Witnessed a parking attendant try to park horribly into one of the bay. Heard a scraping sound and turned to look. The wheel rim of the car touched right onto the rail of the lift. Very minor probably go unnoticed if anything. When he heard it he backed out and tried to readjust. This time he pulled in, the wheel was on the rail like you slightly jumped into a low curb and he turned to straighten out and you could hear the metal on metal for 2-3 seconds. With still 2-3 feet of car to pull up into the lift he ignored other sounds. Dude just kept going the few inches of bad alignment while the rims squeaked into place. I can’t speak for other lots but after seeing this I can’t recommend this spot on merit. I can only recommend you dashcam car check your rims for scuffs too if you leaving your car here.

DO NOT PARK HERE!! We came to park here as instructed from the Off Soho Suites Hotel (really great experience at the hotel) but you’re supposed to get a discount at the parking lot if you are a hotel guest. A stamp is required from the hotel at check out for the discount but the person at the parking lot refused to give it to us even with proof of the hotel stay AND the stamp was on the parking ticket but he claimed he “couldn’t see it” and literally pointed at the stamp LOL They were incredibly rude!! Not to mention we are paying USD and converting to CAD… $$$$. $58 USD = $76 CAD for LESS than 24 hours of parking. It was 19 hours to be exact! :)

Came to pick up the car, it was in the first row right by the booth. Kids were tired so they climbed inside to get a drink and a snack while I turned around to pay. Next thing I hear is the car driving off into the street. As I’m running after the car I realize it’s a another parking attendant with my valet key who I haven’t seen before and not someone who highjacks the car and two small children. He was unable to provide a clear reason why he would get in a car, start it and drive into the street with two shocked children who weren’t even strapped into their car seats, without saying a word to me. Zero regard or common sense.....

Very convenient location. Great for downtown events. Park here for Little Italy or Chinatown visit. There are tons of great restaurants near by. It is very close to Broadway shoppings too. Spring Street and Mulberry St are great for shopping also.

I parked Here and they tried to over charge me for my vehicle . The employees were rude and dismissal when you ask questions . I called The number listed to speak with a supervisor but instead you get a run around . I will never park here

Had 200+ cash stolen out of several compartments in my car. The attendants went through every closed compartment in my car and cleaned out just my cash! When I confronted them, they told me "you have no way to prove there was cash in

Not bad in terms of busy parking lots. Hydraulic stacks four cars tall (maybe more). The attendant is helpful. Pricing is fair given the hassle of streetside parking in this area.

Went to park my car and my windows was down and when I came back it was up. Also he was rude and the next people do park their car, he was being rude to them.

It is open / sitting in busy area / traffic is good / close to food shop / restaurant / liquor license business area / is also tourist attraction.

I bought parking from 10am till 1pm. At 10am computer was still showing 9:59,so had to wait untill their computer would turn to 10am.

Staff was very helpful, and friendly. They had our car ready at tge time we saud we woukd be back. I highly recommend them.

Not very kind or helpful. I forgot something in my car and they wouldn’t let me have access to it until the end of the day.

Operators don't know how to use Tesla key. Threatened to charge me $75 for their ignorance. No courtesy at all.
