Parramatta Dental Surgery has it all. Skillful dentist and superb customer service. Dr. Matthew is skillful, patient informative and has all the traits you want your dentist to have. He patiently explained to me my case and what my options were. During my molar extraction, he talked me throughout the procedure. He made it feel like it was a teamwork, never condescending. Vicky is customer service personified. When she said " I will call you back" she did and got me an appointment in just a short notice. She makes me feel like I am always welcome. ... and oh, it was the first time I received a call from a dental clinic after post dental work to see how I was going, courtesy of Dr. Matthew and Vicky. Our family had been going to this surgery since we were young, I was attending there but due to circumstances, I had not been for 4 years. Today I went back, because I needed work done, I squeezed the foamy tooth toy, I don't like dentists BUT these guys are considerate, caring and proficient at what they do.Thank you for the gently ways of dentistry that help me feel comfortable, safe and satisfied at the end of the appointment / treatment. I'm 35 and first saw Mo (Dr Moheb Farag) 3 years ago while I was crying and shaking on the street (yes... 32 balling my eyes out PETRIFIED) after over 20 years of fearful experiences from numerous dentists! Mo is the ONLY dentist I would ever recommend in a heartbeat without hesitation and the only one I have ever willingly gone back to over and over again. If you knew me you'd know this is something almost unbelievable to hear Mo explained everything from cause and pain levels to prevention and ongoing care and he was spot on every step of the way... My daughter needs braces and Mo recommended so many great, affordable and reputable specialists and options which I would never second guess. Recommended 100%

I am ever so thankful for the genuine people at this surgery who cared about my dental needs during these difficult times with COVID-19 restrictions. Dr M monitored my mobile messages and replied prompty and even very late at night we where messaging the issues, he was willing to assist anytime I needed help. Well my tooth didn't settle down and he opened the practice to treat my very painful tooth which was a blessing to me as I couldn't even drink water. It was cute to see Moh trying to do the admin tasks, x-rays etc on his own and I must say he handle it all very well but I am sure he was missing the team. Thank you for your compassion and service in these challenging times. Appreciate it very much.

Parramatta Dental Surgery was recommended to us by a friend. I must say that I am very impressed with the quality of the service I and my wife received. We both have had crown procedures, cavity fillings and regular checkups. Dr. Moheeb always gave us a brief of what needs to be done in no rush. He was quiet professional, friendly and swift and takes customer satisfaction and the quality of his work as his highest priority. I have been attending this surgery for 27 years, terrified of anything to do with my teeth from a childhood dentist who traumatised me. I was lucky to have Greg and now Mo, my teeth are never easy and have had difficult crown work, root canal, gum issues, and a broken tooth removed. Not only is the treatment amazing but you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off! I travel a fair distance with my now grown children to attend this dental practice as I don’t want to change dentists. The staff are so welcoming and professional and I appreciate all they do. If the thought of going to the Dentist makes you nervous this is the only place to go. Friendly pleasant staff, nice clean facility and possibly the best Dentist in Sydney! Dr Mo is super friendly, professional and immediately puts you at ease. I recall my first visit years ago, not one but a double wisdom teeth extraction. Heard many horror stories leading up to it and expected the worst. Felt like I was in the chair for only 5 mins when he announced the procedure was over. I insisted on seeing the teeth as I was in disbelief! Did such a good job that I went to work the very same day. Since then I've never considered going anywhere else!

From the moment you arrive at Parramatta Dental Surgery you are greeted by Vicky who is so lovely and patient! Dr Moe has a warm and inviting nature that keeps me coming back. I also feel like he explains everything in detail about what he feels is the best step forward with the treatments and what he recommends. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I visited this clinic and had some fillings done by Dr. Moheb. He was able to fit me in last minute just before I had to fly out of the country which was very kind of him. The experience itself was great and I totally recommend this place. Not only did he do a good job but it was also educational as he clearly explained to me what needed to be done and then afterwards what he had done. (Showed me some photos of before and after!!) 5*!!

Visited Parramatta Dental because of the reputation it had among others I know. The reception was friendly and efficient, the premises bright and breezy and Mo treated me like a brother. His dental assistant was on the ball and unobtrusive, having great regard for my gag reflex in the way she handled the sucker. I've got an endless amount of good things to say about Dr. Moe and all the staff at Parramatta Dental Surgery. From the simple to the complex, all procedures have been handled with such care and skill - I always go home with a smile on my face (albeit at times a lopsided one thanks to the anaesthetic!!).
