I have been using this pharmacy for years and always found the service to be pretty bad however i use it as it so close to where I live thus overlooking this due to convenience. After a running accident I found myself unable to walk without assistance leaving me little choice but to buy a walking stick from the closest shop. I bought a walking stick from the peace pharmacy where they told me that it was adjustable this however was a lie. After 2 weeks use the walking stick handle snapped in half leaving me on the ground with more potential damage to my ankle. On returning to the peace pharmacy I was told they did not sell the walking stick and must have bought it somewhere else. So I went to the walking sticks area of the peace pharmacy where I bought it and showed it to the Lying customer assistant who told me that they had never had any problems with this walking stick and that they could not do anything about it as it happened after I bought it. I will not be using this pharmacy again and would recommend that everyone else do the same. Especially if you need a walking stick that will not cause further damage. This is totally unacceptable and the walking Stick is not fit for purpose.

Amazing service!! cant stress it enough, the late opening hours make it convenient for popping in whenever im available. It was the only pharmacy within a 5 mile radius that had my antibiotics in stock, their shelves are always up to date. Wonderful service, one lady working there named Meurna went out of her way to assist me by contacting another pharmacy in regards to my prescription, and had it released and ready for me as soon as i walked in. Very rare to see workers with polite manners these days! The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is friendly, alert and patient ,making it a comfortable place to discuss private matters. Will certainly be coming back, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a suitable pharmacy,

Horrendous customer service. My husband went to get medicine for me, he showed a picture I had sent him to staff of the exact medicine I required and they gave the wrong one. I called as soon as I realised the medicine was incorrect. They said I could come in next day to chance. Went in to change it and was told I can’t change it. Finally agreed to change it. Then wanted me to pay 17p difference. No apologies for the waste of time or the staff incompetence. My husband is not a health care professional and does not understand the differences between certain medications however someone working in a pharmacy serving customs should definitely understand the difference between ibuprofen and paracetamol.

The fact that they are open until 10pm every day is an absolute Godsend. However I didn't find them very helpful as most pharmacists are when it comes to giving advice. They could also try to be at least a little friendly, after all people generally go to a pharmacist when they are under the weather so a smile wouldn't go amiss! I think the staff could really do with working on their people skills and on creating the impression that they know what they're talking about. Not that I believe they'd care to take this on board in the slightest. Still, very useful when you absolutely need to pick up a prescription late.

My GP had sent my prescription here, and it was a short walk from my place so it was easy to get to. I also ended up finding what I needed here (wasn't too concerned about brands, to be fair) at fairly reasonable prices compared to what I've seen in my online window shopping. For example, a 250 ml tub of body cream at less than £2 - it was a bargain! It saved me a separate trip to Boots, so very much appreciated the fact that they had a number of products. You can also sit while you wait for your prescription if needed, and the staff speak other languages too if you need.

Requested to see and consult a Pharmacist on a minor health issue and he came out and started to ask me in the presence of other people. He did not have a clue about issues of privacy, I protested and asked to talk to him privately, he started to talk about Covid, I had a mask in my pocket, he was not wearing a mask either. He was very rude to me. He said, "if you do not want me to talk in the presence of other people, go and see your GP." He must behave like a health professional.

Staff were not helpful. They made everyone wait whilst doing a heated phone call. I wanted to speak privately, the pharmacist was not supportive and first asked me to call NHS then was very loudly speaking about my issue so it was not handled privately. I asked for a medicine, I was not given any directions to use it. I was handed the medicine in my hand then the staff later put it in a paper bag for me. There was no consideration for patients and a waste of time.

Peace pharmacy is aptly named, and I am always given peace when visiting. A pharmacist who is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, they always have time to answer questions, despite being a very busy pharmacy, they're an asset to the neighborhood, and genuinely nice people who care. Fantastic travel advice for anyone who's going away. Great range of products, they go above and beyond and have fantastic customer service.

We have been using Peace Pharmacy services for years now and every time - in person, or over the phone - they are fawless. The long opening hours is a life saver! The team there is super polite, helpful and friendly. Even though I am not living aroud the corner anymore, I now prefer to drive to them then to visit the local pharmacys around me which are a complely let down in comparison.

I usually find them to be just fine at customer service but I quite often have to do battle before they locate my electronic prescription. They are convenient as they are open 7 days a week and until late (10pm), so useful in an emergency and for people who need to pick up prescriptions or medications out of normal hours, like me.

Pharmacist in this pharmacy is absolute insensitive as he had no respect for anybody’s time ,wasted our 20 minutes and then said ,” Oh we don’t have this medicine” although he said before that “yes it’s available” and then after 20+ minutes wait,he said “it’s not available” So I would suggest to Avoid going there

This pharmacy used to be good many years down the line now it's a disaster, the pharmacist is rude unhelpful and gets angry quick. He doesn't like helping customer queries. The women on the front till doesn't understand anything at all No point in talking to her either. The pharmacy service is zero .

Peace pharmacy is a great and such a useful pharmacy. There were good customer service and really nice employee. If you want to visit peace pharmacy in Wembly go ahead. Even if they don’t have their medicine it will restock in a few day or so. Thank you to all employee for working and helping us!

Highly recommend this pharmacy, the team are both professional and helpful. Pharmacist Fassi, particularly helped my mother with her high blood pressure by suggesting the 24hr bp monitoring service, with the results then directly being sent to our GP. Thank you, Peace pharmacy!

On the odd occasion that I can't get a prescription at my local pharmacy, I venture to this chemist and I have not been disappointed with the service. Great to have a good chemist like this and the extended opening times have been so helpful . Wishing everyone well.

Great service at that this pharmacy. Came late on a Sunday to collect a prescription last minute. Fassi the pharmacist was really helpful and explained everything in a lot of detail. I will always recommend coming here. Especially as they have late opening hours.

A standard pharmacy. However it's biggest USP is that it is open every day of the year till 10 pm. It opens either at 9am or 9:30am depending on which day it is. Given that most pharmacies shut by 7 pm, this pharmacy is really useful.

Very happy with the service I received on Christmas Day! At around 9pm this was the only pharmacy that I was able to get some antibiotics for my daughter saved my Christmas
