Best place for a fun party! You can choose the alley, 10 pin, 5 pin, and for the toddlers 5 pin with rails. No frustration service from beginning to the end. They set you up in the system by name and the monitor prompts you to play, so no knowledge of scoring is required! They have a separate room for food, pizzas were good and fun for kids. FYI... No alcohol permitted which makes it safe from the rowdy bunch. Prep area adjacent made service and seating easy. The washrooms were all clean. Seating in lounge areas and bowl areas were very comfortable. There are also black light nights on weekends after 8pm where everything glows in the dark! We were fortunate on our day off to have the place to ourselves for a little black light fun! Thank you to Karen who was so attentive which made for a memorable birthday party and all round fun celebration! We'll definitely be back for some more fun with friends and family. The kids have so much fun here!

Yesterday we went to Parkway Bowl with a group of 17 people and we all had a great time! The place is clean, good ventilation, nice vibe, decent food and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!!! It started when I called to book…and it’s been years since I bowled, so I didn’t know how things were done. Karen who is a beautiful soul, kind, funny and very well organized answered all my questions and provide me with additional info. I called to put in the order for food and Gary, who is the manager, was really nice. He didn’t try to rush me off the phone…instead he took the time to help me sort out our food situation. Then there’s Mike and Sanu who were very patient with our group while we figured things out and we kept asking them question:) We already plan on coming back in the new year. Excellent customer service by all…but Karen…she went the extra mile to ensure our group was very well taken care of. Thank you Karen and the crew!

I hadn’t been here in years but I was surprised that it’s much nicer than how I remember it back in the day as it must’ve had a renovation at some point. The place was fairly clean which was nice and had about 25 lanes to play on. Most were 5 pin from what I saw but I think they had a few 10 pin lanes as well. The prices were fair at about $30 per game for 4 people with shoes included so not a bad deal overall. They had a Snackbar inside as well with a few drink and food options that we didn’t try as we were going out for dinner after but I’ll report back next time when we try it out. They also had the gutter bumpers for the kids as well. Overall we had a nice time and it’s a really good place to bring young kids to get them out of the house and have some fun so I know we will return again one day as it’s close to home and we had an enjoyable time here

We booked a birthday party with party room for my daughter and about 14 children. The party room was well decorated by the staff with balloons, tablecloth and banner. Tables and chairs were all set up when we arrived. Karen and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Cutlery and plates were provided by the staff. We chose pizza for the kids and they served the slices on plates. They also had a knife for a cake we had brought. (FYI: there is a Marbleslab creamery on the main level, that sells ice cream cakes) Karen made sure we had a great time and even provided us with an extra lane for bowling so the kids could bowl more. Everyone had a excellent time bowling. Thank you Parkway Bowl for a memorable birthday party.

Old school bowling place that reminded me of bowling alleys of the 70's. Still had an electronic score keeper but the pins were hanging by strings which only malfunctioned once. Staff were nice and helpful in fixing the string problem. Super cheap date, only $30 for a couple to play 2 games with show rental. Balls were a little dirty as hands were dirty after finishing. Didn't get to try the food. Shoes actually fit and were decent condition. Has both 5 and 10 pin bowling. In the basement of the mall, use the stairs or elevator across from the Marble Slab. Overall: Cheap bowling, not fancy but has the essentials.

Had an awesome experience with my folks!’ They offer a great price, service and most importantly less waiting time. The lanes are small and mostly are for kids but for beginners I strongly recommend. There’s a network problem and the signals wont appear down there but one can connect the free wifi. The customer service was really great as they were constantly hustling to provide the best possible service. As I have noticed customers usually didn’t give the tips to the employees working very hard, I request to give some of the tips to them and bring the happiness to their family.

This alley is for kids parties and for those who just want to have some very casual fun. I would not come here if you are looking to actually bowl. There are only a few 10 pin lanes, the balls and equipment are dated (80s), sensors do not work and the pins get tangled as the machines still use strings. The balls are incredibly old and dirty. The staff are very nice and accommodating and they serve you well with what's available to them. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to play seriously but it can be a good place to host kids birthday parties.

Pretty Old bowling alley!! everything was electronic .. screen, and the buttons and the pins weRe attached to a string. The pins got stuck at every turn. sometimes it will pick up the pins that we hit too… so the scores are not correct.. we took 2 lanes and it happened in both lanes.. !! a revamp is much needed. they have around 10 lanes… no crowd at the time we went.. i guess this alley is mostly used as a bowling school !! the balls are also pretty old and unevenly sized! Customer service is good.. they were there to help at every turn..

It was a fun experience.... BUT prepare to have very black fingers and hands from using those bowling balls. Food options are less than desirable if you don't eat cheap junk food... I would advise many to eat prior or afterwards. Keep in mind how dirty your fingers are from being in those ancient balls that can use some deep cleaning, I watch in horror as people eat in-between turns. You might have some technical issues with pins occasionally, but they do their best to assist you each time, I'll have to say.

Not a bad place. Mostly 5 pin, loaded with kids and parties on weekends. Very loud and hectic. We booked two games, wanted a third, were told to switch to a new lane, which was already in use. No 10 pin was available until after 7pm. Bit dated decor, but the staff (mostly teenagers) were nice and friendly. The little bar and food service was a nice touch, cheap too. All in all a fun place, but geared mostly towards kids during the day. I'll try a night visit next time.

Great prices, fun night out with the kids. Be warned there are alot of leagues there so lanes are limited and we were only able to play one lane for and hour and then had to switch lanes. Not a huge deal but I would suggest maybe calling before hand or try to book a lane before you arrive. They have a little bar, snacks and food. Cute little place, still looks old school. Very nostalgic.

The attendants are great. However the bowling aisle is the worst. We were on the aisle number 1. It didn't recognize strikes, neither spares.dont try to bring your bowling ball, because it looks like their system will break it. The pins are reset by string, which is even more annoying. Anyway. Just come if you wanna have a fun time with your friends and forget a competitive bowling.

Excellent bowling alley! Held a group event for individuals with special needs here- the staff was super accommodating and helpful. Karen, in particular, and the rest of the staff who helped with the shoes, were amazing. Would come back here to bowl for an event or even for leisure :) Gary the manager was also very helpful in helping arrange the event. Thank you!

Why the heck is there so many kids bowling lanes? And why is it full sized but with tiny balls and 5 tiny pins? It's so weird. I love it. Only a few adult lanes and the score system is screwed up. Several times we had strikes only to see corner pins return and us not getting a strike sometimes. The shoes look as old as the mall toys bowling alley is in

This place is long past it’s prime (if it ever had one). The newer staff are decent and offer good service but some of them absolutely do not care. The bowling shoes that they provide look like that have been in use since the day they opened. They are filthy and disgusting and belong in a dumpster. Definitely not worth coming back to.

I went to Parkway Mall for a grocery and found that there is a bowling area inside the mall. I knew my friends love bowling so got a photo of it. And maybe others might get interested too. I scored it 4/5 eventhough I haven't tried playing there. But I guess, it deserves a high rate considering its location and accessibility.

Was really busy, as expected of a Saturday night. Has options for 10 or 5-pin bowling at good prices, would recommend booking atleast half a day ahead for a 10-pin bowling lane as they are quite popular in the area. Overall a good experience except for the old and worn down bowling shoes that were available for rental.

It was really good experience here. This place is more off community based. They have many loyal customers and it is great to spend a quality time with senior players over there. We are vegetarian so we had Grilled Cheese sandwich and French fries. Totally recommend place and food. I aced the chart yaayyy …

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my daughter's first time bowling and she really enjoyed herself. All covid protocols were followed and hand sanitizer was available everywhere. Staff was seen disinfecting surfaces immediately when other patrons were done bowling. We will definitely go back soon.

We had a great experience because the manager and staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had 8 children and 11 adults to celebrate our granddaughters' birthdays. We were happy with the "retro" ambience and the welcoming and helpful support. Bowling alley food was top notch! Highly recommend.

They open at 6 pm on Fridays. We went bowling with another couple and had lots of fun. The place filled up quite quickly, and everyone seemed to have fun. It's located inside the mall, in the basement, so be prepared to go up and down a steep staircase. The place is basic and well maintained.

We had our daughters 8th birthday at Parkway Bowl and had a very pleasant experience. The kids had a great time and the staff was so attentive and helpful, making sure we had all we needed and the party stayed on track. Thank you Karen and team for helping us host a great party with you!

The place was clean and the staff were attentive. We had the 510 lane (not sure if this how it's called) and was okay. You need to be precise to hit more pins, otherwise the ball will pass through the space in between pins and you'll miss.

*** Not Recommended *** Equipment is pretty old. The lane is always stuck and the customer service is not good neither. With low quality equipment and poorly maintained facilities, the price is a bit too high.

My girls had a great time. I just wish the prices were a bit better. We went when it was absolutely dead on a weekday after school.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice place, nice clientele. Wry reasonable prices. Felt very comfortable taking children there.

As far as 5 pin bowling goes it was A1. These dudes take their job seriously. Very helpful crew, put up the bumpers mid-game.

We enjoyed the experience here, especially the kids. I hope there are more lanes with big bowling balls.

The place is very dated but the staff and location is excellent.
