This laundromat has a new owner John. He is an amazing guy. He is very much a people person. He helps you bring in your laundry when you have a bunch to do. He even advises how to do it the cheapest way. He offers several services drop off, load and go delivery. He will even send a text to you when your load is done washing. He worked in oil industry. So he understands about the lack of time. The work gear you use and he does what he can to help. He allows me to bring my well trained tiny dog in so I dont have to be alone while I do my clothes. This is the best place to do your laundry. Come in and do your laundry here even if you have machines at home just to visit with John.

Ever since the new owner took over, the atmosphere of the place had become very refreshing: music is great (energetic and chic, but not too loud), store colors are fresh, it’s always clean, and the new owner is always friendly, accommodating, and ready to help out! They have various services with very good prices including drop-off laundry, dry cleaning, mattress cleaning and work/sports shoe cleaning which makes it a one stop shop for all my laundry needs. I used to dislike going to the dry cleaners because prices are usually exorbitant, but here, everything is super affordable!

Its ok, its small and tucked away .....to wash double is 3 dollars, the washers are small so it can add up. The owner is friendly and the dryers are takes quarters...some are hard to start and could use maintenance but there is an attendant to help you. They also have a drop off service....and free wifi. A wash takes about 25 minutes. There is a value village next door so you don't have to sit there. Also there are few chairs so shopping nearby while you wait is helpful

I am here right now. It is my first time using landromat, so I will be comparing it to laundry facilities in my apartment building. The machines here are older and moldier but there is quite a lot to choose from. I am using the newest ones. They are bigger and can handle twice as bigger load than the one in my apartment building. The cost IS pricey: $4.50 per load for washing, and &25 cents for 6 min of drying. Overall, I like the experience and will be coming back.

Don't let the location deter you, this laundromat is great. A variety of washer and dryer sizes, laundry drop-off for 1.20/lb and it comes back looking like it was folded by a machine, pristine and fast drycleaning. The owner is so lovely and helpful, keeps the space nice and clean, he will watch your stuff while you poke around Value Village or Dollarama and text a reminder about pickup! It's obvious that he really cares.

I am officially never doing my own laundry again at $1/lb for drop off laundry with my 60+ pairs of socks all folded is the best deal one could ever ask for. The owner is super friendly and if you need the laundry done with drop off that day he will get it done so long as he has the time available. 100% recommend this places services and will personally only use this place for the foreseeable future.

If you need to find a great laundromat, with excellent service, Park Plaza is the one! I often have oversize laundry (blankets, work towels, work clothes) that I need to drop off, and pick up later, and James always looks after my needs with excellence. This laundromat has every size washer/dryer that you could ever need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You don't go into a laundromat expecting to be delighted, but that's what will happen when you come here. John hones right in on serving the customer, offering solutions and options to make life easier. I love that I can pay by credit card. I so appreciate his warm and friendly nature, and wouldn't go anywhere else if I can help it!

Came in to dry my duvet cover, and was told I was not allowed since I didnt wash it there... There were multiple broken dryers and I was told that my duvet might put one of the few other working machines "off centre". If it weren't minus 20 out I'd just hang dry it like normal, but im off to another laundromat instead.

I've used laundromat's before... but today was the absolute most amazing experience I have ever had. Even if I used John's drop off service. He was so friendly helped me carry my clothes both in and outta his shop! The price couldn't be beat. JOHN THANK YOU for making my day so delightful and much easier !!!

Fantastic service. John is friendly and exceptionally helpful. Everything is folded after being washed thoroughly, and the care put into the task is evident. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you don't have ensuite laundry, and you want to feel cared about, this is 100% your best option in the neighbourhood.

The man working at the counter was very helpful and anticipated our needs. He helped us figure out how to use some of the settings as my friend and I aren't familiar with laundromats. The laundry machines were clean and well maintained, as was the interior. Overall a great experience for a laundromat.

Very clean and exceeding well run coin laundry. Washers mostly new and dryers mostly older but all very clean. The owner John is super considerate and helpful and makes the whole experience of doing laundry almost worthwhile. Highly recommended

I’ve used the drop off wash and fold service a few times, and the service is amazing! Items come back crisp, clean, and beautifully folded (like, super nicely folded, I was blown away!) Highly recommend!
