Emailed to dispute a ticket in which owner was at fault and they were very rude. I stated all my evidence and was even attempting to remedy the situation but owner would not accept that. Saying they "can't waive ticket fee", as if some legal obligation is stopping them from doing so. Does not like to take any responsibility and even when a good faith effort is made and an honest mistake, will say it is your fault. Really loved the 1 star customer service I received.

I've parked here sooo many times over the past 4 years. It's pretty much the only lot I ever park in when I'm downtown. Cheap, easy to get to everything, never had an issue with my car or parking meters. I don't leave anything at all in my car because I'm not asking for it to get broken into. I've recommended this lot to a bunch of people as well. It's not a monitored, gated garage so just be smart.

The people leaving bad reviews either have poor time management skills or can't follow simple directions.. It's a standard parking lot. Same as any other. Not that complicated. Lol
Do NOT park here- this place is a scam. They set the parking up (without notice to the user) such that your parking expires in middle of the night and then charge you 5x what the advertised “maximum rate” is. Should be illegal.
DO NOT PARK HERE! I parked on this location and got my car broken into, when i called the parking company they say that there is nothing they can do. This location is not safe!
Not great the way they set up their times. Definitely could be better. At least provide a 24hr option that does not reset first thing in the morning.
Big lot, it had parking. Exactly what I needed at the moment.
