Great shop if you want to feed your pooch the best raw food diet you can. The lovely Lyn was a great help when we wanted to start our 8 week old pup on raw food and she offered us help, knowledge and expertise along the way and I really couldn't have done it without her. We have been going here now every fortnight for almost a year and I wouldn't buy our dogs food anywhere else! They also stock the most amazing natural remedies for animals and I have purchased many and can recommend them all so if you want to give your pet the best food and care you can then pay this shop a visit you will not be disappointed.

Nice shop with good products but a shame about the owner, who thinks it's acceptable to let her dog approach and harass customers' dogs. We don't take our dog in there any more because her dog isn't properly socialized to ignore other dogs. The owner also thinks it's acceptable to hand out (incorrect) "training" advice when she isn't, by her own admission, a trainer, nor interested in actually training her dog. Be aware if you are thinking of going in this shop with your dog: if they are nervous or not dog-friendly, this owner's dog may approach and cause a fight. Irresponsible. Such a shame.

Went in to buy raw food for my new puppy and when simply asking where to find something in the shop I soon found myself being lectured by the female staff member in there who came across very patronising. This is a shame as would have used them weekly to get food and treats but now due to a bad first experience will never return to paws naturally in Chislehurst. Such a shame as the shop was nice, the pricing was good and all the food did look fresh and well packaged but not worth the experience I had with staff.

I cannot speak highly enough of Paws Naturally. They have the most knowledgeable and helpful staff and best customer service. They crafted a great diet for my German Shepard. Not only have they been providing my dog with food for the past 7 years, they've also introduced me to homeopathic care, meaning, I no longer have to use lazy vet prescribed drugs for worming/cuts/stings. Thank you Lyn and John (& everyone else) for all your help over the years.

We have been using Paws Naturally for all of our dogs food requirements, for the past 2 years since he was a puppy. Lyn and John are always helpful and offer advice if required. Their dog Misty is a favourite with our dog Harry and they always have a 15 min play when we go in. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paws Naturally, and indeed have done on many occasions when we have been asked how we keep Harry looking so shiny and healthy!

Lyn is AMAZING! Took so much time out to talk me through all the knowledge she has of raw food and herbal meds to support my frenchie who has allergies. I walked in not having a clue and left feeling informed and well supported on my dogs transition to raw. Thank you so much. Looking forward to my next visit for a catch up on how its going and moving forward to get the best for my dogs :). Very happy customer. X

Customer service is defined by the ability of the shop owner to handle a complaint professionally. We did not experience that. It was pretty much the case of 'get out of my shop take your money and leave us alone' attitude. We were shocked since we were hoping for a resolution rather than a rude passive aggressive treatment We will not be returning! Shame..... we like to support small businesses.

John, Lynn and the Team at Paws Naturally are fantastic. You are guaranteed advice, friendly service and banter in equal measure. Add into that, the best stocked natural pet food shop you will find and you are onto a winner. I have collected supplies and had them delivered - either way is fantastic. My dog is fit and healthy, aided by the food and treats I get from Paws Naturally.

I was welcomed by three lovely ladies, they were open for a chat which I loved. I was asked if I needed any help but I was initially just browsing. Of course I bought my Dog a toy, he loves it. My partner then came in with our Dog, he was treated with a couple snacks and plenty of pets. We bought a couple more of the same-ish toys for other family Dogs.

Absolutely love this place, can't recommend enough. The lady i bombarded with questions for an hour was fantastic,extremely knowledgeable and supper friendly and helpful. Wasn't pushy to get anything I didn't need, infact I would of bought anything off her recommendations. Her customer service was great chatting to everyone who came in.

This is hands down the best pet shop we’ve ever come across. Lyn cares so much about pets and is very educated when it comes to their health. This is so much more than a pet food shop, and I think everyone who visits there will agree. Numerous vet visits didn’t solve our lovely Pepé’s allergies, but advice from Lyn did.

Absolutely fantastic shop. Huge variety of treats, food and we just bought calming medicine with firework night coming up. The staff were so helpful, and a lady called Lynn walked me through on how to administer the medicine and I found it so helpful. We will definitely shop with them again, could not rate it enough!

Paws Naturally got me and my kitties out of a jam after Tier 4 restrictions prevented delivery from my previous raw food provider. They reassured me that product was in stock and it was delivered to me in less than 24h. Thank you so much for defusing a stressful situation right in the nick of time for Christmas.

Excellent shop. The ladies really know their products, helpful, smiley and 1st class products. Extremely good range of flavours too... my little cat LOVES it and she's very fussy. Good PPE control too. If you love your dog or cat then it's definitely somewhere you should go. Parking right outside too.

Went there with my little dog today to buy some stuff as i wanted her on a proper raw diet and they have managed not only to recommend but to educate me on stuff and create exactly what my dog needs from their diy range. Definetly will be returning lovely staff :)

The previous reviews do not sound like the shop I visit. I go weekly and receive good advice / information, the staff are friendly and helpful and the dog food is good quality and has always been fresh and most importantly my dog loves it !!!

Brilliant selection of pet food. The team there will look at your dog and make suggestions on food. Our three year old Border Terrier is on raw meat and has so much more energy than before.

A lovely high quality shop – the owner is extremely helpful and sorted out exactly what I needed for my dog and I ended up going back regularly for dog food and bits and pieces.
