My baby unexpectedly passed during the night, my family was lost, we didn't know what to do until we found Patch and Purr's 24-hour line. Within seconds, we were connected to a representative who advised us through steps we need to take, and the operator even scheduled for Patch and Purr to come out the very next morning as soon as possible. When I had my furbaby picked up by Nick, he was more than compassionate and caring, he was patient, allowing us to sit and say goodbye to our loved one as well as also showed his own affection to my furbaby. He was prompt, and his quick response during that morning took a massive weight off our shoulders. We were able to track our furbaby every step of the way during the whole time she was with Patch and Purr as they have a unique tag that was linked to her. Patch and Purr were more than respectful during the cremation process and are committed to their moral obligations and promises. The team at Patch & Purr really do live by their promise of treating your fur baby as if they were their own. I can’t thank Jake enough for taking care of my baby during the cremation process. We received our furbaby’s ashes back today, Kelsie who brought our baby back to us was amazing. She kept us informed of her estimated arrival and continued to update us until we met with her. She was very compassionate and loving. Patch and Purr from pickup to handing our baby back to us continued to uphold the highest level of care and respect. We spent some time looking for the best place we could find to take care of our furbaby and believe we found it at Patch and Purr. They were extremely transparent and more than reasonable with their pricing. To be honest after her sudden passing we were a mess and Patch and Purr helped us in more ways than we are able to properly express. This is truly a wonderful business that helped us during our most vulnerable time so thank you Patch and Purr to you and your entire team.

Our beloved doggo Chloe passed unexpectedly. The last thing on your mind when you are grieving and mourning the loss of a loved one is how you lay them to rest. My experience with Patch and Purr was nothing but seamless during this extremely difficult time. Kayla organised to have our Chloe returned to our family home, and we are truly appreciative of her kindness and understanding during this extremely difficult time. She displayed great communication as she contacted me to organise the drop off of our beloved Chloe. I didn’t want my father to be alone upon the collection of our precious Chloe, and Kayla worked around us - waiting for me to arrive so I could be there too. The urn, clay paw prints, digital paw print, certificates, loving candle and the entire package itself was so beautiful. So respectful - you can tell a lot of love went into it. We are so thankful for the service provided by Patch and Purr, and by Kayla specifically. She is truly a wonderful caring pet lover.

Well when one of your fur family passes, it is extremely difficult to deal with at the time. Emotions are out of control for the fur baby you loved. In this case our labrador Ella. She was 14.5years old and the time had come to make that call. Patch & Purr where recommended to us from a friend who had used them before. This was the best recommendation we have ever had as the team at Patch & Purr were nothing short of a blessing from above at our time of need.Very easy process and comforted all the way through it. We chose from their website a week earlier what we wanted to do for a little puppy girl. On the night after Ella had passed at the Vet, we called them and they took complete control, picked Ella up the next day from the Vet and cared for her right through to her ashes being personally delivered to us in her ern in a very timely manner. Very professional service, staff went above and beyond to make our transition as best as it could be. Thank you to all the staff.

These people have Very kind souls. I drove my Angel out to them instead of being picked up. One of the ladies told me they brush them and talk to them before they are cremated which just shows the amount of compassion and care. I received my baby back today in a beautifully created box with a certificate of cremation and everything wrapped so delicately. I also have another dog and I won’t hesitate taking him to patch and purr when the angels take him over the rainbow bridge. A friends pony that I was close to went to patch and purr and she told me when they colllected him they were very gentle lifting him on to the float, then the office lady told me she used to cremate the horses and would braid their tales before cremation. Very professional and caring people.they will also only use their driver to return them back to you. I love that you know they will be returned safety and caringly.

We could not possibly find the words to show the amount of gratitude we have for the Patch and Purr Team, especially Kayla. The genuine love and compassion she had for us, but most importantly our boy Sprocket is something we will never forget. We had to say goodbye to our boy a week before Christmas and it was the hardest day of our lives. But Kayla was adamant to have our boy home with us before we left for the Christmas break and that she did, personally delivering him home to us just 4 days later. Even though our Christmas looked very different than the last 12, we had our boy home. From the bottom of our hearts, thankyou. Thank you for making our boys final journey the most peaceful and respectful to which he deserved.

After we had to put our 17 year old tabby girl, Holly to rest, we decided to entrust her body for cremation with Patch and Purr. David was so respectful with her and did not rush us at all when we had to say our physical goodbyes. He laid her lovingly in a cat bed, wrapped in a blanket and she looked so peaceful and was handled so carefully, it was such a relief to see her taken care of even after death. Kayla brought her ashes back home to us a few days later and she was so understanding and kind while I was crying at the door, overcome with the emotion of it all. Thank you David and Kayla and thank you to all involved. You made a very difficult and sad situation a little easier to bear.

Suddenly last week 22/11/23 our little feathered friend passed away suddenly after 16 yrs & 7 mth's,we went to our local Richmond NSW vet hospital to organise Spikey's cremation,they recommended to businesses and we went with Patch and Pur Our Sth Windsor NSW ,today we got to collect our little guy and bring him home ,wow in a week we had him back with us ,I can't thankyou enough for the love and care you have given to make it feel so special to us at such a sad time ,it was truly beautiful you have given him a certificate with his surname,that mean the world ,we have lovingly placed him at home now ,thankyou for your love and comfort ,Love the Johnson Family ♥️

Thank you Patch and Purr for your kindness and thoughtfulness following the loss of our special little cat Sylvester. Having our little boy returned to us within a couple of days meant so much to us. Our family seemed almost complete again with him back home. Including some fur with his ashes was very emotional but very thoughtful and we were thankful to receive it. It gave us something of him to always have even though he is gone. We again thank you for your care and dignity and now know that a small cat can impact many lives both then, now and into the future.

Incredible service. We lost our bunny over the long weekend and they were able to pick him up within hours of calling. Lynn explained the process clearly and she was so gentle and kind to our bunny, it was so comforting to know that he was in good hands. They kept us updated throughout the process and he was returned a few days later in a beautiful wooden box with engraving. I cant thank Patch and Purr enough for their compassion and kindness during this tough time.

As someone that does human cremations myself I pride myself on looking after the families. Patch & Purr have done a job that I couldn’t have done myself. Their quality 24hr service, understanding and caring are above and beyond. Losing our pet bird Sky has dropped me to my knees with their help I feel I have a new legs to stand on. Can’t praise this company enough. When my daughters beloved bird died we contacted patch and purr who arranged everything for us. The lady who picked our bird up was such a lovely lady who comforted my daughter and was just so kind. Casper was delivered a few days later. Such a quick service. I've had 3 pets be cremated in the past few years and I've tried a different service with each one. These guys are by far the best in the Sydney region. I couldn't recommend them more. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly, and everything (the ashes, fur clipping and paw prints) came in packaging built to keep them safe for the long term. I'll definitely be using them in the future.
