The person who books Parcel is irritating person, always spokes us on learning and speaking kannada, don't understand why he needs kannada when everything is written on the parcel .Feels like he targated me for the past 6 months.Because of this i visit the post office on very selected timmings even then he tries to find some way to talk to me and poke on kannada learning and speaking.It became an irritating problem forcing me to find some other post office or private courier to send my parcel.He is over curious and tries to know the income out of my activities, which is not at all relevant or require to book a parcel.He once asked "what are you sending ,are you doing online business ,how much you earn ,what is your profit". Why he wants to know all these things. And he keeps on saying if you want to come here learn kannada.He also said ," You people come here for job , you want our job but you don't want to learn kannada". I don't understand why he has stomach pain if outsiders are coming here for job.He is really a irritating person.If India post takes any corrective action on this employee/ post office, people like me may prefer choosing India post for sending there parcels.I suggest non KANADIGA customers ( other than south Indias) strictly avoid going to this post office as they too will face the same issue. Thank you INDIA POST TEAM for taking action in just two days.

I go to this post office regularly for postal work. Staff is very courteous and efficient.

I called them for 1000 times no one is picking the call

Worst service, no proper response
