Not a ton of options. Updated**** Let me be more specific on why you got 3 stars....no one has bothered responding to my inquiries after i made two. You all have been unresponsive. That's the other reason you only got 3 stars. Since you want to dissect my reviews, i was trying not to put you all on full blast but since you needed clarification, now you have it. So next time you want to enlighten someone on how to use reviews and leave them correctly, maybe you will consider the fact that they didn't feel the need to throw you under the bus at that time. However, since you clearly want to school me on reviews, i have updated it to reflect more accurately my experience. Maybe you could spend some additional time responding to potential customers , rather than training them on effectively reviewing your areas of opportunity. Just saying.

I saw a good deal online and had a lot of other cars to look at for the day. I went to paykan to check out the car I was interested in, loved it besides some minor details. They told me, “oh you’ll be back”. And they were right haha. Everything else I looked at was just not the value paykan was offering. The experience was fun, they crack jokes, it’s not all uptight and serious. They sell the vehicle as is. So no warranty on engine or parts/ repairs. All though they maintain a verbal agreement that if things go wrong in the car to see them and they we’ll help and give you the best deal possible on repairs. Overall great experience thank you for the hospitality.

The owner got very violent when questioned about helping fix the blown head gasket on the vehicle that was purchased from them. They sold us a warranty but won’t give us the paperwork, claimed they do not have to work on the vehicle at all even though it was within 30 days of the vehicle purchased and we have reported mechanical issues since the very 1st week it was purchased. When asked what the owner would do about the head gasket, he slammed the car hood and marched into my husbands face and was threatening, and then told us to leave. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Stopped in to get a tune up done on a car I bought on Craigslist. Javier and Hadi took special care of me making sure the car was safe for a daily commute. I was so impressed that I purchased my sons first car from them. A 5+ STAR rating for being honest, keeping customers safe and not just trying to get your money. They have a customer for life now. Purchased my Cobalt through Paykan Auto Sales! I had to wait till I got off work but he was willing to stay open late just for me. Really went out of his way to work the price down to fit what my bank was willing to finance me. It’s been six months that I have owned the car and my cobalt still runs like a champ with no issues. Great customer service. Great attitude. Just over all a great Auto Dealership!!! Will buy again if I have the opportunity.

These days, you are very fortunate if you can find a used/pre-owned vehicle dealer who has integrity. Hadi Moen and his team are fantastic! I purchased a beautiful Mercedes from him at a very fair price, and when I had questions, or needed service, they were right there to help, and always fair, friendly, and very reasonable. I would give more stars if possible. Hadi is the most ethical and honest car dealer I've ever dealt with. He truly cares about people. Hadi is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He processed all paperwork fast and efficient. I was not happy not having a key remote and he referred me to the stereo shop where I got a good deal for it. I have submitted internet inquiries on 3 separate vehicles since July and have yet been responded to. I also find it idd that they have a full lot, yet only have 10 cars on website. Because of their hours 9-5 (which makes no sence), since most people work until 5pm I must rely on the website to view the cars.

i went this afternoon to check a mustang convertible, the guy in charge very polite he gave me time to check the car out no pressure like others dealers first time i see this for real in and out experience i really recomend this place and i give 5 stars customer service and another 5 for honesty.
