Staff are friendly and helpful, although management is abrupt and inconsiderate, it would seem that they have a policy of displaying items that is not part of their sale promotion stacked in amongst those items that is advertised as part of the sale promotion. (Even though the same item can be found elsewhere in the shop not underneath a sale banner, so not due to lack of space)When the manager was confronted about false advertisment of those goods rather than remove those items he defended it stating the the sale only applies to selected products, most definitely a case of buyer beware, as the customer will never know until they choose to buy. A shame really because they offer a good range of footwear for all ages, just don't see the need to con their customers when their products are that good.

My wife went into store to buy ankle length boots that were on promotion. She was told at the time of purchase that a suede protector spray was free! When she checked the receipt at home she saw that she had been charged for the spray. She went back into the store to return the spray & was now told that she would not be entitled to the discount without the spray. What the biggest disappointment is that this was the manager!! NO discount are not subject to buying add ons. Very bad customer service from management

I've managed to buy exactly what I want it and quick. Despite the fact I went there in the afternoon busy hours it was fairly quiet and pleasant which made my shopping less traumatic. Staff is friendly and helpful however the girl who assisted me have been a little bit "too much". She tried to sell me something else too which is fine but I've said no and she still insisted. Otherwise pleasant experience.

The colour and types of shoes/sandals I was looking for were not yet available. Also I didn’t feel that the staff were too helpful on this occasion. Some days are better than others. I would go back though as previous visits and products were suitable for my wide, weird shape feet. They usually stock an excellent range at reasonable prices in many colours.

This place is the best for orthopaedic footwear that has a great look and style. There is a huge range of different designs and variety for all genders and ages. Also, there is a bargain section which has reduced stock at fantastic prices. Great for people with diabetes and other ailments. Would highly recommend it.

Shoes are good, especially, for sandals. Of all places I have searched for in London, I have found this Ilford shop better for sandals. But this could have sizes like 40. It normally starts from 41 with limited availability. However, shoes really look good.

Poor customer service from management and staff, they talk in their own language and make customers feel uncomfortable, they are very pushy with their sales and prey on vulnerable and elderley customers. Do not go to Ilford branch.

Big sign on the window sale so I went in for 2 pairs of sketchers trainers and was told they are full price it's only odd size shoes and stock we can't get rid of in the sale I wonder why the shop was empty

They are selling on cash and a paper slip written by hand but no exchange. System is down. Is selling on cash and paper slip is legal
