nje lokacion dhe vend i mire si PELIKAN, embelsirat deri dikund te mira, duke marre parasysh qe ne shkuam atje 3 nete rresht, 31-01-02 datat cka na shqetesoi neve ishte sherbimi katastrofal, mjerrueshem qe nuk e prisnim qe mund te ndodhte ne :Pelikan: Ne ishim 9 persona qe morrem embelsira te ndryshme, pasi erdhi kamarieri per heren e dyte qe te na vendoste embelsirat, ne kerkuam dhe nje shishe uje, njeri nga kamarieret qe ne fatekeqsisht e kishim ne tavoline na tha nemenyren me te poshter dhe injorante ~ a mun te beni porosine siq duhet, qe te mos kem nevoje te vije 100 here tju shperbej~ Nje kamarier, si ai nenvlerson vendin e punes, nenvlereson punedhenesin, ai motivon klientet si neve te mos porosisim (2-here) sepse ai nuk don te na sjelli porosine. ishim me femije te vegjel te cilet donin uje, por neve na u desh qe ujin mos ta marrim sepse Kamarieri ( me syze ) nuk donte te na sherbej sepse ne nuk kishim porositur qysh heren e pare. NJE KATASTROFE, nje sjellje e tmerrshme qe mund ti behet klientave, mund te marre memend se si i tajton ai klientat ne sezonen verore.

The service was really bad and not well organized at all! We had to wait for a long time that they just bring us 2 pieces of cake which were already ready (although the cafe was not crowded at all). You had to choose what you want, then go and sit and wait for someone to come to you and ask what you want!!! And then wait again that the waitress bring you what you ordered which after we have passed the first 2 steps the waitress completely forgot us. Sooo, we have asked another waiter to bring us our order! And at the end they did not even bring our complete order. So this process has been continued........ The prices are also not cheap here, specially for such a bad service.

Cafe is located near the waterfront. There is a lot of space inside and a large summer terrace. Food is tasteless and I absolutely don’t recommend to eat here. We ordered a Caesar salad that was just completely covered in mayonnaise, and the Margarita pizza had very little cheese. Prices here are slightly higher than in other cafes. You cannot pay by card. ❌ Service is just awful. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Dirty plates were not removed from our table for 15 minutes.

Pelikani Bakery boasts an impressive array of cakes and a wide variety, yet it would be wonderful to see more options for vegan cakes. The atmosphere is pleasant and bustling with many patrons, and the location is quite charming.

Really good food very clean very nice and very healthy. The sweet is out of this world, the cheese cake was insane. The staff is so nice very very recommend ✌️

The pizza was exactly what we needed after walking all day by the beach. The sweets were amazing. Everything we tasted was perfect. The waiter recommended the local beer.

The ice cream price varies depending whether you order take away or not. We hadn't been warned about that and when asked where the logic was the waiter was like oh it is just a rule. All staff members had poker faces and were waiting for us to leave asap (we came 30 mins before closing). I would rate our experience total 3/10.

Excellent selection of pastry. I've liked everything I've tried (trilece was great), and prices are good. It's a bit weird that you can't take your own order if you decide to sit a the tables, but then you still have to go inside when you have to pay (with cred card). Overall it's a really good place for a quick sweet bite.

The are a lot of different tasty desserts and the the cafe itself is very modern and clean. The big disadvantage is that the staff is brewery slow and sometimes you need to wait 20-30 minutes for the staff to notice you.

Just a fun, fantastic, tasty, pastry extravaganza of wondrous desserts. It is not to be missed if you are in Durres, Albania. It's a pretty busy place but worth every minute if you have to wait a little while.

I'm not a big fan pastries and cakes, but Pelikan is a different level. Amazing. Service could possibly be a bit more pleasant, but it's professional nonetheless. In short, great place for coffee and sweet.

A real pleasure to enjoy something here - very stylish place, clean, quite a lot of customers. The cakes look very good and everything I tasted was delicious. They even offer very good breakfast options.

Very dangerous living around the corner from here! I could spend the day eating through the delectable pastry’s here. Great service and and good pricing makes it my “go to” for a coffee break!

Not so good. The cheesecake I ordered had really little cheese. The prices in menu are different from the bill. I expected something better according to reviews, but it turned out average.

So sad that we only found this place at the end of our holiday. The place is immaculately clean and the choice of cakes, ice cream and cookies is amazing. Best place around for a treat.

I totally recommend this place. It’s not so expensive, very tasty desserts and sandwiches. But unfortunately i don’t like cappuccino in this place, it was too strong for me.

Great presentation and selection. The tiramisu was not what I expected, but it was still a nice cake, more of a torte with mascapone cream than a traditional tiramisu.

The Pelikani 1 stands out from all the other places. The selection of cakes was amazing. The quality of the cakes was fantastic. Definitely recommend the Red Velvet
