Alright so I’ve been here for about 2 years so far. I’ve been dealing with Samantha for during this time and I just want to say she is beyond amazing I don’t even have words. I am a 21 year old women and I’m just getting used to all these adult things I have to start doing. She has been right by my side, whether it be finding the best car insurance or helping me finance a car (which I’m super excited about). A year ago when I had a seizure and couldn’t drive for abit she helped me though the entire process of parking my car for that time and then getting everything set up when I could drive again. Not only is she super quick with resolving absolutely any problem I have, she talks with me. She constantly would ask how I am doing after my seizure and always asks how my family is doing. I talk about her so much at home my parents are looking to switch their insurance with her because of just how awesome she is. She is not only professional but she really cares. Trust me when I say if you need a new insurance person (or even if you don’t) GO CALL SAMANTHA!!!!!!!!!

I have been insured with desjardin for a little over 3 years now, and my experience with Pat Gaetano’s office in Stoney Creek has always been pleasant. The entire team is super helpful and work very hard to help get issues resolved immediately, especially the agent I deal with directly, Ewa. For example, I was involved in an accident earlier this year, my car was totalled and I was to receive a payment from the claims department (completely different office in Mississauga) from the adjuster I was dealing with. It seemed to be taking a while so, I reached out to Ewa and explained this, and within 1 day I had the full payment directly deposited into my account! Ewa is an awesome agent! Every time I’ve had an issue regarding my insurance, she has been right on top of it. I highly recommend Pat Gaetano and his team to anyone looking for insurance at a low rate and a team that works hard for you!

We have been with State Farm/certas/déjàrdin for many years as a family. We are a family of 4 drivers. EWA has been our insurance representative dealing with all our needs since day one. She is so kind and knowledgeable and has always taken care of us. Even during Covid she called us knowing some of us might not be driving as often or be may be working from home and instantly put a credit towards my monthly insurance. I was actually not driving to work which would be hamilton to Toronto due to being laid off. I did not know about this credit and would have not gotten it if Ewa did not call. Kieran Rennie did an excellent job! I had been with a large brokerage firm for YEARS, but that firm just didn't care. Furthermore, Kieran did a rather clever square footage calculation off of Google earth, and determined that the house was way underinsured for size! So we increased the amount of square footage coverage, bundled in a couple autos, and saved plenty of money on the annual premium. I've been in the life insurance business for over thirty years, and although I know nothing about home and car insurance, I know a good agent when I work with one. I was just going to change my home insurance provider but ended moving my home and auto policies because of advise and professionalism of Kiernan he made sure that I have the right coverages. After having my insurance jump 70$ a month due to getting a new car, and trying to get ahold of my insurance broker multiple times and while spending hours on hold. I decided to give this office a call after seeing a card for them in the mail. I got through immediately upon calling and I was redirected to Kiernan. Over the course of a couple days of discussions on the phone he helped me get much better rates for my auto insurance. He also ended up helping my brother and my parents get better coverages and rates. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience thanks to Kiernan as he was very patient and easy to talk to.

Great Insurance company & agent to work with. I had to take a claim last year and and same was settled without any issues. Got very good support from the company & Pat's office during the settlement process. Team at Pat Gaetano is great especially Ewa and Samantha. Through out my 3 years with them, all my queries are answered in timely manner even if Ewa / Samantha have to spend extra hours. I would recommend both of them highly from customer services perspective. Also, I found insurance quotes from Pat's office better if I compare them with other insurance companies or agents.

Samantha Orr has helped me many times. She has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I would like to share an experience with this company. My old insurance company was being underwritten and my insurance was going to lapse on April 20. I called the new company through them and I have received a quote for twice as much as I was paying! Not good! So I took a chance with Pat Gaetano's company and they gave me a quote for the same price as I was paying already! I was amazed! I thought I was spending my money on comprehensive insurance coverage that would cover my home and my pride and joy car. That was far from the truth. My car was rear-ended at no fault of my own. Desjardin will not repair the tire damage and fender damage on the rear right. Absolute joke. The people in the office only seemed to care about me taking my car to their approved body shop. Everything is great until it's time to file a claim!

Highly recommend. Staff are always very helpful/knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of. Disjardins has the best rates compared to other companies. Usually with insurance conpanies you get blind sided with anual increase and try and be upsold for random services but i never had this issue with desjardins.
