. I WILL NEVER use this service again!

Park EZ Fly does what their name says. They make it easy! When I pulled up I was rushed trying to make my flight directly after work. I had never used their service before so I stopped to ask the courteous attendant waiting in the parking lot questions. He asked for name and said I didn't need to do anything else but hand them my keys. They patiently waited while I put some things in my luggage, then they took my luggage out of my car and into the waiting shuttle. And off we went. The shuttle driver even helped me get my large heavy bags thru the airport door. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes! I was extremely pleased with their fast and friendly service. You can't park and shuttle that quickly or easily in the long term parking lot on airport property. However, I did ask them to detail my car. The gave me and price half that of the competition for a detail of an SUV inside & out. The exterior looked great including the tires/ rims. The interior not so good. There was still dirt on the kick boards of the door. My passenger seat (which in all fairness I do use as a coffee table) looked like it had not been touched. There was dust on the radio console and coffee drips on the glove box and middle console. I informed someone that I was not happy with the interior. They came out and wiped it down a bit, but most of those spots are still there as I write. But they were very polite about it, the car does look better than when I left it and they refunded me half of the detail cost. I am quite happy with that level of customer service. It's hard to come by these days. And I will definately use Park EZ Fly again. In fact, I have already recommended them to others.

Had to use parking service due to our failure to plan. Arrived JAX INTL 1000 on a Thursday morning NOT expecting ZERO availability for any airport parking. Had to scramble to arrange service. EZ was close so we chanced it. Smooth getting from EZ to airport. Trouble started upon returning to JAX. On touch down, texted the "request vehicle" button. 1 hour later, standing outside of airport at shuttle 1, watching all the competition services come and go 3 times, thought we better call. Well, phone number on receipt "disconnected or no longer in service." 1888 number, just a recording telling you it's after hours on a Sunday. Starts to look like nobody coming so wife starts arranging Uber. At last second, over 1 hour from sending text, their unmarked van shows up. No feeling like being stranded at the curb figuring out how to drive the 100 mile round trip to recover vehicle from EZ the next day. Small business is one thing but FFS update the office phone number so customers can make sure someone is coming. The lot is less than 2 miles from the airport, we were 1 of 3 customers parked there; why over an hour wait while worrying EZ is closed? Will NOT use EZ again. Competition made 3 rounds in the time we waited and worried.

i tried this place due to having good reviews but im honestly not sure why this place got the good reviews it did, unless they paid people to leave the reviews. but as of 1-28-16 this is my opinion. i checked out online with self-park option. paid more for it even. but when i got there i was told that wasnt an option. i did not want or need valet service i am capable of parking my car and after seeing the horrible condition of the parking lot and the beat-down single-wide trailer they use for an office. i actually left and went to a different nearby parking place. The lot looks like something out of a zombie movie. but besides that, the fact they force you to have them do their valet parking only with no option to self park was a 100% turn off. so just keep that in mind and also keep in mind there are a dozen different places right there to pay to park with shuttles that are in 100 times better condition and arent a beat down junk yard looking establishment for same price or cheaper even. go somewhere else and in this particular case you cannot go by the majority of the reviews here.

This place is so bad that google should remove it from the search results or at least put it at the bottom of the search results. When it was time for pickup, they took well over 45 minutes to arrive. All the other park and ride buses were swinging by every 5 minutes. At one point one of the drivers from another service company opened the door and asked, “Park EZ?” To which I replied in the affirmative and he said, "that’s what Park EZ does, they leave their customers waiting and waiting." When the driver of Park EZ finally arrived, he lied and said that he had been there the entire time. When I arrived at the station, my car hadn’t even been pulled out, and the attendant said it was because my car was a stick shift and no one there knew how to drive stick and so I had to walk back into the parking lot and pull my own car out. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau or some other agency for their unprofessional and sketchy business practices.

worst experience I have had with this company...Different group of employees than what im use to seeing... arrived to this establishment the vibe was very awkward. look like illegal activity was going on but who im i to say..Didnt say much about it just handled my business got dropped off to the airport.. Returned... requested pick up after picking up bags..as told to do so on card.. no response after 15 mins.. started calling after seeing several other shuttles pick up and drop off 3 to 4 times..called 10x just to finally have someone tell me there line was acting up...no to mention the other 3 customers that had been waiting..which i feel like was a lie...driver finally comes after 30 mins..no apologies no nothing but seat laid all the way back like they were having a smoke out session..smh these ppl has to be a freaking joke.. I will never do business with this company again.

NEVER using this place again, our car wasn’t ready for pick up and took them forever picking you up from the airport. Also, when I come to pickup my car, Very rude lady was at front desk , her attitude is horrible and she is the last person that needs to work in customer service. The way she talks to customers and the staff is awful. We were first me & wifey bud she refused help us, she didn’t say anything, just looked at us and she ask step to the side and whoever is next I’ll help you, Than all the sadden she ran outside didn’t even say anything, everybody in the room were confused what’s happening over here.. We all went outside and lady walking to the dirty gravel parking lot in front of us … She brought brought our car forward slammed the door didn’t say anything and grumpy mood walk away .. Driver was piest off mode mood as well

Great experience, first time used EZ Fly parking, we park there a week, when we received ticket and they said need to text them message and ticket number to pick up at airport, we little bit nervous, because another airport parking bus shuttle run around all the time, we just wait they come and get in, but this one we need to text for them come to pick up, but after a week out of town, after we pick up our luggages at 11:00 PM, we text to them and they respond my message right away, after 5 mins shuttle come to pick up only us, when we arrived parking spot, my vehicle already park up front office, driver unload our luggages and we put to our vehicle and ready to go home, don't need to wait or go find vehicle, we feeling we are VIP. parking lot price cheaper than another too.

First time parked here as we live in Gainesville. Is very easy to find the place, not a big fancy office, but seems to be very organized. Left my car right in front of the office while checking in. When I came out, the shuttle driver has already helped my daughter to load our luggage to the shuttle. The day before our return received an email providing a link for us to request the shuttle on arrival. Also the phone number they provided for "Pick Up" can also be text to them. The shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and our car was waiting for us in the front. The driver (we have the same driver both way) is very friendly and courteous and he help us to load the luggage to our car as well. Will definitely use them again should we fly out of Jacksonville next time.

I had a very good experience here parking for JAX airport. After parking the car at the lot and being dropped off at the airport, our party realized we had left a piece of luggage in the car! I quickly took an Uber car back to the lot, and on the way there I called and spoke to the rep. She said the car was parked but would get the luggage. As I pulled up, she was walking up from the back lot with my luggage in hand. What great service! Upon returning back from our trip, I texted the number to the folks as indicated on the stub. About 5 minutes later the shuttle arrived, and a few minutes later I arrived back at the place with my car sitting out front ready to go. I am planning on using this service again.

The lady that greeted us tried to swindle us for more money. I showed her the receipt and she had a hard time accepting that we paid online. She asked me for a different receipt staying that there were more fees. I showed her that there are airport fees charged. Finally she accepted that we paid through travel car but made us late getting to the airport and making it flight by mere seconds. It took 30 mins to get to the truck parked and then shuttle to the airport. When we returned they tried to give me the wrong vehicle. I had to climb through the passengers side to get in the drivers seat because they parked another vehicle so close to mine. Never again.

the GOOD- employees are friendly, nice and get the job done. Pickup occurred within the 10-15 minute window that was promised. the BAD- I was quoted and charged for COVERED parking. This did not happen. Front desk employee told me covered spaces very limited. Fine, if it is going to be uncovered parking, tell me and dont charge me EXTRA for covered parking. Bait and switch. My car was covered in dirt. Not dust, dirt. Looking at the facility and equipment (van used for transportation), we got the feeling owner only interested in taking as much cash out of business as they can. Overpromised, under delivered. Won't use them again.

Yeah my f350 was in 4x4 low with the hubs locked on the pavement which destroys the transmission. So not only was my truck unlocked sitting by the entrance while I was away on business but... they were using my 75,000 truck to pull out the cars that got suck on their muddy lot. And to add the cherry on the cake they charged me a extra full day for 3 hours of parking. If you have a nice car or truck don’t leave it with foreigners because you won’t know what condition it will be when you get back or what the hell they did with it when you were gone. Missing 1/16 of a tank of Diesel

Had a little glitch with online pricing and upon arrival pricing. Was not fun at all. But sent email after my return and was told I'd get my overcharge refunded. Yes the busy is an old thing but fine enough to get us there. And quick response picking us up. Another glitch... The pick up area only has one bench and I am disabled, so good thing that I have a very loud high pitched whistle, because the driver was going to simply drive right by me by riding around all the other buses that were in front of him. As for the price vs below average service, I will use them again.

Never again! Most poorly run car parking place I've ever experienced in 50 yrs of traveling. Poorly staffed, poorly run. Couldn't even get into the lot they were so backed up with cars that hadn't been parked. Waited half an hour for shuttle pick up on return when Wally World, USA Airport Parking, and others had multiple shuttles coming and going while we waited. Car was not brought up to the front when we arrived at car park. It took another 15-20 min of waiting for car.

Very disappointed- I dropped my car off with no damage, but when I picked up my car there was a large dent in the front. They said they would contact me after reviewing footage. I have tried to call back and nobody is helping me get this sorted out. Definitely do not park your car here, because there is no accountability on their end if they damage your car too. :( This photo was taken at the lot the day I picked it up and you can see the damage done to the front.

I would give these guys ZERO STARS if I could. Management changed in March and the place is now a dump. You prepay for parking. I returned a day early and learned there was not a refund for the day I wouldn't use. Supposedly it's because I reserved the space. That's hard to believe given parking is an unmarked field. The drivers are courteous though the vans are in terrible shape. The place has gone downhill and isn't worth the cheap parking.

Bad customer service, price change, not secure, it's a dump... I booked my parking reservation online, when I got to the lot on the day of travel the girl behind the desk told me she has to charge me more because I was driving a van, my van is not oversized and does not require any more room than a SUV. I ended up parking at the airport lot for the same price. What an inconvenience and waste of time. Very rude service, DO NOT park here.

We arrived at the facility to find that it was closed, and the adjacent car parking company had no idea where the facility was. I phoned Park EZ Fly from the airport--they confirmed that they had moved, but that no sign had been put up yet. They agreed to a refund. After I returned from my trip, I phoned twice, and the manager was "in a meeting." I have yet to get confirmation of the refund. I would never use this company again.

Everything went decently smooth up until the time we got into our car and left. That’s when I noticed that items moved around and were missing from where we intentionally left them, meaning they rummaged through the car. Quite upset actually that these items have gone missing considering they were placed away and out of sight. Choose this place at your own risk. You’re leaving everything in their possession while you’re away.

I have used them several times in the past will make them my number one place to park, whenever I have issues they help me to resolve them quickly so that I could make it to the airport or wherever I may have to go in the area. Sometimes I have to just pick up my rental car and go but no matter what time I call there are always polite and nice, enjoy the service, and the people who run it are very professional!

First, they deserve 0 stars! Bad experience, I paid for covered parking but when I got there, realized that they don't have any so, I stated this and the person at the front desk told me that my car was going to be taken to the garage. When I returned and picked up my car, was totally wet and with sign been under the rain. This place looks nasty and dirty. I will never use this place again, BE CAREFUL!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE, When I arrived, they had no record of my reservation. Took several attempts to locate my information. When we returned it took over 40 mins to pick us up. When we were given our car, it had been damaged by someone. I have called and left messages but no one will return my call. I checked the FL Sec of State website and the company registration has expired! BEWARE do NOT use this service.

We parked here on Jan. 17 thru 20, 2021. We had an excellent experience. No problems booking online and using a coupon. When we arrived, he confirmed our reservation and took us to the airport. Upon returning, I texted, per the instructions he gave us on our ticket. We were met within minutes at airport. He had our car waiting on us. The best was the resident cat that seems to own the place.

I flew out of Jax for a week and parked the surf van home with them. I couldn't of been happier with the level of respect they showed me and my property. When I flew in, I texted the card I was given and moments later I was in the van. I think the entire process from landing to being in my vehicle was around twenty minutes. And they put air in my tire. They provided stellar customer service.

Great service. We left our car here for three weeks and everything was up to our expectations. The lady was polite and helpful. The car is in the good condition. Had no issues with shuttles (called almost right after we got out of the plane and the driver arrived right when we were exiting the airport). It's our second time leaving a car with this business and we'll use it again.

I am NEVER using this place again. They take forever picking you up from the airport. Also, when I come to pickup my car, the battery is dead. It was a brand new battery! Do you think they apologized? Ha! Then when they jumped started car, the alarm was going off,--that's why it died! Rude, nasty, disrespectful...never again. Oh, and I've yet to receive an apology.

Best airport parking experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, front desk was incredibly friendly. Shuttle was promt and dropped me off right at the terminal. When I got back from my trip, Shuttle was waiting and my car had already been pulled up when the shuttle dropped me off at the lot. The gentleman driving the Shuttle was very friendly, funny and helpful.

We used EZ PARK, jacksonville, Fl . Drop off was fine. Pickup was awful!!! We waited 45 minutes after calling for pickup. Bus was RAGGEDY! Uncomfortable!! Driver dropped people off At 3 hotels before taking us to the lot. This is a case if the “cheap coming out expensive”!! I will us WALLY PARK the next time like i usually do!! Never use them again.

Called for pickup from Jacksonville airport, lady answered quickly and said they would be there in five minutes. It took 11 minutes. Everyone else had already been picked up by the time the van arrived. Other pickup Vans had come twice for some companies. Car was ready when we got to the lot and driver was curious and quick once he arrived.

If I could give no stars they would get that, very unprofessional and slightly shady. I parked and picked up my own car and for some reason my car was moved while it was in there parking space. Call to get picked up from the airport and they took 20 mins to get me and hung the phone up on me when I called back to see where the driver was.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are located 30 minutes away, I called 30 minutes before I needed the ride, they were over a hour late!!!!!! The driver was non apologetic, rude, ugly, and smelled like poop! I would NEVER call them! Use your money for another service that will actually take care of you. WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!

When I picked up my Car after 2.5 weeks it was coated with mud and sand. The attendant was unapologetic and said it was because it was parked in a dirt lot. I had spend $$ to clean the mud off. I have parked at other dirt parking lots but never had this issue. Very disappointed with the experience I will never park here again.

I can't believe I received such fabulous service for very little cost. The staff was very friendly and there was no waiting. I forgot to leave my keys in the car. I felt sooo bad. The driver patiently returned to the airport and kindly reassured me that I was not the first one to do that! Highly recommend them.

Lisa is very rude, her attitude is horrible and she is the last person that needs to work in customer service. The way she talks to customers and the staff is awful. We made our reservation online as we were practically pulling into the lot. When I got into their office they had the reservation! The gentlemen was polite, attentive and thorough. Our return flight was 7 hours late. They were there for us. The driver was a proud Vietnam Vet and so polite. Five stars.

Terrible service. Took me over 45 minutes to get in the van that was over packed and used two back seats that were they blocked with baggage making egress in the event of an emergency unlikely. Never use this service. I could have walked to the terminal faster and actually made my plane.

I personally had a great experience. I was a little wary due to all the negative reviews. But I called ahead and let them know I was on my way and the bus was there within 10 minutes to take me to the airport. The driver was nice and my car was in the same condition that I left it.

Excellent place to park. Easy to find at get to from I-95. Great rates. Excellent service to and from the cruise terminal. They park your car for you and have it out front waiting on you when you return. Don't let the looks of the place fool you. Very nice and courteous people.

This place is a joke, run by horrible people. I booked a reservation and when I showed up they told me the lot was FULL. You’re better off giving your keys to a crackhead and having him text you the location of your car. You will likely have better success. Good luck.

Horrible service, long wait. We had to wait 1 hour to get a ride to the cruise ship port and they stopped to get gas on the way there. They only have 1 van and it was totally packed enough that I had to wait for 2 hours. Do not go here. Avoid if at all possible.

Had a paid reservation and was told no spots available. The person at EZ referred me to some backend service they use to book reservations. So my problem, not theirs?! Thank goodness USa Park next door still had space. I’ll go to USA Park directly next time.

Booked online. Only issue, locating the business; address led to vacant lot. competitor told me where they were located now. Shuttle came immediately, driver had been with them for years. Shuttle was waiting on me when I flew home, car ready to go. Thanks

Horrible! The driver stole my 14-year-old son's backpack after he accidently left it on the van. We came back 10 minutes later and he claimed he never saw it. They hire transients from a hotel nearby and they are thieves. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

These place is nothing but a bunch of thieves. We couldnt catch our flight back on time and call them with enough time to extend our reservation they told us no need for that... when we picked it up they were charging us late fee for each day

Horrible. Didn't answer their phone. Wife been waiting at airport over an hour. Had pre-paid. Called Police for assistance!!! Another vendor brought my wife to get her car. They said phone working but was not ...always got answering machine.

I had a very positive experience and will definitely use them again. Their location was easy to find by JAX airport, driver was was prompt, pleasant, and can lift heavy bags. Upon return, your vehicle was waiting for you at the exit!!!!

Could not get anyone to pick up the phone when arriving back home and needing transport back to my car. All lines were out of service Car developed a mechanical problem after being in their care for five days. Sketchy establishment.

Do not use this place. Pay the extra money and park elsewhere. I had things stolen out of my car. When I reported it they basically blamed me. This place is a joke. It looks like a empty construction sight they park cars on.

Easy checking. Terrible checkout. Pickup time way too long waiting compare to few other shuttles arround , 3 times over !!. Was charged late fees for 1 hour delay of flight. Unbelievable !!! First & last for us. Shame.

Don't let the looks fool you. If you want the cheapest parking, this is it. Quick, easy, shuttles to airport and cruise port. No issues here. Yeah it's a dingy trailer on a dirt lot, but who cares? It's just parking.

Will not use again. Took 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Called with no answer. Then when I finally arrived at the lot. I found my keys sitting on the desk and a sign saying be back in 10 minutes.

We arrive to Park EZ Fly checked in our vehicle boarded the van and off to the airport. We call when we arrived and the driver was picking someone else up. Service was great, prices great, will use them again.

Absolutely terrible service. Made us wait for 2 hours after we got off the ship. Manager did not care what so ever and continued to tell us they would be there in 5 minutes, and it was another hour later.

This place is a scam !!!! They told you it is $4.99 per day when you check in but when you check out there are many extra fees. I Pretty sure is a scam and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal.

There are parking and transportation to Port service, they did what they were supposed to do , kept our vehicle safe and were there any reasonable time to pick us up from the port.

Waited over 20 minutes for ride back to lot. Driver on his cell phone the whole ride back. Small cramped van where you had to crawl over seats. Not worth saving a dollar.

This is economy parking. Cars are outside on a dirt lot. The shuttle is older and runs when someone calls. The prices are the lowest around, so you get what you pay for.
