I used Pavlus Travel as my travel agency for a 29-day Panama Canal and Pacific Passage Seabourn Odyssey cruise that I just completed. Specifically, Dianne Kincaid was my travel agent. Pavlus Travel Agency is totally "over the top" fantastic with the service and benefits that they provide! They discounted my cruise fare by literally thousands of dollars. Additionally, they provided (paid for) a private transfer from the airport to the hotel for my overnight stay in Miami, Florida, the night prior to my embarkation on the ship. Furthermore, they provided (paid for) the hotel AND they provided (paid for) the private transfer the morning of my embarkation from the hotel to the pier/cruise ship terminal. I booked at almost the "last moment" and Michael Steudle, their Vice President for Leisure Sales, was extremely helpful to me in making this cruise happen. I cruise frequently and this is about Seabourn cruise #15 where I've booked through Pavlus Travel. Their service and "perks" have been consistently outstanding for each and every one of the aforementioned cruises. Why oh why, did I not use Pavlus Travel for all of the cruises I've taken since the very first one in 1990??? They even sent me a very nice – unexpected – Christmas gift last December. I've used a few different travel agencies throughout the years and of all of them I would most highly recommend Pavlus Travel to anyone with future travel plans.

Pavlus is a terrific travel agency to deal with, and our agent Michael is the best of the best. He and the whole staff are always patient and deal with every question or concern we have, from booking the trip we want (and sometimes excursions), to arranging air travel, transportation to and from the airport, and anything else that comes up. Michael always responds quickly to any email or phone call, and if some extra thing comes up regarding some foreign country requirement, he can always refer us to someone else who can help. I guess we've been dealing with Pavlus about a dozen years now, and every experience has been absolutely positive. Our most recent trip to Sicily was more challenging than usual because of Covid requirements, and initially (but no longer required) the EPL locator form. Pavlus was here again instrumental in helping us navigate whatever came up. As a result, we returned with nothing but great memories and a thousand pictures.

Terrible support staff. They send wrong information to the airlines which end up costing $350 to fix. They blamed it on me because I didn't check it. I couldn't get into the cruise website to check because the agency gave them wrong info. I sent 3 emails asking for their help which they never responded to. When we got our airline tickets we we in the same seat. When we had a canceled flight and I called for emergency help I was on hold for 10 minutes only to be told they couldn't help me. They told us we would have cruise credits which we never got. I thought Travel agencies were supposed to help you…what a total lack of concern for their customers.

We have dealt with Pavlus for many years to arrange some of our largest and best excursions. Our Travel Advisor, Dianne Kincaid is great to work with and knows our travel profile. The owner, Craig Pavlus responds to his own emails. We traveled to Russia during FIFA, and would have been stranded due to a flight cancellation. We made one call from the airport in the U.S., and the folks at Pavlus had a private car waiting in Russia for our transfer. A great online travel agency that deserves high praise for its customer service and discount pricing.

I have been using Pavlus for many years. I travel 3-4 times a year. My agent Carol is terrific. We just had to cancel a cruise due to a medical emergency and she had been so helpful. Their prices are great and since we cruise frequently, we can always depend on on-board-credit as an added incentive. Do not hesitate to use them.

The website shows they are open Saturday until 4 PM. I stopped by at 1:45 PM and it was locked. There is a doorbell to ring and someone finally came to the door and said that Saturday was by appointments only. What a waste of time. It’s not like there isn’t a ton of travel agencies or, ahh this thing called the Internet

Have booked many Club Med vacations with Pavlus over the years and was always happy with their service. When I called this year to book another trip to Club Med, I spoke to someone named Lee who didn't sound very interested-- in fact I never heard back with the travel information she said she would send me.

Booked several trips with them, there prices were always better than the competition for the exact same tours. The reps were good and took care of all the details. We had a big trip canceled during Covid and they got us all our money back very quickly without any problems. I plan on continuing to use them!

They really couldn't help me at all. I needed help booking airfare, hotel, and rental car for a trip back East for a funeral and the nice lady informed me they only do vacations, so that was that. I miss the old days where a travel agent would help you, no matter what your reason for travel.

Unfortunately I had to choose one star!! For 3 days I have tried to reach my TA seeking approximately $30k in refunded monies. My TA Susan has not responded to email or phone. Deadline to accomplish this task is April 6. Not impressed at all with service, if you want to call it that!

Only dealing with this outfit asked about cruise options. Was told coming in to go over things and look at brochure was not a good use of my time. I took that to mean she didn't want to use her time to go over things. Just like that quote in Pretty Woman "Big mistake, Huge"

The customer service when using Pavlus for trips is outstanding. You have a dedicated agent yet anyone can help you if that person is unavailable. They don't advertise so they can give you $$ credits with your bookings. We have used them for several cruises.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the great deals and wonderful service we get with Pavlus Travel. Our agent Dianne Kincaid has done such a wonderful job for us I want to share this recommendation with all my friends.

Very disappointed with our travel agent (Erin Conner.) She didn't take care of me (our trip) the way she said she would. I trashed all the business cards she send me, and will not be using Pavlus Travels again.

We booked excursions for our cruise and Pavlus canceled them. When we rebooked directly with the cruise line we were wait listed so low that we will never get them. We are really disappointed with Pavlus.

Been using Pavlus for years. Nice perks and management went to bat for me when when we had trouble. I shop on other websites and then call my Pav rep when Im ready to move forward.

We always use Pam at Pavlus for our vacations. Never disappointed. We love working with them and they always take care of everything! This is a great company!!
