We used to visit Patel's R mart, before the lockdown. They stock a variety of products, except milk , if I remember right. The staff is helpful and cooperative. Parking is available in the compound next door or on the road outside. Offers and discounts too were good. However as the saying goes When the going gets tough, the tough get going Cannot be applied to them. During lockdown They took a back seat, stopped accepting orders over phone, even though the shop was kept open to customers, and we were willing to collect from their premises. Personal shopping was a drag as the waiting was too long. They could have employed local temporary staff , accepted orders over phone, kept ready for pick up at their premises, payment vide ups, bank transfer etc Also at the entrance, they could have taken orders, kept the same ready for later pick up, saving, so much time of the customer, and doing business. None of the above entailed close contact, but business continues, however the will and determination was lacking ,the leadership was absent. Should learn from amazon, all products delivered at ur doorstep in Sarangpuri from mumbai, and patel mart failed to deliver from inside the shop to outside Never late to learn

Patel mart is a very hopeless mart becoz of its sellers and becoz of mangers they behave in a very aronget way the way of talking is bad Not using a proper word while speaking to a customer becoz of one mangers patel has to suffer one loss of customers and would not like to come again to ur mart I request u to plz change the manger becoz he is not the right person at a right job I request to plz take this action further on And from now we will not visit his behavior was like fighting with the customer henceforth patel will lose a good and regular customer Thank u I hope patel owner will take some action against the manager

Good market built up at pandit naka(shahpur), were you can get all the essentials and the stuff needed in daily life . The concept of this market is same as well known D-Mart , here you get packed foods , health care, dairy products etc. Market is small as it is newly built and the only market were you get all the stuff . There are four money counters. Hygiene is maintained properly. Staff is not much as the market is small and also the parking is not available . I found it good and very helpful.

I had gone to Reshma Patil Shahapur's Patel Mall with a friend to buy goods. I made an online payment with my friend. But the payment was cut and the friend saw the settlement. Store manager Jagdish Bhere insulted us. And we were kicked out of the store and forcibly taken back. Time 6:13 pm 1 man came back from the shop and took him out .We are very mentally disturbed. If Jagdish is not transferred within 2 days, we will go to the police station and lodge a complaint

Located in Pandit naka area shahapur. This place is crowded in weekends. Try avoiding on weekends. Get your groceries shopping on week days. This supermarket has everything. Clothes, Utensils, grocery and dairy products. Price is lower than MRP on a product. You will get same day free home delivery if you shopped in the morning. Today have done shopping in Shahapur branch, and thr waz one incharge, his name I don't knw, but he is not having manner to speak to customer, he waz rude with us. Plz make him teach how to respect if any customer visit thr.

Nice departmental store . You can get your all your day to day needs here under one roof ,nice branded products with food items all household stuff ,no long queues for billing ,even free home delivery.

It's a good start by Patel's R mart that they opened there store in Shahapur. But it is not cheap as D Mart but comparitively to other departmental stores it's pretty good. You should visit it.

Staff is really nice and humble also i dont think I think they are trying to save a lot on electricity . Everytime i went there the ac was off and i was sweating like a pig . …

A plastic water bottle is charged 70 rs the same i got in other super market at 25 rs. Items are expensive compared to other marts. Don't recommend if you have options.
